The IQ Offices team at the 545 King St. West location is the friendliest and most dedicated team you can find. Always very attentive, supportive and professional.

The community at the 545 King Street West location of iQ Offices is incredible, made more so by the amazing individuals who take time to carefully curate a great experience as soon as you walk in for the work day.

Generally, there's a welcoming atmosphere that encourages collaboration, and weekly Happy Hour provides excellent opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals in the city.

I ran into an issue during a booking recently. The staff wasn't being helpful, but rather difficult considering my visit history here. It's disheartening, and it prompts me to re-think my inclination to support a business that refuses to accept reasonable solutions offered for the time being.

Me and my colleague had a one day visit at iQ Offices during Collission 2022. We chose the space as it looked modern and cozy.

Unfortunately now half year later we found out from our accountant that the company credit card has been charged continuosly every month after the visit. These charges total to over 700 dollars.

We tried sorting this out over the email but no one replied. Its also impossible to do this face-to-face as we are located in Finland.

I'm sad that this kind of scams still exist.

Basically they said they will throw out my mail if I didn't collect it every 30 days. I pay them to hold simple letters, over $800 per year! Ouch!

Had a great experience at this location. Team was super friendly and helpful and it had everything we needed to work out of for the day. The main doors being down an alley was confusing and the main street-access door should have some kind of signage to help people unfamiliar.

Great co-working space! Beautiful and neat! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the ‘Happy hour’ concept as we get to meet other people working in the same building. Hailey is amazing!

Awesome group of office managers especially Claire and Sanei! Location is accessible from St Andrews subway station and a short streetcar ride. It's super clean and modern work space.

I’ve worked at other shared workspace but this spot really goes over and beyond. With the amazing staff that keeps us well feed with treats and awesome coffee and bevy’s. I LOVE the Thursday parties with snacks treats and some drinks. Great culture!

Great location, friendly people, easy access to building, Free Snacks, dog friendly. What more can you ask for.

ERMAGHERD WHERE DO I START? ! If heaven existed, this place would be it. PRETZELS? YOU GOT EM. GRANOLA? HAVE 4 SCOOPS! CHOCOLATE CHIPS? BETTER THAN NANAS!

This building mixes work zen with fun. Closed office with privacy screening makes it a fun game of hide and seek to find your coworkers, but that adds an element of excitement to it all!

We also get super crazy on Thursdays, cause it's happy hour, and boy, does it make me happy! Beer, wine, MONTHLY COCKTAIL FEATURES? !? ! I mean, HOW DO YOU BEAT IT? !

Also, the staff are particularly fantastic. I think they are all secretly superheros at night. And probably all Black Belts in Karate Kung Fu. They are the myths and legends you've heard all summer long by the bonfire. A literal aura of sunshine follows them around. Yea that's right, its sunshine 24/7 here, get your TAN ON! And they have a cool GhostBusters Plant Water shooter thingy, so those plants can keep giving us all the Oxygen we could ever want.

But on a serious note. This place is cool. And they gave me a cat stuffed animal. So. Yea.

The staff is incredible and always open to questions or concerns. Super friendly when seeing them around the building. The space is beautiful and modern. Love the space, love the people!

Where to start! It's a great office in a fantastic location with super star staff to go with it. Wish the pricing was better. Claire and Hailey are the icing on the cake! Go team:)

It's across the street from where I live, so that was a positive. The rest - meh. The environment is very sterile, the people who work there are super annoying (the desk renters NOT the staff.the staff are solid! I like them a lot). The WiFi is TERRIBLE. It got so bad I had to go home 2 or 3 days a week just to get my work done. When something breaks, they take like 10 weeks to fix it (elevator was out for months, toilets, etc). Once we got set up at our desks, they forced us to move to accommodate some nerds who rented more desks than us to a spot we didn't like. And at the end of it all - they kicked everyone out of the space to renovate for 3 months. Which will likely be way longer knowing them. Yes, they kicked the entire office out. And I'm still waiting for my security deposit back. Which I should have gotten back a while ago. I want to say again, the staff here are really kind. I like them and they do a great job. But overall I would say brightlane sucks. And I'm glad to be out of there. Would be 1 star if the location wasn't so great and if the staff wasn't good.
