They work magic! Such a positive experience. They helped me get my iPad up and running. They didn’t go for a quick fix selling me something I didn’t need. I so appreciated them for that. This is definitely the place to go for all Apple challenges.

Scammers. Big time. If you’re looking to get your property stolen or a PHONEY screen repair (not genuine product - screen is all messed up now) this is the place to go. AVOID.

Just had a fantastic experience at iRepair. The charger port on my iPhone had been acting up for weeks so I finally brought it in to have it looked at. They immediately discovered that the issue was a blockage and promptly cleaned it at no cost, and my phone is working good as new. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, with friendly and courteous service - highly recommended!

I went there a few times for repairs, didn't charge me for replacing the broken screensaver, fast and good services, the gentleman at the repair shop is very friendly

I have had several screens replaced here and always done quickly, courteously and competitively priced. And today I thought my iPhone 11 gave up the ghost, black screen, nothing when plugged in to charger and my other devices could not see it. Went to get a simple fix on my iPhone. Speaker wasn’t working. I couple of minutes and fixed. How much? No charge. Don’t find that much these days. Awesome

Wonderful visit there today! My old model i-phone would no longer charge. The gentleman said he would see if a cleaning would help. He spent about 10 minutes working on it. Now the phone charges perfectly! No charge. I would strongly recommend this iRepair!

Can’t say I’m impressed at all. Brought in my daughters iPad 7 in April 2022 as it was dead. Green lines on screen then nothing. Thought worth a shot to get it repaired. After repeated calls in, roughly 6 weeks later, was told it was a processor and could be fixed for $150. I said sure, let’s do it. Fast forward to the summer, July I believe, still no communication on fix. Went in to check and told waiting for parts. Meh Covid lol No biggie. Fast forward to the fall, still no iPad. Repeated visits in and told ‘wow that’s way too long, we’ll get to the bottom of this’ and ‘I will call you in half an hour when I find out’. But alas, never received call back on what’s going on. Fast forward to December 2022, went in to say please just give me the broken iPad back, I’ve given up. Told this time ‘I will call you by 2pm we need to get to the bottom of this’ By now I was not expecting a call back because this seems to be the norm. I waited till 4 then checked in again. Told we will know by Wednesday and will call. Hahaha no call again and I forgot about it also. Week and a half later, lo and behold, irepair did call me! But, diagnosis now a logic board (not sure if that’s same as processor) but the repair quote had gone up to $200 and no apology over the poor communication or delays. Now this broken iPad has been in their possession for 8 months and not fixed. As it is a 4 year old model I have decided now to not fix it as will be obsolete sooner than later. So, now have the broken iPad back in my possession and a really bad taste in my mouth over how irepair danforth handled themselves. Will not be bringing future broken devices there.

Just had iPhone7 battery replaced. It took about as long as it took me to wander down Danforth a block or so and have a coffee. Friendly, courteous staff. Prices (which I think can't be beat) are posted clearly on their website. Highly recommend this business!

They will fix your mac with apple parts and provide a warranty. They saved me $700.00 by replacing the blown speakers on my 2019 MacBook Pro after I was told that it couldn't be done without also replacing the keyboard, battery and trackpad by.another place.

In addition, they are one of the only repair stores that truly value their customers more than their business. I went to two other repair stores who gave me the wrong diagnostic on my computer and told me that I needed to pay double the price.iRepair Danforth told me accurate results and saved me money and time. Went in with a faulty charging port, they cleaned it FOR FREE and now it works like a charm. My face recognition wasn't working, either (after a rain storm on motorcycle) so they told me not to bother as it would be $200. Great guys, very honest.highly recommended! Thanks iRepair!

Very honest guys. I called before going asking for a replace of my iPhone 8 charging port they asked me to bring the phone so they can check first and you know what if it was another place I would have paid but this guys said it’s not a big deal ur good to go I was surprised how! He said ur port just needed to be cleaned.

I was quoted $400 for a logic board repair of my 2015 MacBook Pro, I determined it was not worth continuing. I opened my MacBook today and immediately noticed a connector pin was loose. I plugged this back in and my MacBook is back to working properly. Do not waste your time with this extortionist establishment. Shame on you.

I had an iPhone XS Max that had problems with the earpiece where I could not hear anything when making phone calls and speaker sounds wouldn't come through. After reading reviews about this place, I decided to give them a shot and brought my phone to Michael who did a great job! I was fully prepared to shell out a fortune to get the earpiece replaced but Michael and his team took it to the back and attempted to fix the issue without opening the phone. Turns out, the earpiece was only clogged with a ton of dust and dirt and Michael was able to clear it in a matter of minutes. He gave me my phone back and it was like a brand new phone! He didn't charge me anything for his time either. Would highly recommend if you need your devices looked at and repaired. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

The Irepair location on the danforth fixed my ipad quickly and for a very fair price. The owner is a stand up guy and I honestly wouldn't suggest going anywhere else in toronto to have your MAC product fixed.

The service we received at iRepair was excellent. In the past I have found computer service experiences to be intimidating and rushed. The technician at iRepair was welcoming and patient as we explained the issues with our computer. We received the computer back the next day after it was diagnosed and felt confident that we had received professional and comprehensive answers. The pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to fix any issues with your apple products. I originally came into the store to change the battery for 2 phones and they recommended only changing 1 as the other one wasn’t worth it. They were very friendly and knowledgable and overall very helpful.

I dropped my iPhone 6S Plus on the floor and completely shattered the screen. I called and spoke with Saraf at 3: 30 pm and had my "new" phone back in my hand by 4: 30pm! He went through everything so thoroughly and offered me various options - some I accepted and others I respectfully turned down. He was professional and courteous and I would definitely go back. In terms of COVID safety, I appreciated the plastic barrier between staff at the cash register, however, noticed that staff were not wearing masks. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely recommend to others.

Really, you could go somewhere, else but you’ll eventually end up here. Micheal is the best and will bend over backwards for you, so there’s that. If you want to tell yourself your doing something by really doing nothing at all, you can tell yourself your supporting a neighbourhood business so there’s that too. I suppose some people can’t just go there cuz their iphone needs repair want to trust the service. So this place will check all the boxes for you!

I am so impressed with iRepair. I took my laptop in last week as the hard drive crashed and Michael was extremely professional, helpful and super nice. They installed a brand new hard drive, installed Windows for free -an amazing surprise. Michael even opened up his shop on Monday - a holiday - so I could have my machine back as I worked all weekend and didn't have time to pick it up on Saturday. Best place I’ve ever been for phone repair! I’ve had my IPhone screen repaired here twice and the staff are so friendly. I brought my IPhone with a cracked screen in today a half hour before their closing time, I fully expected that they wouldn’t be able to fix it till the next business day which would be perfectly understandable. I was so surprised when they replaced my screen in 7 minutes! They even put on a protective screen for me. Such fast turn around for a reasonable price, and I now have a working phone. Excellent experience with iRepair Danforth. I've had my computer in a few times over the past years and they have always done an excellent job. This last time, Saraf did a major repair on my computer logic board and made sure other parts were fixed as well. Always had great service with Michael and the others too. Very glad to have a local business reliably look after my tech.

Took my iphone in because something was lodged in the charging port. Fixed it in a few minutes refusing to take any payment unlike another store that wanted $60 just to open it up. My iPhone7 was getting finicky with its charging cord - sometimes it would charge or times it would not. I thought I’d clean out the port and it stopped charging altogether. Brought it and in and they cleaned out the gunk - no charge. Rarely do you find such genuinely nice people. Help out a local business and pop by.

The best place in Southern Ontario for Apple repairs. My MacBook Pro had an issue that prevented launch. It was diagnosed over the phone and fully repaired. The repair required replacement of a chip on the logic board and a new display. I called a half-dozen other places, including an Apple store, and not one would do the repair.

The staff at iRepair are competent and thorough. The owner takes customer service seriously. I can unreservedly recommend this place.
