These guys are awesome, and I mean ALL staff members know what they are doing. I wanted to automate my in ground front and back yard sprinklers with a controller and some valves. I did a quick napkin sketch, and brought that in. Their competence not only sold me on the main components, but they took the time to help me out with ALL of the fittings as well. Even after I changed the valve output a bit to save space, a big box let me down with fittings, - these guys saved my a** there again. Do your homework, get your plan together, and get your system here.

First time buyer. Needed to replace a valve on a PVC manifold. Decided to upgrade to a quality manifold with new valves. The order was ready the next day and at a great price, too! Great staff. Couldn't be happier.

I was unsure of exactly what I needed and found the staff very helpful with supplying me with the correct item. I would recommend them.

Quick shipping, good quality threaded connections, a lot easier and better than rain bird especially if you make a mistake and want to remove the hose you can cut it off, 1/2” hose must have a small OD so the hose you get won’t work with rain bird fittings so make sure to order some extra fittings straight connections, 90’w, T’s, valves, and maybe 1/2” hose as we were short a couple for the way we plumbed it in and nobody local has these fittings, also we needed more hose as we made a mistake and cut one length too short. One of the valves at the garden bed leaked from new, the pressure reducer didn’t have a gasket in it, otherwise all was good to go, neither of these were a big deal as we had standard hose gaskets and I ordered more fittings and valves and a kit for another garden anyways.

One of the YouTubers I followed recommended this shop. I am so happy that I can find it. We followed the tutorials on the website and set up the Sparkling System and Drip Irrigation System by ourselves. The Customer Service guy George is amazing. You can ask any questions about any of the products. He usually replies within a day. And the answer is always get to the point. The price from Irrigation Direct Canada is very competitive with Home Depot and the other stores. I would highly recommend this this store.

These guys are amazing! First of all, they have a wide offer of products and solutions, but for me, the most important part were the tutorials where you can learn how to design your irrigation system, how to install it and how to maintain it. And there is more. I decided to install a two zone sprinkler system plus a drop irrigation system for the flower gardens. Everything worked perfectly fine, except the pressure regulator for the drip system. I contacted them and they not only took care of finding a solution, they sent me the new piece completely free of charge. Problem solved and they got a client for life. In fact, today I have picked up more items to complete another area in the backyard. You will not regret using Irrigation Direct. Amazing!

I ordered a system from irrigation direct during the Covid lockdown. Despite the limitations, they were able to process my order quickly. I believe that the true measure of customer service is how they manage the situation when something goes wrong.

I discovered that I had made an error with my order. I emailed them late in the evening and I was surprised to receive an immediate reply from Mike. He was eager to resolve the issue and allow us to continue our work. The replacement parts were shipped the very next day. He even covered the shipping cost despite the fact that it was my fault.

Not a very good company at all. I sent them my blueprints which were very easy and straight forward and directions that I was going to install 4 sprinkler heads and if they could provide all the parts needed and also let me know the price. They said they are too busy to do that. What kind of company responds with that nonsense?

I am really satisfied and happy with the Irrigation Direct Canada's service and products. When I ordered the drip irrigation system for our raised beds 2 years ago, all my emails with my countless questions were answered quickly and efficiently.  Also I didn't have to wait long for my order to come. Since then I have ordered a few more things, had a few more questions and everything was dealt with very professionally like before. Above all the system works great, is easy to install, priced very reasonably and makes watering our veggies soooooo much easier. Highly recommended. Love it!

Reasonably fast shipping. Excellent product quality. I got an incorrect component piece with wrong size by mistake (conceivable given probably had the part just mixed in the wrong pile in packaging) and I contacted customer service by email and got a prompt reply next morning and the correct component shipped to me immediately. Will be ordering more from this company.

Purchased a drip irrigation set-up for a small 60 tree apple orchard last spring. Too busy last year to install, but set up the system last weekend and I am amazed at how easy the installation was and surprised that it worked the first time I turned it on!

In the past 4 years I've set up 3 different drip irrigation systems using products from irrigationdirect.ca. The products are always as advertised and received in a timely manner. The prices are competitive and really appreciate their design guidelines.

Out of many orders of lots of small pieces, I finally had an error in the order today (they sent 4 male endcaps instead of 4 female adapters). The email response from the company was quick and the error resolved right away. Mistakes happen and I greatly appreciated their responsiveness.

I have been a valued customer for about 5+ years and this is my one stop shop for all new and adding to existing irrigation needs. Fast service, completive pricing and all I need for my growing. Adding irrigation to my needs with irrigation direct has decreased my time for hand watering and increased it for enjoying the fruits of my labor, using the wireless products I have been able to hook up 8 outlets in the back and 4 in the front at the control of my cell phone. 2 thumbs up.

Absolutely awful company. Poor customer service and they do not know how to communicate with clients. They wasted my time for over a week and cancel my order without my permission.
They need to take a 101 public relationship course. I never buy anything from this website because the company has no responsibility to deliver the merchandise.
I see couple 5 stars feedback. That is non-sense. I doubt about their authenticity.

I had a couple Canadian companies in mind when prepping to install my own DIY irrigation system, and debated for awhile but ultimately selected Irrigation Direct. The Hunter valves, Hunter Pro HC outdoor controller, Hydro Rain manifolds and corresponding parts, and irrigation wiring all arrived in a neatly packed and protected box in a timely manner, even during this “Plandemic”. I was impressed and thoroughly happy!

Additionally I ordered a Hunter 1” Flow Meter online and was up against the clock as my electrical contractor was doing the wiring the May 2-4 holiday weekend, so I contacted Irrigation Direct and they gave me the green light to pick up the flow meter at their store front in Burlington on the Friday! A1 service and friendly staff at their office considering they are so busy during the “Plandemic”.

I would definitely recommend their services and will be ordering future supplies from them for sure! Great company and staff. Thank you!

Shipping was prompt considering the 2019-2020 Corona pandemic was going on. Everything arrived on time, and I may have gotten a few extra emitters from them by mistake!
