Invision Hardwood & Decor was amazing to work with, from the sales process to then finalizing a cost and timeline was great. They don't overcharge right away like some other organizations.

During the process Dov was an amazing person to work with, he is a great communicator and does his best to calm the nervous home owner that we were. I would highly recommend them and if I were to refinish again, I would choose them.

Only area that needs improvement was the stain/colour selecting process. I think it would have been beneficial for them to offer a service where you show them a floor example that you like (real example hardwood/eng hardwood) for them to match for you based on their colour experience. It would have given us less stress of finding a colour ourselves based on digital pictures.

Roy, Matt and the Invision team did a fantastic job installing the new hardwood and cork flooring in our 100 year old home. The creaking floor is now gone and the house looks beautiful and is so quiet when we walk on it. We are very happy and the outcome exceeded our expectations. I searched multiple places for the perfect hardwood floor to go into my new home. This was a big purchase for me as it was going throughout the second floor and into the living room. Pina was patient with me as I reviewed the many options they had to offer. She helped me confirm the colour and cut of wood I was looking for. Highly recommended. I received excellent advice from Dov, who helped me choose the the Mercier engineered hardwood for my new floor. His crew were fantastic. They ripped out the worn wall-to-wall carpet and installed my new hardwood floor in just two days. The following week Dov sent painters to put a fresh coat on the walls and ceiling. Like the crew that installed the floor, the painters were top-notch. I am delighted with the results. My place never looked so good. The cost was in line with what I was quoted by other firms. I am convinced that I got excellent value for my money. I give Dov and his people top marks.

Dov and his team did a great job handling our renovation work before we moved into our new home. They delivered on time and with great customer service. We were very pleased with the final product which included putting in new flooring, sanding, and painting. Great experience from start to finish.

I was keen on replacing my old parquet flooring (1,200 sq.feet) with hardwood and had gotten a quote from a source that had done fairly good work for me in the past.

Yet, because this is a relatively costly project, I decided to get a quote from yet another source. From the Internet I came across the firm, Invision, and walked into their showroom one Saturday morning for a quick assessment.

My experience with the partners of this firm, Dov & Roy and their employees, was an extremely pleasant one from the very start and this experience continued right until the finish.

There are many attributes that consumers look for in projects of this kind. I have therefore provided an account of my experiences below largely based on these attributes that I have put in bold.

Despite being partners, both Dov and Roy were very Professional and Knowledgeable about their business being prior installers themselves in their earlier days. They deal in well-known hardwood brands and this was an important factor for me.

Prior to meeting with Invision, I had a reasonably good idea of the type, quality and brand of the wood we wanted since we already had a quote and had researched this area. Dov, however, provided us advice suggesting a far superior grade of the same brand that was fairly close in Price to the one we were quoted by first source. What I appreciated was also the fact that there was No Pressure from the firm in making this recommendation. He was quite willing to provide us the grade we requested and I am glad that we went with his professional advice and recommendations because the end result far exceeded my expectations.

Once we agreed on proceeding with Invision, we requested Dov to try and accommodate us on the start date. He complied with our request. But this was not all. The cherry on the top was the Speed at which Invision completed the entire project of removing the old flooring and laying the new hardwood all in a mere three days! This is very important since there is a lot is disruption in a home with such projects, and returning back to normal as early as possible is a big plus. The installing crew made sure that the Clean Up was thorough and the furniture was placed back to exactly the same spots that they found them in originally.

I also entrusted Invision with painting the baseboards and doors of the various rooms worked on. Their painter did a great job and finished his assignment in just one and a half days. The painted baseboards and new white quarter rounds highlighted the beautiful new flooring.

The Quality of Invision’s Workmanship was exceptional as evidenced by the final product and this was largely because either Roy or Dov would visit each day for a few minutes for a Follow Up to ensure that the project was moving smoothly. If there were any queries or concerns expressed by me during the course of these visits, these were allayed with professional and satisfactory responses that one can always check out.

I would rate this firm with 10 out of 10 stars but don’t take my word for it. This firm seems to be winning awards in their category for several years in a row. Surely, so many customers cannot be wrong in their assessment. I am just one more satisfied customer in their tally of hundreds of wins that I believe are well deserved, judging from my own experience.

I worked with the Invision Hardwood Floor on my renovation project. The staff and owner there are very helpful when it comes to product advice, coordination of delivery and returns. They also carry a good selection of products from various vendors, which allows you to choose the right products per your personal taste and budget. Highly recommended and great job Pina and Roy!

Great products and service from pros who really know their business. I strongly recommend these guys. They removed and disposed of my old ratty carpet on the stairs and second floor and installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, stairs and new pickets for my railings and then painted. Their workmanship and price cannot be beat.

I met Roy and Dov at the Home Show in early 2018 and soon went to their location to look at options for purchasing flooring for our townhouse, as we were replacing the floors on the first and second floors. They have a great store, lots of options, big space, very friendly and knowledgeable!

We had a delay in construction so went back this October to finalize our decision and Roy was very patient as we still weren't sure what colour and brand to go with and he reviewed and laid out several ideas for us. We took home several options and decided on a Superior wood product. Our floor presented several challenges (weird angles, very uneven subfloor, etc.) but they were able to provide a lot of tips and advice on what to do, and what options I had as I was doing the installation myself.

Roy had the product delivered to our place within 2 weeks, including the custom floor vents, hardwood treads for the stairs and bullnose for other stairs and landings. John was also very friendly and together we unloaded 50 boxes in no time.

I highly recommend them; great line of products, very friendly and very knowledgeable and were a great help in answering my many questions and concerns. I would definitely purchase from them again.

We wanted to replace carpets and tiled hallway on our main floor with hardwood. Invision gave us advice on type of wood, how best to deal with some transition areas and were great at scheduling our project as quickly as possible. The install team did a great job they were prompt and worked efficiently to get things done ASAP. The floors look great and we’re really happy we selected Invision to work with.
