Fire alarms: fire alarms go off at all times of the day and night, sometimes for 10 seconds, sometimes for hours. Not once in a blue moon, a few times a week. They always have an excuse as to why it happened but have yet to find solutions to their problems and tenants are not compensated for the disruption. You would think that they go off because of fires but no, theyve gone off because of construction, failed system, kids playing with it and reasons that they still dont have excuses for. Even the firefighters have gotten tired and dont even come right away. Now imagine the time that we do need them.

Unit: after almost a year it seems that the material theyve used throughout the units are very cheap. The glasstop stove cracked on its own and we have yet to recieve a new one. The washing machines and dryers are not as powerful and we end up using laundrymat instead. Ive asked several times for a new filter. The electrical wires definitely were not done properly, the lights in most of the unit flicker randomly (not due to the bulb) and in one of the rooms it will even turn off for a few hours and come back on.
Amenities: when we first moved in we had access to the pool, sauna, gym, basketball court, and bbq. Some ammenities are free and others you pay for and its not cheap. The pool has been closed for quite some time and during that closing they decided to change the men and women changerooms to gender neutral changerooms (do what you please with that info) but we have not been given a timeline on when it will reopen.
Rent increase: delrenral follow their own rules when it comes to rent increase, the notice we recieved gave us a $600 rent increase, greedy company.

Overal it was a good experience but wish we knew about these red flags that make your day to day living less enjoyable.

I am the resident of the building, I love everything of the building except the fire alarms! It goes off very often during nights and it takes almost one hour to be shut down! I have no clue why they don’t fix this issue! Other than this, everything else is great so far

Fire alarms in the middle of the night constantly, and very poor maintenance. I’m paying 2500 for one person and I can’t even get decent sleep.this just is not the quality. Don’t recommend

The place is poorly managed by the Tridel Group. No Proper service provided to the tenants, badly functioned equipments and very cheap material used. Waiting for another FOB since I moved here, its been almost 4 months. The heater and cooling is not functional properly. Had raised service call for cooling when I moved in during september, still the service call is open and no one did anything. Just wants the money on time, but no service on time. The reason provided to me for another FOB was that the owner is not responding to them, which is not my problem. I would say low level service in all categories. The automatic doors always has some issues, but never gets repaired for another week. The side door which is easily accessible to the Cordova Ave, has always issues and is fully functional only for 2 days in a week. As mentioned by many of them the fire alarms goes ON during mid nights around 2-3 a.m, and which remains ON for next hour or two, but they never switch it OFF which disturbs the sleep. The management is totally rude because they never replies back to you on time and if they do then they will simply say its not the thing they deal with and they will transfer to the DEL RENTAL which will again never reply. The only thing they do on time is they will deduct the Rent on time. Amenities mentioned in the website, out of those only some are functional, remaining 80% of the amenities are not functional. Its been 4 months I moved in, and facing so many issues with the condo, but no one cares. Even asked for lease end but again no one cares. Rude to immigrants and international students/ workers. To put in short, I would say do not rent a tiny condo here with huge amount of money that too with low level or worst class service. I’m not even ready to give 1 star. 0 stars to this condominiums.

Rogers definitely oversold their garbage deal for this building. I'd rather pay $100/month for reliable internet than have this latency spiking trash for "free". Units are overpriced for the quality you get, at least fire alarms don't go off every day anymore!

Apartments are "Extremely small", for the price you have to pay! Okay building I guess, if you like tiny! Sorry
