Best vegan restaurant in town. Food and ambience is so good. Staff are nice location is good

Not a big fan of vegetarian/vegan food but this place definitely made me rethink my opinion on it. They had very tasty food and the lady on counter gave me good portions compared to the price.

Less less less ratings. Hair in my food Indian style flavours not Caribbean, they won’t send you Callalloo like you know it back home nah your getting purple cabbage. Out of food they’re sending you what they think you should be eating.

The food was delicious, but I wish we had tables to sit and enjoy. Eating in the car in cold-December was not so good. But the food warmed us up nicely.

What else can I say? This is the best Carribean restaurant I ever eat at. When I walked in, the nice lady at the front was very friendly and to the point, and the service was great. The food was delicious and nutritious with many spices and herbs. Overall a 5 star restaurant because it's quick and convenient.

We have been wanting to try this restaurant out for years. We first tried Ital Vitals food at Veg Fest and the Yoga show many years ago.everything we tried at both shows were amazing.

We finally went last weekend and were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and delicious. We got 2 small combos and got to try the chick peas, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, bbq ribs and roti. Everything was so good, I especially loved the pumpkin. I can't wait to try some of the other food they serve.

We didn't realize it was take out only so by the time we got the food home it was kinda cold. Even with it kinda cold everything still tasted amazing.

If you go when the weather is good, they have a cute little spot to eat outside in the front of the restaurant with a couple of tables.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had great vibes and was very clean. If we lived closer, we would be regular customers going there all the time. Can't wait for our next visit.

THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUSSSS! From when I entered the rastarant I could smell all the different yummy flavours and variety of ital foods. 10/10 definitely coming again.

Had the pleasure of trying their food at VegTO fest. It was very delicious! Perfectly spiced, decent portion and very filling

Ordered a small meal; half rice, half pasta with pumpkin and chickpea curry. Expensive, but worth the price. Vegan BBQ ribs were very good.

This food is LIFE! Absolutely fresh and flavourful. Great tasty vegan options. Parking can be tough, but worth it!

Tasty food however expected it to be hot. Ate meal in the car right after purchasing and it was luke warm.
Only tried a few items in the menu so unable to comment on all the dishes available.

The vibes are nice and the food is incredible. It's good when you have to question if its really vegan.

Have noticed this colourful little spot for years. Had a small combo which was a good size. The rice and peas, rasta pasta, callaloo stew, zucchini stew and vegan ribs. Everything was flavourful and delicious.
I also got a slice of sweet potato pudding. Memories of my youth. I will definitely go back. Great little spot.

The place is my favorite place to eat above any restaurant love the spirlina shakes as welll. They should open one up Cityplace it would busy 24 7 money can be made

Ital Vital is an absolute must! I had them cater for an event and am beyond happy with how it went! The food was so amazing! We had so many delicious options and everyone loved it. The plant-based bbq spare rib was a crowd favourite! The chef and owner, Arnold, is so kind and generous. The customer service experience was incredible. It was such a pleasure having Ital Vital cater to us and I can’t wait to call them back soon!

Really well-balanced flavours in all the dishes! Everything I tried was lovely, not greasy or overly salted. They take great care in everything they make here.

I found this place in passing and have wanted to visit it for over 2 years. I finally visited and my mind was blown. The "spare rib" they give is hands down amazing. There are authentic flavours in the options that you just dont see in vegan/vegetarian restaurants.
My only stitch is they dont nessecarily follow their menu offerings so you may want to go in and see what they have but everything tastes so good I can't complain.
Had jerk tofu, beans, beans, bbq "spare ribs", "beef" curry with rice and peas.

I visited today for dinner after the new renovations done at the location. I liked the Mac and cheese and they told because that is a special of the day I could only get two items which I did. I chose Mac and cheese and the ribs. When I got home and I opened the box excited to eat, I found there were only 4 pieces of the ribs the rest was the Mac and cheese which it was a very small portion also.
The food taste good but I found it really overpriced for the amount I got. I honestly wanted to go back and talk to the owner.if they are planning to serve this little portions I would never go back. Not sure after the renovations they want to charge so much more for the food. Btw the place looks smaller and crowded with the new Reno’s. I had a hard time lining up inside and we were only three people inside.

Anyways, about my service today, I want to blame it on t girl that she was probably new and didn’t know how much to serve. Maybe that is the reason maybe not but I was so disappointed I wanted to back and ask for a refund. Too bad I was tired and too hungry to do another 17 mins drive.
I hope if that was a mistake they read this review and correct the issue otherwise I am not planning to go back and I won’t recommend this place

The owner and staff are friendly, kind and serve some real tasty Caribbean style vegan meals. Give thanks my friend!
