He is the worse dr ever I have seen. For every question he has only one answer that go to emergency which everyone knows how to go emergency and when to go.

He tried gaslighting me into believing that I had none of the mental illnesses I was diagnosed with

Extremely bad time management from the receptionist. Kindly start taking digital appointments as people don't have the time to wait 90+ minutes for their appointment.

Currently there is no system of appointments here. It's a blatant lie if they say they have given you a fixed time slot because I had 4 people in front of me with the same time slot that was given to me.

Incompetent staff.

I know the reviews below are horrible but my experience is different. I’ve been a patient here since 2014. It’s a busy city so they have alot of patients and wait can definitely be longer than the appointed time given. The receptionist (the slim one - I always forget her name) she’s great. Helpful professional and patient. She’s my favourite one.
Dr Papneja is calm quiet and quickly gets to what the issue is to assist you. I haven’t had any major problems here. I get what I need medically and move on. I like dr Papneja and I like the receptionist (Indian slim one)!

If you value and/or revere your self-respect and dignity, avoid this place. I’ve been here multiple times for a variety of reasons but mostly out of convenience. But I have come to recently realize after today's incident that their unprofessional and distasteful behaviour is not worth my comfort.

I called to inquire about vaccine shots and before I could finish my sentence, the receptionist hung up abruptly. I don’t know who is worse? The bedside manner of Dr. Papneja or the phone etiquette of his receptionist wife.

Everyone, read the multitude of negative reviews on this clinic, which is not some coincidence, and go somewhere else.

Don't really have an opinion on the doctor, but was essentially turned away from receiving care. This pandemic seems to have brought out the worst in some of our caregivers!

The wait time is terrible. Many times I've had appointments and the wait was still over an hour. I live across the street which is the only reason I come here. Try to get another doctor.

He was a horrible doctor! He kept criticizing me and how I deal with my asthma. I was only there to get an inhaler because my doctor and pharmacist was closed. He wrote I am not controlling my asthma. Excessive use of a ventolin. Then tells me I should take 4 puffs a week but my doctor since I was a kid instructed that I take 4 times daily if needed. He told me I was taking my asthma as a joke. I was so disappointment and angry! He is very direspectful Please don't go there.

The WORST DOCTOR I have ever met my entire life. Had multiple bad experiences. Very rude and pessimistic doctor and staff. We had query about conceiving as we had a medical history.and his answer was if you want abortion go ahead instead of explaining the care the needs to be taken or precautions.

Blessed with a boy and had to come with the new born 3 days after his birth. It was a scheduled appointment and he came in late. The receptionist says she has to clear the backlog appointments first and then address mine even if I am waiting with a new born in covid times. No response even after 1 hour of wait. Worst management.

Worst doctor ever and no property inputs from him on any query or situation never visit him. I did not even choose him a s a family doctor but he did it by himselft. He is only good for giving flu shots and making money. Very lazy and waste of time. Unfit Doctor.

The only deacent thing about this dr and his location is 3 mins from my residence. He is very slow takes forever to rtn from lunch break takes only one issue at a time that is what he did to me toooo many times but in the other room he is taking more than one issue with his ppl that is disgusting bcuz becoming a dr you should treat everyone the same after waiting hrs to be seem that is his final answer only one issue @ a time.i sit in my room for more than 20 25 mins hearing and listening.
Yes he can be very rude thank god the day when i finally found a different dr.
He does not explain to you properly re results

That dr.suppose working in India or whatever! I never gonna go there anymore! You only lose your time!

Worst staff and doctor I have ever dealt with. After waiting almost 2 hours just for my boyfriend to wait to get a SIGNATURE for a name change they told him they can’t do it without the whole form - he told the doctor it’s in his car he’s just gonna go out and grab it - the doctor said no you’ll have to wait until next week when I’m back from vacation. It would have taken him not even 3 minutes for him to fill the form out. Out of frustration (I had been waiting for him in the car since 6pm) I went in crying asking them to fill the form out - the receptionist lied and said how he came in at 7: 20 - when he was there since 6pm.she told me the doctor wasn’t there - after arguing with her the doctor comes out and tells me he’s choosing not to sign it - he can go somewhere else - than he called me disrespectful - like he’s my dad or something.and all declined to sign the papers. Now I understand why this clinic has THE WORST reviews. I don’t even know how he’s a doctor and how they are even open at this point when all there are negative things being said about them.but they deserve it.

Dr. Papneja needs be taken to the board. My boyfriend came in with an eye infection and he said to put a hot pack and come back in 2 weeks. My boyfriend is suffering from anxiety and depression as hes been in a car accident. This dr does not care. My boyfriend called me freaking out. So I decided to take him else where, the Dr.said " you have a serious eye infection, let me get you some eye cream prescription". What would happened if he went blind or something bad happen? This place is ridiculous.

Doctor is always away have had several appointments canceled because doctor was away what's the point of a clinic when you can't even see your patients. Plus not worth waiting because doctor has not helped in anyway, better to see another doctor that actually cares.

So I went into the doctor office at the around 5: 45 told the receptionist what I needed she told me have a seat and they will get to me but I told her I'll be back and then she told me to come back by 6: 30 which I did. I came back at 6: 15 I waited in the waiting room everyone went in and a Gentleman came after me went in before me so then I approached her and ask her how long more do I have to wait then she told me that I have to fill out the form to reactivate my account or whatever it is and I was kind of frustrated because I'm like you could have told me that before I waited an hour and a half for you to tell me that I need to fill out the application then 5 minutes later they called me in went into the office the doctor was like I can't do your application I need the full form so I told him it's in my car I'll just go grab it. He's like no you have to wait till next week when I come back and then out the frustration I just walked out of the office. I told my girlfriend who had been waiting in the car since 5: 45pm what happened. She went in and got into a confrontation with the receptionist she told my girlfriend how I came in at 7: 20pm clearly lying to her. She came out crying- obviously I got mad and went back in to confront them all - and the doctor said he chose not to fill them out because he hadn't seen me for 3 years! This could have been avoided if they just told me in the beginning.
I don't know how this office is operating and how he's a doctor but he's a complete piece of s*** and he thinks he's above everyone. I will be removing a files from this place! I suggest everyone do so as well.

I don’t understand the point of appointments if they keep taking people on a first come first serve basis. If you tell me my appointment is 9: 30 I would think I’m being served at that time not 945 or 10.

Very nice doctor, very intelligent and informative, I have nice experience all the time. It is busy everywhere but if you really need nice and well experienced doctor then you definitely go to Iona Clinic.

0 Stars. This is the worst Dr who is very ignorant towards patients unless his race. Has no professionalism with how he comnunicates with patients. For a Dr who should show empathy towards people he has no care in the world! He is kind to his people but treats others like walk ins, although we waited he took people of his race before us and he is the family dr.he doesnt show any care about your health and will tell you to go wherever you been going since we havent seen him in a while.long waits just to be treated like your not welcome! Definately deserves a complaint with the ontario colleges of physicians and surgeons.

Good doctor, but there is only one doctor. Wait times are an hour if not more.

Edit: doctor usually turns up 45 mins after opening time.

Doctor said he would write me a prescription for 30 days for a drug I need to live so I can have my medical records faxed over from my other doctor (which is their job if they want a new patient) but he only wrote me a prescription for 8 days, which wasn’t clear until I went to pick it up and pay for it. Now I only have a little over a weeks worth of a very necessary drug. Never going to this doctor again even if they are walking distance from my new home. I’d rather travel to a professional doctor. Thanks for nothing.

Very long wait periods.
I went there with appointments but still waited extra hour or more.
Fat lady in afternoon shift is so stupid & unprofessional. Its like you are dealing some one in an indian kitchen.the day i stoped going there i went with my relatives & morning receptionist dealt so rude.it was so big shame for me to tell my ladies relative that i was going to this clinic for 2 yrs, and they had no respect for me That day i decided never to see their ugly faces again.
Doctor is just ok in dignosting, but he mostly connect our problem with phsychological issue.stupid clinic.

Very rude receptionist, Doctor is dismissive and does not seem to focus on what is being told he is too busy typing, also everyone working here as Indian seems like they don’t like other kinds of people which is evident in the way they treat non-Indian patients please do not take your family here the doctor misdiagnosed as a lot only good for minor issues don’t risk your health go somewhere else

Worst clinic of her on professional staff and the doctor is a quack don’t go here if you value your health file a complaint with service Ontario against this clinic let’s get this clinic working properly or shut down

Been going here for a while. Dr. Papneja is friendly however the wait time is VERY LONG. The receptionists are okay
