We had ordered flowers with a customized ribbon for my Godfather’s funeral and it was delivered without the ribbon. Pretty disappointing that this detail that was also paid for was missed and would’ve meant a lot to my family.

Update: Dalia reached out to me to apologize for the situation and I appreciate that they sent a small plant to my Godfather’s family as a way to make amends for the situation. As well, I was told they have updated their order form to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

I used the link, to send flowers, provided by John Kane's Funeral Home Thornhill. Making a selection was easy and quick. I received emails confirming and thanking me for my order. I had made a slight error in my message and asked for it to be corrected. It was done so immediately. I received another email informing me of delivery. We went in and asked for a bouquet of tulips on mother's day weekend and we were in and out of there within I think 15 mins at most I also got a beautiful little yellow orchid they had planned on returning for only 5$ which is incredible!
