I went there to replace my MacBook's battery as my friend recommends them for me.
The service was great and my laptop works well w/ the new battery.

My colleague recommended I bring my surface pro to these guys for repair when my screen was cracked. The person that helped me was Kale, he was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions promptly and was helpful. They gave me a quote, I sent in my tablet, it was fixed in 1-2 days and they shipped it back to me. I was very happy with their service.

I 100% told the guy on the phone iPad Air 5th gen screen and even gave him the serial number and he tells me $190. I show up to the store and the 2nd employee says $300 cause the first employee gave the wrong quote (5th gen price, not air). The 2 employees start arguing with each other and I hear the first employee saying “I think the 5th gen screen will work the same for the air. ” The 2nd employee disagrees and offers $255 instead (he offered a $45 discount cause he knows they messed up). I ask for the original promised price for $190 and he says no so I leave. Next time actually listen on the phone, give a proper quote and stop blaming the customer for your own mistake.

The best place hands down to get a repair done for a device at a reasonable price. Device I needed repaired was an Iphone 7 with a Motherboard failure problem and potential risk of data loss. Price was more than reasonable as I tipped an extra $10 for the service and patience the staff had provided to me.

On May 3rd my Iphone 7 (One I had not backed up since I got it 5 years ago) decided to not turn on nor charge for the day. I consulted 3 different locations until one of the locations recommended iRepex to me.

Upon arriving I was told by the staff that the issue of the phone was one related to the motherboard and charging IC. At that point I had thought all was lost because I was told there would be a 50/60% chance that during the repair my data may be wiped but I would not be charged if they could not fix the problem. As such I decided to leave my phone with them and hope for the best.

On the second day I was relieved to find out that they were successful in repairing the Mother Board's charging IC and that my phone was operational to the point that I can proceed to do a physical and ICloud back up. This is the point where the exceptionalism of this establishment started shining. During said day I proceeded to start an Iphone ICloud back up and a physical back up to an external hardrive that I had brought to the location. The physical back up however was going to take longer than the store was to be open and guess what? They ALLOWED me to stay almost 45 minutes after closing to get the physical back up done, here's the funny part, at around 96% the back up was stuck in a loop and failed so I decided to cut it short and leave the store to not make it seem like I was abusing their goodwill. (At this time they could see that I was very flustered regarding potentially loosing 5 years of data and thus accommodated my requests in data retrieval). I left the barely alive Iphone 7 in ICloud back up mode and was re-assured that the device would not die again on me prior to retrieving the information.

As I returned on the third day I was greeted with bad but good news showcasing the forward thinkingness of the staff. The Icloud back up from the previous day had failed but prior to me returning to the store the staff had re-initiated the back up so when I arrived the time remaining for the back up to be completed was minimal. Upon confirmation that the Icloud back up was indeed completed and worked I rushed to the nearest apple store to buy me a new device and bring it back to the repair shop. My initial repair was only to be the restoration of the motherboard but upon further diagnoses the charger port too was damaged and needed to be replaced. Calling it a day I gave permission to the staff to fully repair the phone (at this point the phone was gutted and had an external charger connected directly to the battery to keep it on long enough to retrieve data). They told me to return the next day and guaranteed that due to the initial mother board repair that replacing the charger port would not put the data at risk.

On the fourth and final day I returned to pick up my Iphone 7. The data was secured and it was more than capable of maintaining and holding a charge. I gave the staff an extra $10 as a tip for staying true to their word and saving this phone and its memories for me. I have taken many of their cards and have been passing them to family and friends that may have issues with their devices. I was able to back up to my new phone via the quick start feature Apple Devices have, and now have an icloud backup of all my information. I respect and appreciate this repair place for their service.

Side Note: After leaving my phone the first day I too started scouring these reviews to see if this place was indeed legit. I can confirm to others seeking to find if it is worth it to bring your devices here or not that it is indeed. THEY DO NOT SWAP PARTS OR FURTHER DAMAGE YOUR PHONE SO THAT YOU END UP SPENDING MORE MONEY. At least, in my experience this was not the case.

Went in to fix the screen on my iPhone 11 pro max. Not only was this the best price in the city that I could find, but the repair was done in under 40 minutes.

Additionally, every other place that I called told me that they wouldn't be able to fix the phone and have the facial recognition still work, but these guys pulled it off no problem. Absolutely thrilled with the speed and quality of service, and would recommend this place to anyone that needs to fix a screen.

Horrible they told me they had no original and it will arrive on Thursday and since i needed my phone fixed immediately i agreed 3 days later i had issue with my screen called the store spoke with owner he said bring it. My screen started fading and by the time i reached the store it was dark and led was damaged he said its physical damage. The previous owner was much better new owner is a rip off do not go there. He said it was my fault then i immediately took it to another place and they said it was the screen they put for me quality was not good and was not sealed properly therefore water got into it and had a hairline cracked. I ended up spending $400, $150 for the crapy screen and $250 for original. Very upset.

Worst place, very crooked dishonest people, the other reviews about them switching parts in your phone are absolutely true, they’ll take a good part from your phone and replace it with a part that is on the verge of failing, also if you think there giving you oem parts there not, there giving you aftermarket inferior parts or parts stolen from other phones, I would listen to the one star reviews as those are usually the ones telling you how truly it is, criminal people doing criminal business, if you don’t believe me give them your phone and find out for yourself. I was a customer, emphasis on was, not a fake review, but some of your glowing reviews are fake like the one with the name Farzad is the name of the owner, but I’m sure he’s going to come back on here and say this is all fake again.

Have done 4 phone over the years. Saved 2 water damaged phones. The screen repair is always a great price. They have access to not just iphone repair. Always best price and good quality parts.

Had to get a battery replacement for my Macbook Pro and they did a fantastic job. Happy they have Apple certified products. Only thing was I was told it would be ready in 2-3 days because they had the battery in stock; but I didn't hear anything at the end of the third day, so I called. Apparently they did need to order it after all, and that's why there was a delay.just wished they called to let me know that, as it was my work computer and another day delay was inconvenient. Otherwise very high-quality service and Kale was super accommodating!

Very quick servicing my phone. There was a slight problem when they gave it back to me after their repair, but they owned up to the problem, got a replacement part, and got my phone back to normal in no time. Mistakes happen during repairs all the time, but I was very impressed and happy with how they took care after the phone when it happened. They'll continue to get my business and I'll be recommending any of my friends to go here when needed too.

Great experience. Considering I'm using a near obsolete BlackBerry cell phone, I was able to get a verbal quote over the phone and was elated when I was told that they had parts for the phone. Brought the phone in, and it was assessed and repaired within an hour. Courteous, responsible customer service. Phone works great. I highly recommend this business.

Replaced the display & touchscreen for iPhone 5 few years ago — excellent service and cheaper than non-warranty service at Apple Store.

These days, I wouldn't trust Apple as far as I can throw their service counter — for repairing anything. They'd just lie through their teeth about nonexistent problems to try convince me to buy a new unit instead.

It was an ok service however they didn't notify me to pick up the phone when it was completed, and also didn't clean the mesh on the front speakers as I did tell them if that's possible and they said "yes no problem". I got it back and still seen debris on speakers, seemed like it was forgotten after my screen replacement. When I approached about it they didn't give me an valid reason.

Had a very poor customer service experience at this place yesterday. I took my iPhone here for water damage repair and was told it was going to cost $140 and 3 business days to get fixed. I left it there for a couple hours and in the mean time went to speak to my phone provider and when I realized it would be worth more just buying a new phone, I returned to the shop to take it back. I was hoping they hadn't started working on it yet as he said it would take 3 business days but when I went back and said I have changed my mind and just want the phone back, he said they have already opened the phone and showed me the phone opened and said I have to pay them $50 for the labor for not even three hours of work. When I said I would obviously compensate them now that they have done some work on it but asked how they are calculating the $50, he couldn't give me a straight answer and said the technician's labor would even be more than that and he is undercharging me. I can't comprehend how labor work of 3 full days plus potential replacement of phone parts (screen, battery, speaker,) costs $140 but a couple hours of labor alone without any part replacement costs $50. When I finally agreed to pay the $50, he even charged me tax too for pure labor work and I ended up paying $56.50. If I were a vendor, I wouldn't charge a customer for something that wasn't remotely fixed even if I've spent a couple hours on it whether I couldn't fix it or the customer didn't want me to fix it. I'm sure they can fix phones and all but I wouldn't want to deal with that customer service again and will never go back!
