Your agent Paul Patrocino DM’d me telling me the world would be a better place without me in it, and he hopes that I have a fatal heart attack, and I as die…his message is the last thing I think about. This was in response to me calling him out for spreading a lie about how a colleague of mine died. His behavior is appalling and I was disheartened that iPro complaint department didn’t care because he sent me a death wish outside of work hours.
UPDATE
Sent details. Was told he’d be talked to. 2 weeks later? No follow up to me-the person he wished death on.

I recently rented out my apartment, i contacted Zeeshan Shahid from ipro realty. Beware he is a fraud/scam artist. Got me to sign on an 12 year lease and where i will be paying half the utilities. Later he even threatened me and also forged my signature just to close the deal.
I contacted Police, my lawyer & RECO the legal body which issues their license, and complained about him. It took few days, and in the end it was cleared. Zeeshan Shahid is Not an easy person to deal with, had my worst experience with him.
Piece of advise look for some professional agent with good reviews, dont get stuck with some street thug.

Amazing Service and staff working around the clock for their agents. Totally recommend it to new and older agents.

UNPROFESSIONAL agents in the real estate industry I’ve ever seen, don’t know how to communicate/deal with customers. I wish I could give them ZERO rating.
