Johanna was amazing with helping fix my broken glasses. They broke while driving so I pulled over and went to the nearest optician. Lucky it was this place! She had me sorted in no time at all. Will definitely go back when I’m in the market for new glasses.

I was extremely satisfied with the services I received. The staff was polite and helpful. The examination was thorough and complete.

The reception girl (the younger one, I think she's called T. V.) is extremely awful and rude, WORST ever. Had her 2 out of 3 times coming to the store. (1) 1st time had her: very impatient and rude when I asked for price breakdown; also kinda reluctant to reimburse my exam under OHIP for having special condition. For a moment I almost thought she had racist or some sort of.if that was the first time there, I definitely wouldn't go again (2) made big mistake for contact fitting exam & wasted me 1.5hr+ to drive there and do unnecessary appt (I asked for Acuvue Oasys only and stated clearly I've been using Moist so no need to test, but she ordered Moist and called me to come saying my order was there; only after I got there, she told me Oasys was out of stock so they ordered Moist for me!). She doesn't even have the gut to take responsibility nor apologize for not telling me beforehand and kept blaming the manufactory (3) she told me this is under eye exam but my insurance company doesn't want to cover b/c the invoice doesn't have the proper wording. I called to ask for a rewording.she said she couldn't change it, which is fine, but she's extreme rude and impatient during the call.when I asked if this can be covered under OHIP, she said "<my name>, seriously? " Worst manner and attitude I've ever seen from a reception person.
That being said, other older people there are very professional, experienced, helpful and nice. However, I don't consider this location any more because unfortunately the front desk is the thing you have to deal with every time for paying/greeting/booking all that. Giving 1 star here to bring ppl's and the store's attention.

In all of my 85 years I have never had such an excellent experience at any optical and I have been to many over the years. If you had ten stars I would give Len ten plus. He was sooooo very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Len.

Len and Perry helped me to see again! My vision has not been this clear for years. They took incredible care of me. Their care is personalized to your eyes. The best part is they will spend time with you to make sure they get it right. I left with lenses that are made for my eyes- not the regular commercial lenses where one progressive lens type fails most. I had no idea I was settling for such poor vision by buying commercial lenses. I am elated that I can see again.

The customer service that Len provides is outstanding! He knows his stuff. He resolved an issue I had with my current pair of glasses even though I didn't purchase them from IRIS.

My husband has been their customer for more than ten years. However most recent experience was very unbearable surprised me. The eye exam optics made mistake for the prescription. He got headache each time he is using the glasses. He went back to talk to them, they asked him to pay $149 to correct the lens for their mistake. He was timid and paid for it. Recently we went to do eye exam again. There is slightly changes for his eyes. However the doctor told him he did not need to change his glasses. He has two pairs of glasses from Iris using them now. Actually the two pairs are very similar. The new ones were suggested by iris’s doctor to get new pair. It is really cheat the customer.

Went in today for my second eye test in 3 years. Much like the first visit, I am very happy with the service I received today.

I noticed there were new tests that I performed this time around which says to me they are up-to-date with optical methods for making sure your prescription is accurate. Taneisha and Dr. Bhavan answered all my questions thoroughly and concisely and I left very happy. They were also able to go through my insurance which saved me from having to file the claim myself.

The office itself is modern and clean, and the staff are friendly, helpful and receptive to any concerns I had. I would gladly recommend anyone to come and see for themselves. I will definitely be back again! Thank you everyone and IRIS on Sheppard.
