I contacted Victor at I Repair Toronto regarding my sons Xbox-X as it would not turn on after dropping it. He advised potential problems and approximate cost to repair over the phone. After delivering it to him for repair same day I assumed I would be waiting until next week due to holidays. I was surprised to get a message same day advising the issue after inspecting and the cost to repair. Victor had it fixed and tested next day while advising along the way where we were at. Once it was picked up and brought home he also followed up later in the day to make sure all was well. With this kind of professional service I had to write a quick review to thank him again. I will definitely be dropping my X Box 360 off to him for repair next week.

I had a problem with a Dell laptop that wouldn’t start at all. Victor was great to work with, he allowed me to drop it off after-hours which was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem, which unfortunately confirmed that my daughter had short-circuited the motherboard. Victor took me through it all so that I could understand the situation properly. I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to replace the motherboard, even though that would have meant more work for him. In the end that laptop was a write-off, but Victor still helped me to salvage the SSD hard drive which is at least some solace from a burnt out motherboard.

My PlayStation was in working condition on all apps, except for games it would shut off because of overheating. It needed to be cleaned. When I arrive to drop the PlayStation off I got sketchy vibe but I ignored it because I was desperate as I like to game. After paying $180 to test the playstation to be fixed I went home to use it and an error message pops up I contact the owner and let him know that I can’t pass this error message and my PlayStation no longer works. He proceeded to tell me he needs another $140 to fix his error and I think that is not acceptable. As I stated, I was able to watch Netflix, YouTube and all other apps and now I can’t get in the PlayStation at all Save yourself some money and go to an actual business operation to get quality services so you don’t get scammed out of your money from somebody working out of the basement Ripping people off. PS you can get your ps dusted for 60 elsewhere this is highway robbery.

The guy might be good fixing ps4s, xboxes and nintendos, but not PCs. He fixed mine at a very high price a few months ago and it got broken again with the same issue a few days ago. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it at a much lower cost. I've had the chace to compare the service quality and I can say there are better places that provide much better service and proced with much more professionalism through all the repair process. Only after comparing services I have decided to write a review for the bad service I got from iRapair.

My PS4 wasn’t able to connect to the TV and kept saying no signal and error. After, being on call with him for less than 5 minutes and explaining the issue, he was able to find out the cause of it and assured me that it was something that he had done multiple times and was simple for him to fix. Well before you go to those other places do 2 things analyze the quote. “It’s cheaper to hire a professional than to hire an amateur”. Very prompt service, and attention to detail, when the first chip failed he further analyzed found it was voltage regulator chip, was able to repair that. I’ve talked to other repair shops saying “50/50 chances we can fix it and no guarantee, along with a 2-3 week turn around” in all honesty the money saved us not worth the savings. As you’ll end up coming here anyways. Definitely recommend, and would repeat business for anything related to the services.

I was very impressed with the quick response and fast service. He was very straight to the point, and very confident that he could fix the problem with the PS4 Pro. The problem was 'the fan was extremely loud and you could hardly hear anything else but the fan.

I I highly recommend irepairtoronto the USB ports on my PS4 we're completely not working anymore I took it to a guy who lived across the street from me and he could not fix it at all and instead did more damage to my system the Bluetooth chip was completely not working and my controllers were not connecting to my PS4 anymore I took it to irepair Toronto and he was able to fix the usb ports and the bluetooth chip within a 24 hour window for now on I will be going to him for any of my video game repairs thank you guys so much
