Island Queen Cruise

Have taken these crusises for over 3 decades, never get bored. Vistas are world class. The ship and staff are 1st class.

One of the best. Besides taking you through the mesmerizing views of the 30000 Islands, this cruise is super silent and comfortable, very very nice and friendly crew on board. Must go

The 3 hour cruise was pleasant and the commentary about local history was a nice surprise. The food was good but expensive - which is too be expected. Overall it was nice but not exciting.

Love the cruise! Perfect 3 hour cruise thru the 30,000 islands. The seats are spacouis and comfortable on main deck and upstairs. There is a bar and snack bar. Prices little more but not too expensive. Washrooms are very clean and spacious. Crews are awesome. The caption tells you about history of the islands which is amazing to learn. Boathouse on dock is great place to buy amazing ice cream and soveniors. There's a coffee shop. Good strong coffee. Great day out on waters. The best is fall see the Fire of Colours with leaves changing colours!

A very memorable experience cruising through scenic islands and cottages. Beautiful water areas. Cruise itself is very neat and clean with friendly staff.

Worth a trip especially for the afternoon tour for three hours.

This was such a nice afternoon. The time flew by. The boat was amazing, seats everywhere on three decks, views from oversized windows that open for a breeze. Food and drink available for purchase, and over the intercom all the sights were narrated wonderfully.

The views we were able to see on this cruise were fantastic

My son had a kidney stone emergency, and I asked to cancel his ticket. They refused, claiming their sales were final. They only offered a credit for a year, which we can't use due to distance. I asked for credit to spend on board, but they refused, making our day worse.
Disappointed.

This 3-hour Cruise is amazing, it give us an exceptional experience than those cruises we took before in Kingston, Mont Tremblant and Gravenhurst! Gorgeous views with numerous islands in the vast Georgian bay of crystal clear water! Lots of yachts, boats coming and going with cheerful people on it. People from the cottages and decks on those islands and tourists on the cruise wave the hands to greet each other! Such a pleasant journey, would go back to take it in Autumn!

Really enjoyed this Cruise, the only thing I can say negative is that kids were constantly running around, but 3 hours is a bit much for young children so it's understandable.

It is not cheap but it is such an awesome experience. Make sure you are listening to the announcements along the tour, truly interesting. Staff (onshore and on the boat) are all very nice.

Free parking! Professional crew, talented captain, amazing narration, well maintained ship, large clean bathrooms, food and drink service, large gift shop, and fun for the entire family. They even have indoor picnic tables inside the ship!

Three hours is too long on the cruise, viewing similar things. It should be cut short to one and half hour.
Drinks should be included in the ticket. Or tea coffee.

Went on the afternoon cruise yesterday with my wife's 2 sisters and their husbands. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Weather was excellent. The boat was very clean and nice. The staff were very knowledgeable. The captain was giving a narration everytime there was important piece of landmark that we were passing. The boat had a nice cafeteria which served a variety of things which would satisfy the majorities needs. We are planning a fall cruise on the boat this year again. It's worth the drive to Parry Sound, please try it.

What a wonderful way to explore the 30 thousand islands. It was raining off and on throughout the day. The ship's design allowed us to be on deck, outside but with coverage from the rain. There were many points of interest to see. Even with dark clouds in the sky. There was much to observe, including the rain pouring into the lake.

It is a must if you are visiting Parry Sound. The information they provide though the speakers is fantastic to understand their history. I took the longer 3 hours tour. Totally recommended. However, if you have little kids I would recommend the shorter 1 hour tour for them. There are 2 big decks in front to enjoy the view. The best thing is that people is always rotating to enjoy the view, so it is not necessary to stay in the deck. There is a very good cafeteria on board and bathrooms are clean. Bring your camera, sunglasses and a hat (specially for sunny days) and a light jacket. Enjoy!

How can any company justify selling 1 small plastic bottle of water for $4.00 This is outrageous gouging

We opted for the three-hour afternoon cruise (1 PM to 4 PM), as we missed the morning departure. However, I recommend checking their website for different packages that cater to various preferences.
The cruise commenced promptly at 1 PM, and the ticket price was a reasonable c$65 per person. We were delighted to discover that the cruise covers an extensive distance of almost 41 km, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the two Provincial Parks and the rugged, awe-inspiring channels of the 30,000 islands. What made it even more special was that this cruise offered the exclusive opportunity to explore these islands, as there are no roads connecting them.
Onboard, the Island Queen Cruise provided excellent amenities, including on-board eateries where we indulged in tasty snacks and refreshing drinks. Throughout the tour, the crew provided informative commentary, enriching our understanding of the surroundings and enhancing our overall experience.
One of the most delightful aspects of the cruise was witnessing the charming beach houses lining the island banks. The occupants warmly greeted us, waving their hands as we passed by. It created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, adding to the beauty and elegance of the tour. I was thoroughly impressed and fell in love with every moment of it.
In the future, I plan to revisit the Beauty of Islands in Parry Sound, and this time, I'm excited to try the lunch tour for a different perspective and experience. Additionally, the availability of a seaplane caught my attention, promising an even more adventurous and unique outing.

I must mention that the upcoming fall season has also made it onto my bucket list. I can only imagine how unforgettable it would be to witness the vibrant colors of the foliage against the backdrop of the 30,000 islands. It truly is an experience not to be missed.

Furthermore, the Island Queen Cruise offers free car parking, adding convenience to the overall trip. In the cruise ticket counter area, there is a gift shop and an ice cream shop. I must say that the ice cream was not only tasty but also a delightful treat during the journey.
