Just had problems with time due to delays on delivery which made him take longer then he expected, still it would of been nice to know. Other then that my problem was fixed.

My I-phone was repaired here for the exact reasonable estimated price that had been given me, and within an hour of bringing it to the shop, so I am am quite pleased with the service.

I left my Apple watch for repair some months ago. I was assured by Matthew that it would be waterproof after repair, important because I advised him that I use it for swimming. It did not work when returned. I returned it to Matthew who did not respond until today.will revisit this review when I hear again.

For a very fair price he quickly and cleanly replaced the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. I chose not to try the work myself as the phone is glued shut and on YouTube it does not look like a simple job.

Really happy with iPad screen and camera replacement. Sucks I can’t use Face ID anymore but that’s on Apple. I can’t give a 5 star because there was glue residue that I had to clean off and communication could have been improved.

Professional and friendly service, at a very reasonable price. Matt ran diagnostics on my iphone 6 and replaced the battery while I waited. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes.
I returned to Brockville iPhix when my 2011 HP laptop stopped working. Given the age of my laptop and the fact that it wasn't just a failed adaptor or failed DC port, Matt suggested transferring the hard drive to a newer used laptop. Again, for a very reasonable price, I have a functioning device, which is actually an upgrade from my old laptop. The shop is set up for social distancing, and there's free parking at the door.

The guy came out to my vehicle and gave me a quote on my repairs. He repaired it quickly and the price was on point.

Can't say enough about how great iPhix is. Our son is in the middle of university exams and his phone stopped charging, just to throw a little extra stress into the situation. Tried cleaning out the charging port but no luck, so decided to pop into iPhix to see if we needed to get it replaced.

I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name, but the tech was able to clean out the port and get the phone charging normally, and wouldn't let me pay him for his time - he just asked that I come back when I needed anything, and I definitely will, they're now my go-to source for any tech fixes I might need. Thanks again for such great service!

Quick and easy! Not to mention WAY cheaper than the big box stores for printer ink refills! When I upgrade my phone I'll be getting my glass screen protector here as well because it's half the cost of what Rogers or The Source wants!

I can't discuss too much as my phone was never serviced. The gentleman I spoke to seemed knowledgeable I just thought they asked too much money for the glass repair (another business in Brockville was 35% cheaper!) Always do your homework people!
