From the time we walked into the store to the final laying of our new floor, it was a fantastic experience. Lindsay, the sale rep, guided us through our purchase. His outstanding expertise helped us make the right choices for our needs.

Joel (Limitless Installations Inc.) was the contractor who laid the flooring and he did a superb job. He was very professional and an amicable person. Joel explained every step of the process to us and the end result was stunning.

Recently had vinyl flooring installed throughout my main floor. Kevin was very helpful right from assisting with selection through to installation. The installation team did a great job. There was a small issue with the flooring after and they made sure it was 100% corrected. Very happy with the new floor and will shop here again!

I'm in disbelief how unprofessional the customer service is at the Bayfield location. I bought a Staircase carpet in a light colour, I explained what the carpet is for and the traffic there will be, the sales person agreed to the choice without warning that my 2000 + investment is completely unsuitable for a staircase, the carpet was badly stained after app 2 weeks and I had to call numerous times before I got the person on the phone. She recommended to call a cleaning service which cost over 160 but within another month the same yellow stains appeared again and more cleaning service costs had to be paid.now the company doesnt call back even i offered to pay for a new installation for a better PRICE. WHAT a disastrous EXPERIENCE and the costs are catching up. STAY away from buying

We have used Irvine Carpet One over many years each time we have moved to a new home. We can rely on the people there to always understand what we need and make sure we are happy. Lindsay will not accept payment until the work is 100% completed to our satisfaction. He has a thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of all types of installations. Irvine has an enormous selection of carpet remanents in larger sizes. We just had them complete our new stairs, entryway and hall runners along with three custom sized rugs all made from the same material properly bound with no slip backing and premium underlay. The 22 feet of carpet runner did not lay flat when it first arrived so Lindsay insisted we return the carpet and and he had the work redone by a different supplier. We could not have been happier with how this turned out thanks to Irvine Carpet One in Barrie.

Carrie, at the front desk is super friendly and the ultimate multitasker! Irvine’s is lucky to have her as their first point of contact. They are also fortunate to have Sarah, who we had/have the absolute pleasure of working with. She is awesome! From choosing tile, flooring, and paint, she is pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, makes great suggestions, responds quickly to any inquiries, and makes us feel valued as customers. Sarah truly helped us to bring our vision of our bathroom reno to life, so much so, we decided to tackle another one!

Four years ago we bought some high-end wall to wall carpeting for our home from another dealer in Barrie. Over the past year we noticed it becoming loose and wavy. We called the original dealer who offered us no help at all. I then called Irvine Carpet and they kindly said they would put the word out to some of their installers. Within a couple of days Andrew of Carpet Wizard came to the rescue. He and Nick came out to our house and for a very reasonable fee, re-stretched the problem areas. A big thanks to Irvine Carpet and Andrew and Nick!

Over priced but they had some beautiful paints.if they were ever open! What kind of project supply store shuts down on Sundays.off to home depot i guess

JJ, at the South End Barrie location was the only person, in the whole city, with the means and knowledge to make it possible for me to get an indoor stain in a custom colour. The internet is full of images of turquoise stains, but you cannot find one in any store. He offered to make any colour I wanted, on the spot. Nobody else, anywhere, had a clue how to help. Thank you, JJ.

You really can't find a better place to get your painting supplies and paint. All the staff there are so very helpful
