Mark and his team were top notch professionals! I had a pressing child custody issue and they immediately responded and sent there guys out on the case. I called them guardian angels for my little girl cause once they were there watching over her it made me feel at ease. I paid 2800$ for 4 investigars. Gabriel promised me to do what I was looking for, but he didn't do nothing. Donot trust him.lost my money.

I have a family member that has distanced themself from the family for some years now. They live in Toronto whereas I live in Ottawa and my mother lives in BC. It was a great worry for her and I that we had not heard from him in any way - phone call, e-mail or text - since Oct/2021.
I filled out an inquiry form on Investigation Hotline on a Tuesday and within an hour, I had a call from one of the team leaders. They deployed someone to begin the process to verify he was still well and healthy that day! There were no PoL results on the first or second day, but the team was persistent in getting a conclusion for the family. They did a brilliant job of following all the leads and getting the information that provided us proof-of-life that the family member was still with us. What a relief!
They were very understanding of the situation and provided a lot of avenues and possibilities to pursue. At the end of the day, they got us the evidence needed. Their compassion and understanding during a difficult process made this a truly positive experience. Would strongly recommend them for the services we received. Driven to get the customer an answer!
