The service here was helpful, owner seems reasonable. Unfortunately the battery that I purchased for my phone isn't up to the standards of how a brand new battery should perform. Have tried contacting the owner by email and received this message:

Worst screen repair and poor customer service: I got my broken screen repaired from him but after two weeks some lines on screen started appearing on their own. He, the owner, does not know how to behave with customers.
THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL LINES ON THE SCREEN WHEN YOU SEE IT TURNED OFF (BLACK). NO EVIDENCE OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

Great customer service was willing to go an extra step to help. He even joined my fishing group on Facebook.
