Worst agency. I worked with this agency in March 2023, they said you have 14 days to increase production but during the 14 days only 5 days work is provided. After that I received call on 4 th week that your production is slow. It was wrong reason to cancel the assignment the actual reason of that time was low volume of work. I called them many times but they are not ready to listen. So guys they can cancel your assignment without genuine reason. They don't value the people, their times. When they have no work they will said your production is very slow and they just make you a call and cancel the assignment. That time I also got an offer for other good agency but that time I choose this. Now this agency gave to work other or new people not to previous. They should provide work to their previous employees like other agencies do.

If you want to be ignored days, weeks, even months on end, register with this agency! They’ll tell you there’s tons of work available and get you registered, then they’ll tell you there’s no current opportunities. They NEVER answer phone calls so don’t miss a call from them or you’ll never be able to get in contact with them again. They ignore emails, they post multiple job ads daily but when you are able to get in contact and ask about the posts they claim those opportunities aren’t available. Worst agency I’ve ever dealt with, STAY AWAY!

Yeah you've to go through a big pile of questions and pages while on-boarding but I think that can act helpful for people while working. They do care about people maybe not every person in the agency but they do.

I worked with ITS only for a week but I happen to like the agency people and the way they deal with situations. I might be wrong as it is a really short span of time to review.

Actually, I also agree with other reviewers about a person not knowing how to talk to people. I don't know her name but yeah she was really hard to speak to as she doesn't know how to talk to people.
Naomi Manorath, was my recruiter and she was really nice and cooperative. There was another gentleman who talked to me when I quit the job and unlike other agencies he was calm and knew how to speak. He didn't change his tone while speaking of me quitting which I loved the most because you might not adjust in every environment.

Overall, working with the agency is what I would prefer as they talk about everything to you and I also wanna mention the girl on the front desk at HR office (she writes beautifully) she was really nice with on-boarding and when I talked to her about not liking the work culture at DB Schenker.

Disclaimer: Below is what I felt and might not represent every person in the warehouse. However I feel majority would agree as each and every person was just looking for another assignment so they could leave DBs. And the following text explains why most of the people were max a month or two old at this place.

Coming to that, I'd never recommend any of my friends to work at DB Schenker. Reason being they don't pay well for what they hired you. No adequate system to help people. Making you pick big and hard to handle boxes on your own and providing two people to lift upto 150 kg boxes. I’m mot saying other associates didn't help; most of them were really nice and helpful but why don't they just assign two people for the job that requires two people. To me the supervisor looked a little confused as how to manage people. He might be new in the position, but I didn't see him trying to know the problems properly one would face at this job.
Just in front of me a skid full of heavy boxes fell and the supervisor was right there with a bunch of people around the pallet, but he didn't look like he cared.
No liquid coming through the eye washer and barely giving GLOVES for working and what not. It's such a huge warehouse and they act like they're poor on supplies.
No body cared if the walkie riders honked while passing through pedestrians area (just in front where the lead hand would sit)

No security of job. They just fire you for no reason because of their internal matters. Supervisors are biased woth no equality of work. Supervisors behave like they own you and slaves. Parminder kaur is the worst supervisor i have ever met. She behaves like a boss lady but in real she lacks of manners.

Worst agency to work with. The customer service is so rude. They dont know how to talk properly. I wish i could rate them ZERO.

Worst place to work and worst atmosphere. Worst staffif you want to get insulted then only go otherwise dont.

PLEASE don’t work through this Agency If you have self respect. You gonna get written warnings if you gonna make day off.
First thing when you gonna inform the agency that you are unable to go to work because of severe pain in any part of body they gonna threaten you that if you do this again they gonna cancel your assignment. And if you didn’t inform then you will also get written warning. Seriously these guys just making money because of employees and they don’t have little bit of self respect to their employees Even though customers service is really bad. Worst agency to work with

I could say they are bad on their services towards employees, either in the terms of responsibilities or responses. I contacted them several times to have my T4, they are always having excuses but no action on the issue.

Never work for this agency. They don’t value their employees and they don’t even pay correctly by mismanaging the hours. They only show professionalism when you are on stake, but on their side, they become amateurs.

I had some issues regarding paystubs they solved it immediately, fast responses and great customer service. I was frustrated but they handled very calmly.

Gave the typical response that all employers give and said "im burried in work and will call u back. " never called.dont care for ITS.ppl who lie deserve to be fired!

Only reason im giving it 5 stars is because i finally got a lot of useful advise and help after given the run around. Called this agency quite a few times didnt get any help would be on hold finally got through talked to someone dont know the name sounded like Julis. Wasn’t any help at all. Kept pushin me to register w/o giving me any info about any jobs put me on hold forever then hung up on me. Told me nothing about the jobs available yet expected me to register. Called back again talked to someone else. Female, Nomi- couldn’t catch the names probably i spelled it wrong but want whoever the boss of the agency is to know that she was helpful. Told me so much info about the jobs how to apply how long it takes when the jobs start basic major roads to get an idea of where the job locations are etc. Thanks for your help Nomi.

Met some girl named sonee (subhashree). Had me fill out an application that took about 45mins, just to have me send my certification, ids, and sin card.and then have her tell me that my certificate for walkie licensing was "in-house" when i got it off an online website. (Leavittraining) she said she would call her manager and never called me back. I dont recommend this place tbh

Great place for students like me to work and make money. Helps you to learn skills when you are on your first job. The hiring staff is really great.will recommend for first timers and for newcomers.

This ITS staffing agency if unprofessional they just want to registration only after that they will not give u job. I called this agency many times but phone always busy if some one pick Michael he always told us to put on hold and he will call back but never call back. So poor value and not responsive.

Skepticism hit hard to come to the agency based on the negative reviews below didnt bother calling took a visit anyways. Agency had signs saying they aren’t accepting walk ins (can understand that) but took a chance anyways to try n talk to someone.although they weren’t accepting anyone for sign ups at the agency i was surprised that they opened the door to give me any info at all. Shorter girl at the front gave me a card and was given a lot of useful information by the girl with bangs. My experience was pleasant overall.

I called them for work. During the call they told me to hold for 1 minute. After that they cut the call without telling me anything.

Worst agency i have seen. I called this agency from last month but they are not responding. Firstly they give me shift then next day they cancel my shift. Today from morning to till now i called them many times but they are not responding. I was waiting more then 10 minutes but they are not answering my calls. Worst agency.

They guys give you work. You worked properly and then you have to call them every single day because they messed up your pay every single payday.

They just need registrations to get their job done. Else they will give you a date telling that u are in our list and soon they will call u and then bamm! Try it urself and then believe. Otherwise, staff is good enough.

I have read reviews about this agency and some of the dont like this agency.
Actually, i also have first time experience working with agency but i must say that these days i was trying to contact many other agency but they are not replying. But one day my friend suggest me this agency.and i called them.they immediately pick my call and after completing all the registration they gave me job next day. They all are really friendly

Fantastic agency and helpful staff. I applied for a warehouse position and got a call the same day for a full-time position. Really impressed with how quick they were with finding me a job!

This is a horrible agency, I applied twice there because they literally called me and told me they had jobs available. They made me go get my own criminal background check and made me pay for it myself. When giving them the information needed they never called me back or even got in contact with me with any kind of work. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely top waste agency's out there.

ITS Staffing Solutions is a well organized agency that always has the best interest of their clients in mind. They always accommodate to their clients needs, and treat all new applicants with warmth and sincerity.

I worked at DB schenker as one of the merchandise processors & I felt like I was being discriminated. If you make a mistake, the people will talk about you in their language, comfort you about the mistake in English and talk more about you in their language. This is not right. I'm not racist but I think people should only talk in English when it comes to working in the warehouse.

I worked at DB shanker and i got sick for one Day and took another day off coz my parents are coming from back home. And one of the agency employee "NAOMi" she was sooo rude to me whenever we talk to her everyone say the same that she is so rude. You need to change yourself miss Naomi. This was the first time so Pathetic experience with this agency.
We work for getting the pay not to listen anything from anybody without any reason. And the most imp thinv if you are dealing with different people on the phones you should have patience in yourself otherwise it will not gonna work. Thankyou so much Miss "Naomi".

I came to your office to submit my updated / recent documents since I worked with your agency two years ago. This guy who interviewed me (M******) bossed me and belittle me and I left your office crying.

That said, employers are still entitled to manage their workforce. I am no work force in this situation! This cannot include supervising, reviewing, criticizing and even disciplining employees. There is a significant difference between managing and bullying!
This guy was pure aggressive and a bully! Yes. No one should bullied! And. Constructive criticism is way diffent than bullying - there's a vast difference

I called to talk to the operations manger the girl at the front desk told me he's on vacation and will be back next week. I called the next day and she said he's left for the day.
I called again and she said he's on vacation.
I sent an email to your operations manager Brampton office and I got no reply.

Bullying behaviour is not tolerated or condoned and without being overly specific here there are policies and procedures in place that arise out of Bill 168 legislation to deal with such matters should they occur. That said, employers are still entitled to manage their workforce. This includes supervising, reviewing, criticizing and even disciplining employees. There is a significant difference between managing and bullying. Unfortunately, some employees, perhaps given a false sense of security through media coverage of anti-bullying efforts, have attempted to characterize any negative interactions with their superiors as bullying. No one should be bullied. However employees are not insulated from negative reviews, coaching, constructive criticism - it's part of the employer/employees relationship and is necessary for businesses to operate efficiently and successfully. It is also necessary for employees so they can be successful on their career paths.

They just post false job adds on Indeed and they are totally waste of time, one of their recruiter gives me excuse to not get job "you don't have enough experience", one question to him "how do I get experience if i don't have job, I don't have job that's why I'm here". Thank you for wasting my 3 hours only for paperwork

I have never worked for this agency. The 3 stars is just for the reviews on here and the replies from the agency, its comedy gold. Sorry was just scouting and this looks very funny indeed.
