When my wife and I decided to list our house for sale, we knew we had to have Ira as our listing agent. The market completely changed in June. We knew we needed a professional selling agent with a vast network and couldn’t rely on family/friend selling agents.

Ira and Mario came to our house and gave us a detailed presentation on their experience, their process, and the next steps to get the house on the market as quickly as possible. Their presentation gave us a lot of confidence that we were working with professionals.

As soon as she made posts, we saw an increase in the number of showings.

Our house was on the market for only 7 days. On the offer day, Ira negotiated with the buyers and we got an offer over asking in this market, where most houses are going under asking.
