One of the best shawarma place in Kitchener Ontario, specially their shawarma sandwich is so tasty and worth the price.

Prices are significantly lower on their website than in restaurant. The food is good but this was a dishonest experience for me.

I work accross the way at maurices and often go to this location when on shift. I usually get a small container of meat and turnips, i have been doing this since they opened. I went there today as i brought a green salad from home to have for lunch while on shift at maurices and i was greeted by a young man ive never seen before. I told him what i wanted snd it SEEMED that there eouldnt be an issue as when i eas explaining to him whatvinwanted he knoded snd finished my dentence for me. He then said, ee dont do thst snd the only option was to get a BIG container of the iptions thst included items i didnt want. Im not sure when or why they changed their policy of not givong PAYING customer otter options to with make their own platter like they used to and have a price point to coinside. I was looking very much forward to the day and my lunch. Its sad that companies care more about making money that loosing customers.i guess theyll jist keep ripping others who choose to go to make up for the lack in sales. I willll NEVER go there again.

They're soo sweet and nice, and absolutely love their chicken shawarma wrap

I got a chicken shawarma salad & hubby got shawarma poutine! My salad was absolutely delicious but the hubbys poutine he wasn’t happy with! They put on a very little amount of cheese on it (like 6-7 pieces) when he asked if he can put more on it, the guy said no we only put 1 scoop of cheese on it! Their scoop is a tablespoon! How is that when someone is paying for a poutine they don’t get their moneys worth?

The homemade bread was delicious as was the chicken. My only issues was the washrooms could be a little cleaner.

Only the Ottawa street location is good. Another location make weird chicken platter. If you want food then always get from This location

13.50 after tax. Excellent value for money. Home made hotsauce.

Amazing gyro poutine

We ordered gyro sandwich and chicken shawarma Wrap.
Both tasted amazing and the quality was worthy of the price.

The staff and service was good

Employees: rude, tired, lasy, not greetings any customer.
Food: Not tasty

You spend money on other shawarma. Not here.

Place use to be good when it first opened.quality has gone way down since.much better shawarma spots in kw.

Worst service and interaction, owner of the stores were working and gave me hard time giving the Uber order asking for thermal bag whereas Uber doesn’t provide thermal bag don’t recommend going down there!

One of the worst chicken shawarma wrap I hava eaten in my whole life. Not properly cooked, no salt and other spices. Don’t waste your money here

I ordered a large shawarma with rice, I asked specifically for not a lot of hot sauce, then one guy intentionally put a lot of hot sauce. I don’t know why he did that but I was unable to eat it after.

Food felt fine at the time. I am not sure what ingredient it was but I got an allergic reaction I've never had before. I have a shawarma plate almost 2-3 times a month from different places, but I've never got sick or got an allergic reaction before. I don't think I will try this place again.

I give 5 stars to a few places. This one deserves it. They have excellent service and amazing food with reasonable prices and huge portions.

Food tasted musty. Maybe it was the rice? Chicken dry. Had montforts in hamilton and they blow them out of the water.

Ho My god, I don’t know how this guys still survive in this time wich everything price gone so much up, I was there last week the owner Gave 2 Tanagers free Putin because they were honest and had no money on their debit card, this is The real Canadian way to help some one which they are in need, I buy always a Sharma platter and Fries with Putin, we all family love I shawarma food, fresh and so healthy, their price is very reasonable. I recommend every one to go there, the food is very tasty, the service was very fast. Love this place.

Terrible service. Told them last I got the wrap it was cold as it wasn’t grilled long enough. Asked them to please grill it longer they grill it for 10 seconds I asked her again to do it so she grilled again briefly and of course it’s cold. Not returning again.

I ordered Chicken Shawarma poutine and there was no gravy sauce added and the hot sauce is different than the old hot sauce please be careful.

We love iShawarma. You MUST try their bread! They bake it in house every day and it hits so well. You can taste the quality. Also the staff are so friendly. The lady always remembers us and asks how we’re doing if a regular is missing from the group. Come give them a try.

Am a regular customer here, get the same thing every time, order the gyro platter and get homeand its everything that goeson the gyro platter but with chicken which i dont like, very disappointed

I went to buy there two days ago. I ordered my food and they never asked me what I wanted on my plate, they just did it as they wanted and when I asked for extra sauce on the side, he told me that it could not be.please at least tell you people who speak English to be able to communicate.bad attention, don't go to this place

I'd have to agree with some of the recent reviews.the shawarma was very dry and tasteless unfortunately. Extra charge for turnip on a wrap, lack of toppings, and just bland. Never used to be this way.

The staff here are incredible. Olivia always goes above and beyond and gives me a reason to keep coming back. It’s always nice to see the hard work that goes into small businesses and the great people that work for them. My food was delicious and I will definitely be recommending to others to come by and get treated to some great food with amazing customer service. Thanks Olivia and team for another great experience!
