Above average for the price. $14 for a jr chicken shawarma plate. Really filling. Location is a bit sketchy at times so we just order takeout. 7/10 I’d say. Good on the way or quick break meal.

Food here always be bussin i swear. The poutine is made with such love and deliciousness i could've sworn they used angel dust in their crunchy fries, fresh poutine and succulent sauce. The Chicken wrap and sandwiches' here are so fing good, especially with their home baked bread it is so fing good bro. Munching here with the boys is the best, this is a must 10/10!

I eat a lot of shawarma and the chicken shawarma offered here is certainly in my top 3 for the region. Their sauce is unique and very nice. The consistency regarding how much meat you get could use improvement. I also wish it was standard to get a full piece of bread when you order the full sized platter - heartbreaking to pay all that, see your fresh homemade bread get chopped in half, and see the other half of your bread go back in the storage box. Pictured here is the junior platter with their spicy house made sauces. Very good value compared to other shawarma places. Check them out for sure.

Will NEVER return to an Ishawarma franchise. Worst experience ever. Incorrect order. Didn't label which shawarma is which, wasn't planning on playing a guessing game with food. And next time pay attention to what someone orders. Missing food is the worst, especially in today's economy with prices being how they are. You all need to do better or close.

I had the shawarma platter portions were good and flavour was excellent. The sauce didn’t have too much garlic. My family had shawarma sandwich and shawarma wrap both excellent. Next time I am in town and hungry I will definitely consider this a a top place for a quick fresh and inexpensive place to eat.

Haven't even tried the food yet. But the wrap I was just given is light for the price I just paid. And the place is filthy, garbage on the floor, unclean grout in the tiles even the debit machine was mottled. No meat on the spit. Guess I will have to update my response once I try the morsel.

Our food orders have been consistently tasty and fresh. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Very bad customer service from the front end sales guy. We reached the store at 9: 30pm and they told, it's not possible to dine in, they are going to close. Their closing time is 10pm. The guy even don't provide food as per our order they missed few things. They did not apologize once we said this to them.

The person who was standing in front was very rude towards us and didn't let my friends and I eat from inside even though the store was open. When we asked about the inconvenience caused, they didn't even acknowledge and were rude again and asked us to go out of the store. They don't even deserve a single star. Really bad experience.

They don’t deserve any star.the shawarma platter’s rice is super oily in a sense that you literally can scoop out few spoons of oil and cook with it another meal. They meat is more skin that real meat, old and smelly. I am not sure how people can survive after eating a garbage meal from this store

Very slow service, expensive and hardly any chicken. Suggest heading to the location on Ottawa as it’s much better service and quality

Messed up my order. Lunch for 2. The gyro meat was dry and crumbly like ground beef. Only had lettus and 1 piece of onion. Forgot the tomatoes and pickles. When i told the guy at the counter he Shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. I tossed it in the garbage and left

The food was amazing! The portions are large and the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. We ordered 3 separate items and they made sure that each one was made to our liking. We will absolutely order from them again!:)

A good, standard Shawarma place. The portions, balance of spices and quality of meat have all been good when I have gone. The bread is especially notable: fresh and lovely. However, the location itself is normally a little untidy and staff can be hit and miss.

My recent experience at iShawarma Bridgeport location was disappointing. The staff was rude and had most of items out of stock even at the afternoon time. Not coming back again

I used to get food here all the time but after my recent experience I won't be returning. They put their prices up and started charging for items they use to give out for free. They never updated their menu to reflect the increase in price. I was overcharged and I was told over the phone I would be given money back next time I came in. I came in the next day and the person working said they wouldn't give me any money back and that the person who spoke on the phone with me didn't know the prices.

$7.99 for a salad plus a new $1.50 fee for adding one vegetable to the salad. With tax that's $10.91 they are charging $11.28 double check the total when you order from this business.

The chicken shawarma sandwich here is THE BEST I've ever had in Canada. Absolutely recommend to try it if you are ever in KW.

One of the best Poutine and wrap in town. I had gone there on Sunday evening with my friend and I should say that they have the best customer service (esp.the staffs behaviour). The poutine was one of the best I’ve ever had and the wrap was just yummy. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks me.

Delicious and juicy meat. Spice blend is perfect. Garlic sauce and hot sauce are pretty punchy but the amount is below average so if you like spice order it hot instead of medium. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich with the good bread. Service was as expected. No notable interaction.

WORST LOCATION EVER
Went to get a chicken shawarma poutine and by the time I got home, which was 5mins drive. The meal was mushy, didn’t taste anything like the other locations. The portion of this meal was very tiny the person making the meal didn’t know the order of the shawarma poutine. I don’t recommend going to this location ever. Best location and staff is the one in sunrise plaza in Kitchener beside the Starbucks.

Ok so I love the food here, I come here all the time.but the staff are brutal 90% of the time and that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. You have to literally hold their hand and watch them make your food if you want it done how you asked. I won’t even call ahead and pick up anymore because the food is never correct unless you WATCH them and remind them multiple times. Which I hate doing because I don’t want to be that person. ANYWAYS, despite all this the portions are pretty good, the bread is made in house and is delicious, and the sauces are so good too. Also the chicken is always cooked to perfection.

There was maybe 2 table spoons of meat, as you can see lol, and none under the rice a shame because it was good!

The portions for the shawarma platter are so small. Very disappointed. Spent over $35 for 2 shawarma platters and got nothing nearly as to what I paid for. I’m sorry but if you want your customers to come back you need to provide them the amount of food they are paying for. If I wanted to buy expensive food with small portions, I’d go to a fancy restaurant.

IShawarma was very average compared to places I usually go to like Super Shawarma and Saj Time. Overall it was okay but I wouldn't be my first choice.

This is my second time visiting this place. The first time was 3 years ago and my second time today October 02.2020 around 7PM. No distinctive shawarma taste for the chicken, but you can feel the spicy taste of the black paper in the sandwich. The garlic souse is so creamy because mayo content seems to be high. The only tasty thing is the bread.

The food was very good. But the main problem is with staff working there. They don’t really understand what you are ordering and mismatch our orders most of the time. They are even not sure about the quantity of food and have been messing up with my wrap from last 3 times. They even replace fries with rice in a falafel plate order. So next when you are there plz make sure the staff is clear about your order.

Ordered online through the website, fast takeout, the food is FRESH. Well seasoned and just right. Food was so good I went back inside to compliment the owner. He came back outside and gave me a sample of the newest item coming to the menu. Please support him and his local business! This man is amazing and he cares about the preciseness of every detail as well as making a great impression for his customer! Not to mention the portion size is big

If you was to catch Covid it would be because of this place not following basic hygiene protocols. While the food is great, I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on. They talk to you like trash if you’re a woman. Have some class will you.

I've tried alot of different shawarma restaurants and this ishawarma is by far the worse. Sandwich was drenched in grease. Fries tasted like old fryer oil, absolutely disgusting. I went in on Monday October 19 2020. Avoid this place unless you want the runs.

So me and my coworker ordered there for the second time, and we got stomach sick again, we had the Jr Chicken Shawarma with Rice, and it got us sick the most be something wrong with their rice or their chicken. Unfortunately wouldnt recommend to anyone to go and eat at this place anymore.

Got there a little after closing (I didn't realize COVID hours were different), and was still served. The guy was super nice, and we chatted while he made my meal. I've always loved the food, and the service is outstanding as well.

Never used to like shwarma, and all the places I went to had rude staff and very bland and Ill prepared food. This place has very responsible and attentive staff, bang on presentation every time, and some really delicious flavors especially with the salads! This place got me hooked on their food and they hit the nail on the head every time with presentation. Probably the best shwarma place in town!

One of my favorite places to eat food from. They are truly a wonderful business and my favorite new-ish addition to the neighborhood. The portions are very generous in size but more importantly, the food is so delicious and the people working there clearly put their hearts into the food. Can’t recommend this place enough!

When we first moved out here it was my absolute favorite shawarma place. But lately I find the staff is doing a poor job with quality standards.the biggest most obvious problem is the same one at iPotato: they aren't slicing the chicken thin enough. Big chunks of chicken is lazy, and makes for a chewy sandwich. Cut the chicken way thinner and watch how much better this sandwich is

The best spicy sauce in the business. I normally go for the spicy junior platter with rice and extra chicken and it's filling and great tasting. Their sandwiches with the special bread is great as well.

Superb. I will be back! The flavors were bursting and balanced. My chicken was juicy. I got the wrap without fries, just veggies. The wait wasn't much but either way would've been worth it.

Visiting from out of town. Stopped for a quick bite. Food was fantastic and the level of customer service is outstanding. If I come back I will always stop here.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I've been here many times. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The last time in particular, we got two huge plates of food within 3 or 4 minutes of ordering. It was awesome.

They bake fresh bread with a wood fire oven. The servings are generous and I found the staff friendly and prompt.

The flavors and textures were really quite good but the star of the show is the bread they use for sandwiches.

I would give 5 stars but I've had real 5 star shawarma in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto and this simply does't come close to replicating it sadly.

Solid place for Shawarma. They bake the bread for their sandwiches fresh every day and they taste really good as well. Their combination of sauces on their stuff are also different compared to other spots which give it a unique taste.
