Please stop reading reviews and take whatever you need fixed to this store! I could not speak more highly of the customer support here. I have been taking my families laptops here for years (MacBook and PC), and have always been very well cared for by Hadi. There is not a person in this world I would trust more for tech support. Best service for repairs! My laptop wasn’t starting at all and lagging at the lenovo start up window. I talked to IO system and they gave me the best case scenario and worst case scenario along with the cost of each and explaining how it got to this situation.

My laptop was repaired in two days, and they also pointed out some other items (one of the batteries was going bad)

The experience was amazing!
I took my laptop to Jisri Computers (IO systems) because of malfunctioning keyboard. The replacement part was ordered immediately when I was in the store. Next day, I received a call that the part is received. I took my laptop to the store at 5: 00pm on Friday and I received it after 3 hours. Mr. Hady checked the invoice before I leave the store and found that the supplier did not charge me for shipping (it was $18). And he refunded the shipping fee without I even notice there was a free shopping. This charge would go unnoticed. Two days later, I took another laptop to the store because of malfunctioning camera. I requested to replace the camera but Mr. Hady suggested to check all the settings first. He did not only fix the problem without replacing the camera (which could cost me hundreds of $$), but he also took the time to show me how to fix the problem if it happens again (who does that?).
I am very satisfied!

Hadi is the man! He helped me troubleshoot and figure out how to resolve the issue myself at no charge! (data transfer from an old macbook drive). I decided to take it to him anyways! He clearly knows his stuff and super nice

I took my laptop to IO systems to fix the motherboard issue. Since the new motherboard is bit costly, they took effort to identify a refurbished motherboard on the ebay and helped me to import it. The deal made me to save 50% of the hardware cost. Also they are very friendly and more helpful. Additional they helped to fix hardisk and monitor hinges. Now my laptop works as a brand new laptop. Finally they charged only reasonable amount and gave additioanl discounts. Thank you to IO systems and their team.

I had beyond-expectation experience with IO Systems. A. J.is a great guy, and you cannot get a person as efficient, honest, just and quick as him. I left my laptop with him yesterday as it wouldn't turn on. He repaired it in a day and didn't charge anything unreasonable. A.
