Had the end of my iPhone charger lodged into my phone. Went in and was out within a minute. Nice guy, didn’t charge me because of how quick the job was.

Came in with a broken iPad I was told would be $600 to fix from the Apple Store and that it would be better to just get a new one, and got it fixed here for a third of the price! Customer service was awesome and succinct, iPad was fixed in a few days as promised and I’m feeling super relieved that I went here! They also glued my broken beats for no charge. Fantatsic service from Joseph! I found this place through a referral in Milton. Apple quoted me $350 to replace my kepboard which would take a week to fix. I got my keyboard replaced here for $150 and my macbook was ready in 6 hours for pickup! I definitely recommend this place!

I needed someone to fix my iPhone. The gentleman did it in less than 2 minute, he explained to me what he did, and then he did not want to take any money! This man does what Apple can't! And at very reasonable prices. We found him after going to see an Apple Genius as my wife's iPhone was stuck in an infinite loop boot cycle. Apple tried an iOS update, which didn't work and said the next step would be to wipe the phone and try again. A year of baby pictures meant this was not an option. Two minutes over the phone and iRepair correctly diagnosed the problem by asking a couple of questions and was able to fix it. No pictures lost. Happy wife!
Since then, he has replaced her screen (baby used the phone as a chew toy) and her battery. Again, very reasonable prices and super quick service.

A small piece of the charging cord broke off in my iPads port. It took less than a minute for him to extract the little bit. Wonderfully fast and polite. Don’t fiddle with the broken bit, just take it in.

By far the best I have ever found, extremely professional, replaced my back glass on Iphone 12 in just a couple days for a VERY VERY reasonable price. I went to fix my iphone X it was restarting every 5 minutes and pretty much dead. Went to apple apple said oh yah that board (hardware) problem you need new phone or exchange for 700$.
I have decided to shop around and visit irepair, the gentleman was really helpful. 1st he gave me a loaner phone to use, 2nd he tested the device and called me after 3 hrs saying the device is working well after erasing everything. Apparently my data /ios was corrupted and got fixed after erasing the iphone.

Went back to pick ip my phone guess what! The gentleman didn’t charge me for that service. I have been to other shops they chage 75 for just testing the device regardless.

I am really thankful and happy with my experience at this shop. Definitely worth to visit them and most importantly you can trust them.

This was my second visit and wow - I hate tech stuff and feel great working with them because their honest and realistic. They've repaired two of my iPod classics and they've replaced mac battery - same day service and fairly priced! I highly recommend them for both customer service and their actual services! Fixed my MAC Book Pro screen and hinge after the entire assembly broke off. I thought it would be impossible to get it working again due to it being an older model I use to DJ only, but they were excellent. The entire LCD/Hinge assembly was changed along with a cracked glass due to the old parts being difficult to find. The end results was 5 star worthy and the price was not bad. Overall very please and will definitely recommend them and go back.

I brought in my old iPad air that had a broken button and bent frame with smashed screen. It was fixed perfectly, far better than in another more expensive repair shop I had brought it to previously. He also fixed the faulty wifi for free! Fast, courteous and affordable. I highly recommend.

Got my headphone jack for my iPod classic repaired here. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff.

When I went to pick up my iPod, the employee advised me the battery on my iPod was starting to swell and if let untouched it may swell against my screen and damage my iPod. He didn't push any extra services on me, just informed me of the repair cost. When I declined he showed me what to look out for on my iPod to show the battery has the be replaced immediately. What great customer service. You earned yourself a lifetime customer.

Had a broken screen in which IREPAIR was able to correct for me taking only a few hours to fix the screen. It would seem the drop on my phone was extensive in which more then screen needed to be repaired and the company was able to explain to me exactly what needed to be fixed and provide solutions for me. To have this level of honesty and offer to help long after my warranty expired really means a lot to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a solution for fixing repairs.

The guy who runs the place is great. I got my old phone fixed to keep as a spare and it works just as good as the 1st day.even the battery life.

I was in town on business from the U. S.and my phone started malfunctioning. I was freaking out all night and into the morning until I could saw the reviews for iRepair. Joe was able to fix my phone in a matter of 2 hours while I was at a meeting and gave me a great price on the repair effort. 10/10 would recommend!

I wasn’t going to explain my review but here it goes. I took my laptop to Apple first to get a diagnosis they quoted me at around 600$ for the LCD. I wanted something cheaper so after looking at reviews around -this place came across. I was so happy to find a decent place and the guy seemed knowledgeable. Then things started to go down. First it took them way too long for the diagnosis changing between the screen and a different issue. They finally give me a quote of 575$ plus tax (not that much different from Apple) for the LCD replacement and quoted me at 225$ to change the battery which Apple charges 169$ for. That’s where I felt like I was being fooled at. I took my laptop back and decided to trust Apple for repair. And guess what. My laptop now has an issue that was never there on the initial diagnosis and they quoted me at 1,400$ in repairs. Irepair basically destroyed my laptop and I regret letting them open it up. Clearly they don’t know how to do the job properly. So disappointed.

My experience was amazing with them. Other stores messed up my working phone & then I came here. Joe took his time to fix my phone & he did an amazing job. I wasn’t ready to buy new phone as my charging port was loose thats it but different technician from other store messed up so bad & nothing was working. Highly recommended if you want to fix your iPhone or any apple products. Other places give you OEM parts not genuine but this place offers real apple parts. They do have OEM as well & give u option but they get it done whatever they do.

This place is truly amazing. The customer service I received from Joseph was second to none. My daughters MacBook charger was frayed and not connecting properly, it’s an Apple product but I bought it from Joseph about a year and a half ago. When I brought it into Joseph he replaced it at no charge. He didn’t have to do this as he is not responsible for the inferior quality of Apples chargers. A+ service. I won’t go anywhere else!
