Good inventory, good supplies, you can find festool there, knowledgeable people.

They’re not the friendliest staff but that’s my issue not theirs, they are respectful and polite and get you what you need. I’m more the smile more type of person but I don’t walk around expecting people to be the way I want.

I definitely recommend this store if you’re a painter or a contractor.

And if you are a DIYer and want to just do one stop to get everything you need when it comes to painting, this is your place.

I am a contractor, not only is it my go to for my supplies, but I happily send my customers there for advise on flooring and color consults. My go to person is Vanessa. I look for her first when I visit or call. 10/10 on knowledge, service, attitude and her above and beyond outstanding helpfulness.

I did Beautiful Mirage Hardwood flooring in my Master Bedroom pre-covid and and got rid of my carpet. It looked so beautiful I did the other 2 spare bedrooms in my home as well with the matching hardwood just recently and Irvine did a wonderful job. Their installers were fantastic, Jacklyn was a pleasure to deal with at the showroom and I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

We ordered flooring through Irvine’s for our entire main floor. Staff were extremely helpful and patient with us and all of our questions. After a few boxes arrived damaged they were quick to replace them. No complaints!

We were in the store back in October and met with Jaclyn who was wonderfully helpful with our project plans - she offered her advice without being pushy and made the experience very comfortable and easy. We have just finished our project (thanks to her help!) and will absolutely be back when it’s time to move onto the next project!

I have been a long time client for over 20 years completing 5 renovation projects. Corrie and Jaclyn are my go to girls for any paint/flooring needs at the Irvine’s south end store. They are extremely knowledgeable and always have the time to share their expertise. The newly renovated store has any tool and paint supply required and a great selection of tile/carpet samples. I have referred friends and they have also received their above and beyond service. The best place in town!

So grateful for the team at Irvine! They have been incredibly helpful with paint choices over the years (colours, finishes, tools) and we love the stair runner we recently had installed. Jaclyn was so helpful and friendly - it really felt like she was invested in our project. Will definitely return!
