This is a great place to live! Large apts with ensuite storage and laundry, heated salt water pool, etc, secure underground pkg, friendly residents, great location, truly wonderful building managers. I feel so lucky and grateful to call this my home.

Sal and Elisa are friendly and co-operative managers who have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Thank you.
The building and grounds are well maintained and clean.
Our apartment was painted top to bottom, carpets were cleaned, the flooring in both bathrooms was updated. We also have a new stove.
All in all, this is an excellent place to live.

Hi - it’s a great place to live - but the units have problems. The closets & appliances are too old and outdated. The fridges keep being exchanged between units & are not functional. The stove ovens too seem to have been here for ages. The quality of paint is very low & the maintenance inside units are not with low quality as well. Since you are getting good rents, please start changing these old outdated stuff.

This place is awesome and wonderful to live at.
The best part above and beyond the actual structure are the building managers - Sal and Elisa!
These guys are awesome, always friendly and always eager to help.

Sal and Elsa are very hard working couple who is always there when you need help! They are always looking out for you and willing to help! I would rate them 4.7 out of 5

I have been having problems with my furnace and Sal has been very accommodating to find the issue. I am very pleased with both him and Elise
in keeping the building safe and clean. I have been here for over 7 years and they seem to be forever vacuuming the halls or Sal is out making sure the sidewalks are clear and salted. The fire alarms are also tested every month as well. I hope they remain here for a long time.

Elisa and Sal do an amazing job of keeping the building clean and safe. They are attentive to and provide a prompt response to the needs of the tenants. Best building managers I've ever had. Keep up the good work.

I think it would be wise to remove the reviews from before Sal and Elisa came, as any negative comments were from before their arrival.

This place is Amazing! Beautiful units, great amenities, friendly people, very quiet and inviting, meticulously maintained, amazing views, the list never ends! The management is 1 in million, Sal and Elisa do such a wonderful job of maintaining this property, are always there quickly and swiftly when any problem may arise large or small, they really treat you and everyone here like family always happy to help or just say hello! This beautiful place wouldn't be the same without Sal and Elisa. Thanks to you both!

I chose Iron Horse Towers because of its location and reputation as a quiet building. I moved in one week ago, and throughout the process, the building managers, Sal and his wife, have been very attentive, and the concerns I raised as a new tenant were addressed immediately. My apartment is clean and a few small repairs have been made, and I continue to receive excellent service whenever I make an inquiry on any matter. The residents on my floor have so far indicated their satisfaction with the building, and I'm sure I will recommend this location a year from now. Cheers!

Worst building managers and management ever. When i vacated, i was charged 350$ on the last day for wall paper removal and steam cleaning. The wallpaper was a small tree on one corner of the wall. We asked them if we need to remove it. The building manager said its ok and then they charge 200$ for the removal. It would have taken 1 min for us to remove it. The management deducted my last month rent from my bank even though last month rent was supposed to be taken from my initial deposit. I had to call them up to get it refunded. Not a good apartment for immigrants to live in. This cant be really explained in words.

We stayed in this apartment exactly for a year. Initial days were awesome when Carol and Ed was the building managers. We usually get timely and kind response. After some months with the new managers we get timely responses with an unfriendly attitude. Even when they have to instruct on something we were treated like criminals. Don’t know if that’s because we are immigrants. We didn’t care about those stuffs anyways since we liked the building. Building is calm and well maintained.

I moved into this building 9 months ago and I absolutely love it. It is well maintained and quiet. Carol and Ed are always available for any assistance you need.
