The place looks great, first time here on a Wed after work, coffee was 2/5, tried an espresso and a cappuccino. Friendly staff

Nice service and decent flat white but no drip coffee, doesn’t take cash, and charges $1 for oat milk.

Great coffee and snacks but I would not recommend the 'Sparta' bowl. The salty feta, balsamic vinegar and hummus, and pickled onions combine to create a powerfully tart bowl, that in my opinion was not well balanced.

Best interior for a care in the area. Cozy. Great menu, flat white, unique pastries with crazy ingredients and bowls that are the same price as Freshii but much better

Wouldn’t mind eating here for all my meals instead of meal prepping

I went to iQ a few days ago and had the BEST experience. The food is Amazing, the friendliest staff, the best ingredients and the coffee! The coffee is SO good.
My number #1 place to go when I’m in Toronto.

I genuinely love IQ and get it all the time however last week I had a pretty big surprise when I opened my bowl. There was a giant LIVE moth that crawled out of it; I was completely startled and it ruined my lunch. Ended up ordering Impact Kitchen and eating it at 2pm. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up in case they need to check their produce. Guy on the phone was super nice and said the manager will be in touch with me by tomorrow. No one has reached out to me at all and it’s been over a week. I wish I could share a video of the moth moving around to show you how gross it was.

Super nice staff and you can tell these ingredients are high quality/made fresh. Absolutely love the Lima (no beans add cucumber) and the Chia Pudding!

Great service, the coffee is delicious and you can't go wrong with the avocado toast (Unless you want to buy a house)!

I have enjoyed this 9/10 times that I eat here. Sometimes the portion seems just a smidge smaller for the cost, but it's usually a well filled box and satisfying. Ever since they changed the way they prepare the chicken, I would say the yum factor has increased.

Coffee is good but service is slow. Staff not very friendly. Make sure you go at least 20 minutes before closing or you won’t get coffee.

Delicious healthy food, I had the Miso Miso bowl with salmon absolutely delicious, I topped it off with a cappuccino and a dark chocolate cookie. Scotty was a very generous host in helping a first timer navigate the menu

Fantastic choice and tasty salads. I love that you can replace the ingredients you want and size portion is very decent for the price. In my opinion, a salad needs to be filling, especially for low-carb eaters (it's hard to get the same density without the added quinoa, rice, bread, or else). The restaurant is also clean and welcoming.

Awesome restaurant! Like a freshii but ten times better. The ingredients are really fresh. I love the market bowl (any of the bowls are fully customizable). I also love the almond brothers smoothie. It is the best thing ever. I never even liked almond butter until I tried it. Super awesome customer service from Mike one of the store managers. Will be back for him. If you’re up for something truly Canadian try the maple late.

Had the Lima bowl with chicken myself. It was actually quite large and I'm super full. Good value and high quality, healthy, locally sourced ingredients. Chicken breast was a little dry. The grapefruit, honey mint tea was amazing. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu

Whenever I'm in downtown Toronto I make sure to get my coffee iQ. Great location, great coffee and tasty food too. They also have various milk alternatives including oat so happy about that!

Tasty lunch boxes. My favourite is the “Lima” as it’s got a nice tangy spiciness to it. Their portions used to be small, but they have seemed to have amped up their portion sizes as of recent.

Perfect spot for people with 200 IQ. When I need poggers in chat, IQ food always replenishes my hunger and I am left feeling satisfied and full when I need to make 200 iq plays.

Food is pricey. They cater to the downtown folks with disposable income. I go there every so often. The menu is consistent. If you just want to eat healthy there are many choices downtown. I used to go there maybe once every month just for variety.

I really like their boxes, and I still get a box almost every day, but the hassle that it's slowly becoming, makes it difficult to like the brand. The lines are usually terrible (could be as long as 40 minutes), so the next option is ordering online. However, they stopped attaching proper receipts to the order confirmations, which are basically useless to me now. They also frequently make mistakes with the choice of ingredients. One time (and it's just one of the numerous examples) I ordered salmon, which is ~$5 extra, and they didn't put it in. After I discovered it missing after I was back at my desk, I sent them a screenshot to their centralized email (twice now) asking for a refund.they have simply been ignoring me. I get it - they are resting on their laurels of initial success, but continuous sloppy things like this will eventually catch up to them.

UPDATE: they finally got back to me apologizing for the delay in responding and offered to reconcile the situation with a missed menu item. Definitely appreciated the gesture and changed my rating from 1 to 3. If the staff makes fewer mistakes with orders (especially as big as missing the fact that a piece of salmon wasn't there) and if they finally sort out that situation with the receipts, I'd be happy to give them a 5!

IQ has countlessly made mistakes on my orders.

The food here is over-priced, and not worth it at all. The only business it receives is from office people who work in 18 York Street.

Save your money and go across the street to Aroma for better food and a better deal.

A bit pricey, their hot sauce is something extra ordinary and Lima is the one. Sweet potato brownie and hot grapefruit mint tea is something new to try.

The food line worker buried meat at the bottom of my salad so I wouldn't see it when I opened the box, and also put meat on a salad that is labeled as VEGAN. This is the sababa salad that comes with the falafel patties, which would make NO sense to hide chicken on the bottom of the bowl. The staff here maliciously and intentionally put chicken on my salad.

More details: I ordered two salads from IQ and they messed them up (this has happened countless times from here), they remade them, I stuck my fork in the salad bowl and took a bite only to realize something was off texture-wise. I discovered that the bottom of my salad looked like it had chicken in it (see pic1). I then moved the top layer of my salad and found a very large amount of chicken hidden on the bottom, beneath the lettuce layer (see pic2). I was VIOLENTLY ill, I have not eaten meat in over 6 years due to moral and health reasons.

When is meat ever on the very bottom layer of the salad? When making a salad the protein is ALWAYS on top. So if this was a 'mistake' on the food line workers part, wouldn't the chicken be right on top of the salad?

Had the peaches and green smoothie, absolutely delicious! And the latte I got was nice and smooth.

The food is kind of all over the place. Atmosphere is nice. I had the mushroom soup and the spartan bowl. Very, very expensive for what you get. The bowl was delicious, but the soup was one of the worst things I've ever tasted. It tasted like boiling dishwater. The chef seems to love sesame oil, so the soup was probably 20% oil. In addition, it tasted like it was made with water rather than broth from a chicken or w/e, so the only flavor you get is dirt and sesame. Disgusting enough to totally overshadow how good the bowl was.

Great spot for interesting and unique meal options! Their portions are great, ingredients are fresh and well prepared. Service is top notch!
