I was very pleased with this service in designing my engagement ring. He really made the process very easy and made my vision come to life. The suggestions he made exceeded my expectation. He really was striving to give me the best ring possible and made changes to ensure this. He event stuck within the quote he provided even when he suggested changes. I was so pleased with this amazing customer service!

My husband and I purchased my thali from here and we had a great time working with Mohan on designing the piece! Mohan provides excellent customer service and is super friendly! He respects your budget and does not push you to go above it or push you to make a decision! Overall, it was a great experience!

Honestly, before I came at the store I checked the reviews, because I was bad experience with another store.this store have excellent reviews. I have a necklace which was broken and need repair. They was really quick, and did excellent job and they are very kind and friendly people's. I went there for the gold plating service. The owner is very friendly and informative. He explained to me the process and show me an example of plating for another customer. He gives me a feeling of honest and reliable. Recommend for sure.

I just had another ring repaired today after going there over a week before. Again it was done within fifteen minutes and was outstanding in workmanship. I have had other jewelry repaired by other companies but they didn’t come close to the quality and extremely excellent price. I would rate them a 6 if I could. Now I know why they are rated mostly with 5 stars. I just had my damaged ring repaired. Because I lived out of the area they offered to repair it while I waited. The ring looks like I just bought it. I called at least 15 jewelry stores looking for someone to cut off my wedding rings. I was about to give up hope of finding somewhere when I stumbled across iShop, and am I glad I found them! My rings were off in less than 2 minutes, with a clean cut that will make resizing easy. The owner is my hero!

I wish there was a zero star rating. Don't buy gold from here they only sell fake and used gold. They say the gold is brand new but its all used don't waste your money or time here.

I came in to this shop to get my ring resized. While I was waiting there start looking around, they have so many unique pieces very beautifully done. I tried a few, had my eye on one of the yellow gold ring. I think the guy who’s helping me is one of the owner (?) his name is Mohan, very honest, not pushy and no pressure to shop, he gives honest opinions very humble. I came in for a resize but also end up leaving a very cute ring. And the whole shopping experience is very comfortable and pleasant somehow, it felt like a “meant to be “! Highly recommend this place, you can’t go wrong with them, folks, plus their business hour is very good too! I would love to come back!

My absolute go to shop for all jewelry repairs and plating! Been coming since 2018 and they have never let me down. They are super friendly and genuine, honest and tell you truthfully about your jewelry. I called before coming and asked if they are open, they are only doing curbside drop off and pickup, but they were quick in repairs! They downsized my wedding ring and band by over 2 sizes down. Not only did they take care of my rings, but when i called they also made sure I knew exactly how to get there so I wouldn't face any difficulties. They made me fall in love with my rings, I dont have to use tape anymore!

Before I walked into the store today, I did goggle and read previous reviews about their service and good value.
My intention was to repair a gold bracelet and brought along my scrap gold ie broken earrings etc. I do not know much about the calculation of the gold value, I trusted the owner by the name of Mohan with good customer service and very responsive with whatever questions I have. I ended up buying a 22K gold chain and a bracelet.
I would recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem in the city, if your looking to gold plate your jewelry these are the guys to go to, their very knowledgeable and know the business. I broke my chain on vacation. I came back, and called ahead to see how much it would cost to repair. I was given all information over the phone so I knew what to expect. I come in to show him the chain and he fixed it in under 10 minutes. I was impressed.
I also asked about the various (gold) chains and their prices. He also told me that I can customize name plates, etc.
I will be coming back!
