The doctor never comes on time. No matter if it’s in person or on the phone. If we don’t show up at our appointment, they say they’ll charge us a fee but if the doctor doesn’t come on time or doesn’t come at all, then you guessed it right. Nobody will penalise the docs or the clinic

Worst management in Mississauga and Brampton both locations. There's timing of calling for any concerns is between 9 to 12. And when you call them they don't pick.or If they pick they put it on hold for 40 to 50 mins. They don't care there patients

I have been visiting here for my routine check ups since two months, I found Dr. Waseem Ch a well mannered, professional doctor. I would also like to add about the counter staff specially Zobiya who is really helpfull and coperative. I have recommend this clinic to few of my community friends too. So far great experience!

If I had an option I wouldn't even give them 1 star. You get in person doctor appointment 4 to 5 weeks in advance. Phone call appointments after 3 days latest and when it's time for your call, you get a call after 4 to 5 hours. There's no respect of others time or schedule. Doctor rushes and has to the point conversations. Reception never picks up the phone calls.or responds to the fax pharmacy sends them.it seems they are over booked and don't care about patients at all! Please safe yourself and don't waste time with them.

These people will give you depression. Staff (including pharmacy) and doctors at this location have zero manners and basic training to treat patients (specially with kids).
Please for your mental health sack, stay away from this place. They will treat you disrespectfully. I cannot believe they are able to operate in Canada with this attitude.

I wish I could complain about this clinic somewhere.

I'd suggest considering other options for your OHIP coverage. In my opinion, this establishment doesn't warrant the opportunity to bill it.

Heavily poor service from the staff. Especially a lady approx aged 45 years old was very rude to my 2 year old kid. She is not fit that clinic.

This place is a joke there is no sense of responsibility and they always blame you for their mistakes. Don't waste your time coming here this place desere a mins 3 rating

They don’t know what an appointment is, when you come on time for your appointment you have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor, so what’s the point of booking an appointment?

If you have something simple to see these doctors like sniffles cold or cough, other than that these doctors have no clue. They should be called diagnostic technician they just read your blood work and urine test they are absolutely clueless if antibiotics don't work on you or some other medications they prescribe you. That's why there is 12 months wait for a specialist.
I had heard Walking clinic doctors are clueless but then I experience and saw it with my own eyes. So good luck don't keep your hope high with these doctors here.

My doctor at intrepid medical sent the wrong referral over a month ago, iv been calling and emailing ever since, at the start they said it would be sorted within a couple of days and were emailing me back, now they are just ignoring my emails and when I called yesterday they hung up, i have seen the doctor 4 times previous he wrote the wrong name on my referral and needs to update it and nobody can seem to do this, I have spoken with the receptionist to where I have been referred and they have also been ignored by the office and haven't got the updated referral sent in. It is an absolute joke,

They have good doctors but everything else requires a serious overhaul. Their online appointment booking system has so many glitches. It never shows any available appointments. Even their phone number fails to go ringing mode or into a dial tone. It’s impossible to book an appointment (online or on phone). Also one time, we also had a very bad experience getting our blood work done from here. The staff member poked the needle on my spouse’s arm three times and had all three failed attempts while drawing blood. They were so casual about this incident saying that we are unable to find a nerve. Their staff need to be more careful and experienced as multiple failed attempts could have led to serious health issues.

Worst experience ever - the Doctor here is 2-3 hours late, and when i called the reception the first one hung up on me and then the 2nd one- they told me the doctor will call you by EOD- good grief! Its healthcare not amazon delivery.

Decent place- they try their best- floor is clean- doctors are professional- front office staff are always busy but are efficient & respond to patients

The worst place ever. Doctors always call you late, more than 45’ waiting for my appointment. They don’t give you solutions.

Staff is not good. Even if doctor is at the clinic still staff is lying to us. I won’t recommend this clinic at all.

The place is crawling with addicts.apparently they run a methdon clinic here and give them all the xanies they want.

The services offered are excellent. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Definitely recommended for all your health care needs.

I switched to Dr. Waseem as my family physician. He is well informed and will thoroughly attend to your doubts and queries. The front desk team and the rest of the clinical staff are also highly approachable, professional and polite. The wait period isn't long like some other clinics. Overall, would recommend this medical centre and Dr. Waseem if you're looking for a good family physician

This is one of the best clinics I have seen. Staff is professional and attentive. The lab experience most especially is top notch. I found it easy to get along with members of staff here. Thankful for a wholesome experience.

Worst clinic, they book you in for one time and thn expect you to wait for 3 hrs minimum with the appointment. And that’s not a big deal for them, how come they are assuming that ppl who came to see the doc in this clinic are free ppl nothing else to do. Please have some mercy on patients. The doctors and the receptionists all are same. The doctors book 3 patients for physical on the same time assuming that she can check one patient and others two can wait comfortably in the waiting area.

My visit today at Intrepid was of courtesy, professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with my initial visit to Intrepid.

Dr Farrah Siddiqui and her lab assistants (Saima and Priyanka) are very professional and provide patients with excellence service. 5 out of 5 stars for amazing service!

This is literally the worst clinic ever don’t ever go here my family doctor is dr.asifa and she is the worst i have been waiting for so long for the allergist to call me for my severe allergies and absolutely nothing worst doctors i swear, i went there the other day waited almost an hour and half jus for dr.asifa to talk to me for 5 mins and send me home with no actual information as to why i’m getting these allergies

Dr Sidra is my family doctor and my today’s visit was excellent
Her attention to the details and keep tracking of all matters which are my / our concern, are outstanding and I really appreciate her time utilization, knowledge of the subject and following according to importance of the issue is commendable

The receptionists are very professional. The physician speaks our language and is able to explain details well. Diagnostic tests are ordered accordingly and results are followed up by Intrepid Staff promptly. My mother-in-law now has a responsible physician and professional team working with her, promoting her health!

Our family doctor, Dr. Sasan Iraji in Mississauga Clinic takes care of our family. We felt confident and secure in his care. His communication with us is through his staffs, emails and phone calls. We are new in Ontario and he made our move here easier in the medical and health aspects of our family. We also love that the location has a pharmacy, lab, dental and etc. It is a one stop shop!

Nice experience at this clinic. I was able to book appontment online which was very convenient. Medications were delivered to my home too. Keep it up

A cooperative and friendly staff and doctors are here at Intrepid Health Group. Especially Dr. Asifa Bawangoanwala is an experienced doctor and deal with patients in a really nice way. Also, Elizabeth at the reception is really helpful and friendly.

Doctor is great but horrible experience with the staff. Extremely laid back and do not respond on time. My father is now in palliative care and was diagnosed with a rare cancer. There is no more hope for him as his cancer is highly aggressive and spread. Surgery could have been an option however, we were informed of his test results 6-7 months late and only because we inquired. We might have been able to save my father if the clinic would have informed us of his cancer diagnosis earlier. I am also placed on long holds and hung up on when I call just to book regular checkup appointments. My doctor used to get back to me much quicker before she was involved with Intrepid group. Extremely, disappointed with the lack of care by the clinic and would not recommend this place to anyone. Patients should be the priority for every clinic.

Doctors here are great but the administrative staff are the worst. You will be on hold for hours. They are always unclear and rude. Changing up their administrative staff and hiring better employees would definitely make this clinic a better place to welcome new patients and old.

Not sure if this place respect the guidelines they put forth! I was scheduled for a phone call appointment and took time off work for this. 3 hours later and still no phone call. At least have some manners and inform the patient if you cannot call us at that time! I tried to follow up on your office phone line and still didn't get anyone.

I loved the doctors at this location for methadone treatment, they do a great job with their patients but I had to switch clinics because a couple of the ladies who work the front desk are extremely disrespectful and belittling towards patients. I was in disbelief that they're allowed to treat patients with such blatant disrespect and they're so rude straight to my face, I walked out crying two times. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is phenomenal, but it's not worth the rude, unprofessional and disrespectful ladies that greet you. I'd love to switch back to Dr. Murray or Dr. Ahmed, I had a lot of success with their help, they're very good at what they do but I cant say the same for the reception desk. I'm not comfortable being spoken down to by a couple of the front desk workers. I've never come across a treatment clinic where they greet you with belittling, disrespectful, rude, unprofessional employees. It's not worth it. I hope in the future they have more pleasant, professional employees working the front desk who do their job right. I've had a couple friends who've left this clinic for the same reason, and from what I've heard, we weren't the only ones. I'd reccomend choosing a clinic where they don't insult patients to their faces & gossip as if they're mean girls in high school. Not a good place to go if you don't want to be treated poorly & stigmatized.

Few good doctors such as Dr. Jivanji. However, horrible wait times and fair amount of mismanagement at the counters and in appointment booking times.

Physio experience- very kind staff however there was no real plan to strengthen the concerns. Initial meeting was good however following sessions did not follow throgh with the original plan of action.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asifa B.for over 10 years. She is an amazing doctor who attentively listens to her patients and gives excellent advice. She has been taking care of my 70+ father with multiple health issues and has personally called late night to consult about his health and ensure he is taking the right medicine. I would give her 10 star for her professionalism and passion towards her field of sincerely helping people. I am however, giving four star because of the long waits at every visit. I have waited upto 3 hours to see her even when my daughter had high temperature because I trust her care more than the emergency care which is based on the testing and is no doubt great too. If only, the clinic can figure out a way of booking patients that has waiting time of not more than 30 minutes which includes waiting time in the rooms too. The receptionists are also very caring and helpful and the place is always clean. Thank you to all, for the care and concern you show. Cheers!

Doctor is not too bad but before reaching doctors was hard time no one understands patient or family problem and after finish with the doctor documents is not proper served.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Asifa has our Family Doctor for past 10+ Years. She is extremely knowledgeable and very caring. If anyone is looking for family physician I highly recommend Dr. Asifa Bawangoanwala.

I've been Dr Jivanji's patient for over 12 years. Dr Jivanji is very knowledgeable, great listener and professional. Highly recommend this doctor. The staff and management of the clinic are always striving to improve changes to the clinic to better suit patient's need.

In Oct 2020 I went for my Echogram test. The exam room was very small. The bed was very small. 4 feet bed for 6 feet man. There was no pillow. I had to use some small box as pillow. The place is congested, it hard to find rooms in side and in case of any fire, it is hard to find way out.

I have been a patient of Dr. Asifa Bawangoanwala for over 17 years, she is amazing, most caring, and expert in her field, The staff is great and professional. I would recommend Dr Asifa to anyone.

Dr Asifa is an amazing Dr. I have been her patient for over 13 years. I have nothing but awesome experiences. She is the most caring and best listener. She is very thoughtful. The staff, is also great. I don't want another dr ever. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
