I've ordered colour prescription contact lenses from iOptika for my wedding date, and they were perfect colour as I always wanted. The staffs were super kind and friendly, definitely would recommend for all my friends and family.

This was an amazing experience! Everyone was kind and helped me with what I was looking for in terms of style and how it suited my face. Any questions I had were answered and I felt welcomed. I've had glasses for most of my life, and I have to say that this was the best pair out of most of them. I really love them! Yes, this place is in Maple, Ontario, but I really believe that going here is worth the trip.

I came to fix my glasses, I had to repair the pads that rest on the nose and the lady did it free of charge! She was quick and really kind I would recommend this place to everyone! They also have a very wide selection of glasses to choose from.

The customer service levels of this place are through the roof. From my initial appointment call right through to order pick up, they were great. The optometrist is very thorough and attentive, and the opticians are extremely helpful and patient. They made sure to remind me that if I run into any trouble with anything, to just call them and they would help. I'm writing this now with my new lenses on my face, and I couldn't be happier. Honestly, the best optical place I've been to. I had to get a new pair of glasses as mine broke, I had a friend recommend this optical store. The staff is incredible, so friendly and cheerful! One of the workers, Calvin, helped me pick out frames, he was super patient the entire time (I'm very indecisive). They have a really nice selection of brands here, a good range of classics to fashionable, and actually at a fair price unlike other places that gouge you. Then when I came to get them, Lily helped me with the fitting, she never made me feel rushed and made sure that I was absolutely happy with them before I left. A huge thank you to this team!

The best optics place in the city! I would highly recommend them. They are always so helpful with any request I've ever had. They took their time to do a live demo and show me how to insert contact lenses for the first time. I have a couple of glasses from there as they offer such a great variety of styles!

Its so hard to make appointment at this location and the receptionist is so rude.find it hard to communicate with the staff.there is a great eyewear store in the plaza across from this location for a similar price.try going there first!
