They really don’t care about the customers in many ways. These days they are getting busy now the same place last year I went there it was a good customers service because that time they were not busy. It happens when they get busy they don’t care about the customers. The Staff who works there they give different prices and I asked other staff prices he gave me extra $20 and when i negotiate the price he doesn’t want to listen to me and ignore me and say bye so he doesn’t want want the business with us. We walked away. I would not recommend this place to buy jewellery.

I went to this place with friends. Absolutely a no go. The guy treated us very bad. The next Tamil family that came they were treated very good.

Absolutely bad experience. The worst knowledge of customer service. No sense to how sprak to customers. I have been to this place 2-3 times before but never had this bad experience. One of the staff member treated extremly badly and with no customer service experience. Highly disappointed.

I had decided to take a chance to try out this jewelry store rather than go to who I normally go to because of a friends recommendation.

I had a terrible experience because of the customer service I had received from one of the gentleman at the store. When we had decided on one of the items the gentleman had laughed at me for selecting an item between 5-10 grams to review pricing. This definitely made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I expect better customer service from a gold store that charges a premium for its gold and a simple form of respect could have gone a long way.

I was very excited to see the items they had and now I look forward to finding other vendors that can offer 22K gold.
