Thank you to the wonderful team at invisible fence for making a believer out of me. I was very skeptical about this system and thinking that it would hurt my furry babies but boy was I wrong. It is the best thing for them. Coming from a fenced yard to a no fenced yard, this has been unbelievable in keeping my dog safe and secure. I would trust them with all my current and future fur babies. Thank you to Graham for putting up with Toby and Daisy and truly including Candy in your training. I was impressed with all of the people involved in the process, with their professionalism and prompt customer service. I was particularly impressed with the training sessions as Hunter can be a very challenging 2 year old English Springer spaniel. And Hunter is much happier since he has access to the entire yard.

We had an invisible fence installed for our Doodle puppy earlier this spring. The training was excellent- Graham arrived on time, was efficient with the installation, took us through the training and thoroughly addressed all of our questions and concerns. At the next visit, everything was reviewed -again to our satisfaction. There wasn’t anything remiss.
Thankfully our puppy is very smart and has not had any issues understanding where the boundaries are. So far so good!
I would highly recommend installing the invisible fence.

We recently rescued a puppy and we can tell that her nose would have her roaming. Our older shepherd always stays close but we decided to get collars for both of them.

What was great is the team got the fence deployed at the end of February with a lot of snow on the ground.

Jeff, Cindy and Bryan were all great. The install Bryan did was professional and tidy. He had a sense of humour and was great with the dogs. The training done was very good and gentle. No big reactions or distress.

It’s only been two weeks but they are both getting the idea. The Shepherd has blown through a few times chasing grouse, but she stops as soon as she’s on the other side. She is used to having full rein so her adjustment is a bit harder on her, but she’s getting it for sure. The puppy is doing very well.

More than 3 years in and the system is still working great! Had a collar malfunction and got a replacement with no fuss. Every so often the pup tests the boundary, so I would suggest not being complacent with swapping the batteries or making sure the collars are on them.

The whole process from the quote, to the installation to the training, it was well done. We would recommend this company it's employers (Cindy and Graham) are top notch and experts. Thank you to Graham you are amazing with dogs and know your stuff.

We had their product installed recently in order to keep our little dog and cat safe and happy. Our dog got the training very quickly but the cat was a little more difficult (of course) and the Invisible Fence people worked specifically more to help with the cat.

Now both can happily roam within the boundaries without worry.

My Invisible Fence system is one of the most important things in my Life. It allows my dogs to safely have a good amount of freedom. I love it, my three dogs love it. We have dog doors so the dogs can go in and out as they wish. I am extremely fortunate to have the support of Invisible Fence of South Central Ontario. This is a first class company. All of my dealings with them have been wonderful. The Service Techs really know their stuff and are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful I could go on and on. I had an issue today. The system works exactly as advertised. I have a large farm property and wasn’t sure if it would work here. The installation still took only a day, including the training session. My three dogs (two are older and one still a puppy) caught on very quickly with the training and everyone from Cindy in the office to Graham the installer/trainer were amazing to work with, very professional and very personable as well. I would highly recommend their system!

The whole experience from start to finish was very professional. We had our system installed about a month ago from Invisible Fence of South Central Ontario. Our Dogs have never had so much fun. The Gentleman who installed it (forget his name) was great with the training of our three dogs. They got it real quick! Cindy from the office has called us three times to ask us how things were going and to see if we needed more training. I would highly recommend this system to every Dog owner!

What a great company this is. My system is probably 30 years old and suddenly the collar stopped working at the boundaries. Collar was fine at my sons home, he has the same system. Jeff, Cindy and Chris spent all the time required to help me trouble shoot the system issue so I could avoid the cost of a service call. Even tested the board at no charge when I brought it to the store. When I couldn’t fix it their tech came to the house and solved the problem in 10 minutes. I would never have found it in 10 years.

Was sceptical about purchasing the invisible fence system with huskies being such a stubborn breed. But after just 3 weeks I’m able to leave them outside unattended, and they are loving there freedom to run around the property. Graham or installer/trainer and the team at Invisible Fence were very professional and made the installation process and training very simple and easy with great results. If your on the fence about purchasing this system I would 100% recommend getting it.

In October we adopted a visual impaired cocker spaniel named Trudy. She lost one eye due to neglect in her previous life as a puppy mill mum for 7 years, and her other eye we are not sure how much vision she has. We have a pool and needed protection for Trudy that she would not fall in the pool.

We contacted Invisible Fence of South Central Ontario and our first contact was from Cindy, a pleasant professional and compassionate individual. Cindy arranged to have a telephone consultation with Jeff who explained all the benefits and features of invisible fencing and how it would help us with Trudy's visual impairment and keep her safe.

We arranged for installation and had Curtis come to install who suggested a loop in front of the pool instead of going around the whole pool. He then helped me with training Trudy and made adjustments to the system that worked best with Trudy. He came back the following week and checked on how Trudy was doing and made a few more adjustments to the strength of signal.

I live off a really busy road that has a lot of high speed traffic, my main concern was keeping my pup away from the road, which is why I first considered Invisible Fence. From the consultation with Jeff, to the scheduling with Cindy, to the AMAZING installation and training done by Graham, I cannot understate how great the whole experience was. After a week I was able to keep my pup contained within the property. The support that the team provides is beyond amazing, I would strongly recommend Invisible Fence of South Central Ontario to anyone who is considering it.

He took the time to go across the entire property and recommended a number of options for us to choose from. Experience from start to finish was as good as it could be, fast friendly, and professional! Dogs are happy too!

Brian did an excellent job at explaining how it works, and we came up with a bigger loop around an existing PetSafe loop (my neighbours) so that my dog can enter the PetSafe loop and essentially go visit my neighbours dogs but his dogs cannot visit my dog.

Today (July 29th) is the second day with the system running in our property. It's amazing how our dog got all the information, the details about the training and how it works! Also, the trainer was amazing with the details explained and our dog as well. When our dog see all the marks, she stops right away and look to me, like "definitely I can't pass this point"! She recognized all the marks around the property and step back by herself in the very second day! We're so glad with that because in a few more days, she'll be free to run, play with us and spend lots of energy!)

We hired Invisible Fence to install and invisible fence and automatic dog door for our new home to contain our Goldendoodle. They have been a pleasure to deal with from day 1 and provided excellent service and installation. They also worked with us to train our dog on the boundary and how to use the dog door. We were having trouble with our new puppy - twice people brought him back from the road and one woman took him home with her! Luckily we retrieved him the next day. I could not be more pleased with this company or this product. I was nervous at first because we live at a busy corner with lots of critters for the dog to chase and lots of cars passing by on two directions but I wanted the dog to have the freedom to use the yard as much as he pleased (to burn off TONS of energy). The install was quick and simple. The explanations were thorough and easy to understand. The training plan was simple and effective. Wheatens are notoriously stubborn and willful and I saw him test the limits a few times - this company was so responsive and quick to return to assist with additional training. The dog will now sit calmly and watch as other dogs (his big temptation) pass - or sit close to the border and whine wistfully BUT HE WILL NOT CROSS. I now trust the fence completely and he can play happily outside all day. The peace of mind is priceless and it has made such an improvement to our dog's energy and happiness. I can not endorse this company enough. Probably my most satisfying purchase of the year!

Invisible Fence has been the best investment and a life-saver for both myself and my one year old cat Archie. As much as I had hoped he would be content to be an indoor cat, he wasn’t having any of it. But the idea of him roaming the streets of a big city was something I wasn’t comfortable with either. So this has turned out to be a great solution, allowing him to enjoy the outdoors and me the relief from a very unhappy, destructive cat. Jeff helped us make the switch from the previous company that we were using. The product is superior and offers a lifetime warranty. The previous company we paid a protection plan every month and it only covered half a warranty. Don't make the same mistake we did because the other guys are cheaper.

This was the best investment we have made. It is so nice not to worry about our dog running and visiting the neighborhood.
We had this installed at our cottage and the dog still has freedom to go into the water. We didnt know how well it would work for we only go up on weekends but "Kash" our dog is catchingon really quick. The installer Jeff was amazing and very knowledgeable on where to best suit our needs. He then came back for a follow up training.
If you are not sure whether or not to get this installed, you should. You and your pet wont regret it.

We’ve had our invisible fence for just over a week, and it has been an absolute game changer. We have two young Doberman’s and live near a busy road, and we are at complete ease now that the fence has been installed. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and gave us all the tools we need to make sure we are successful using the invisible fence. It has been wonderful to allow our dogs to run off leash on our large property knowing they can get great exercise and are safe! Would completely recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. Our dogs seem overjoyed with the freedom your product has given them. The person installing worked closely with us to get the fencing properly all over our irregular shaped property. They even came out quickly to adjust one of our dog's collars when it was evident he needed a bigger effect on the collar to prevent future crossings. We highly recommend Invisible Fence of SCO.

Upgraded our original 15 yr old invisible fence to the new version.
It works great! Allows more of the yard to be used and has a
greater latitude in correction level. They came out and trained our new puppy in basically an hour. She has been tested by other dogs passing
by and has not wandered off the yard. Very happy with this product

So happy we decided to have Invisible Fence installed on our property. Oscar quickly learned, with amazing training from Johnny, where he's allowed to go and his perimeters around our yard area. I'm relived we no longer have to keep him tethered when outdoors, for fear of him running off deep into the forest where we were chasing after him.now he has range to pop his head into the trees, but not far enough that we lose sight and become worried. We have had our invisible fence installed for 2 months now without any issue. Both of our dogs Singha & Sambha were trained fairly quickly on what the boundaries are and they are doing great.even sometimes they go outside without the collars on, and we have no worries about them wondering. I also liked your GENTLE way of training & EXCELLENT Customer service always. I would definitely recommend you and your product to anyone who is looking into purchasing a invisible fence system. Communication with reps was efficient and friendly, appointments were flexible with our schedule, visits and training were helpful and clear, all of our questions were answered without making us feel rushed or silly for asking, and we trusted Spencer, the trainer, with caring for our dog to set the system up kindly, properly and effectively.
