I did four time IUIs, one time IVF, and four time embryo transfer, all failed. Dr. Leung didn't even want to say one more word to you! They even lied to you that there was an anaesthetic doctor when you EGG RETRIEVAL, but only the nurse injected you with a sedative on the day. It was a very painful and desperate day! A few years later, remembering these still makes me sad, which has caused great pain in my body and mind! They just want to cheat your money all the time and don't care about your health. Don't be fooled! Don't be fooled!

I had a great experience at IVF Canada. I only did one cycle of cycle monitoring and was able to get pregnant. The ladies at reception are so nice! Dr. Leung was very accommodating. The phlebotomist, ultrasound techs, and nurse were very helpful. I didn't feel like just a number here. Couldn't recommend this clinic more.

I know it’s a hard journey what I’m going through but I’m really thankful to the IVF nurses and all the staff members you’re the best. You guys are amazing, polite and friendly.

We started the treatment process with doctor Haidar Mahmoud as our family doctor directed us, he did nothing but distract us and harm my health and psychology. It was the reason why I couldn't have a child. We trusted him as a doctor for years. Don't be fooled by the constant tests and ultrasounds, they are done as per the procedure, they definitely do not give information to the patient, they gave hope even though there were negativities, their only concern is money. I especially recommend that you do not approve of the uterine film from the very beginning. Even though he knew that my egg reserve was low and it would not happen, he had a uterine film taken. I got an infection and this infection caused other illnesses. I learned that I cannot have children now because of this illness. I do not give my rights to him. If you are a doctor, you know the situation more or less, why did you play with my hopes and ruined my health?

A great clinic, my doctor was Dr. Hadi, he is one of the best. IVF is overwhelming for patients, but he made everything easier by taking time to explain and discuss options thoroughly.

Amazing team of medical professionals. Empathetic and knowledgeable nurses and doctors, very well organized front desk staff. Never had an issue with the clinic.

Cannot be more Thankful for the happiness IVF canada brought into our life. The support from the staff starting from the pretty girls at the reception they are always so welcoming and after spending more than a year with them it somehow feels like a family. The treatment given by Dr Leung was just perfectly for us. They are so organized and every appointment comes with an reminder and medication reminders are so helpful. Can't forget the cute girl who takes blood so efficiently and used to make my appointment so easy. Lastly Thank you so much for this happy day in our life and hopefully we welcome our rainbow baby in October 2023.

Words cannot express how amazing the staff are, they always welcomed me with a smile, encouragement and treated with respect, I'm so lucky to be one of Dr. Auyeung's patient, Dr. Auyeung is very detailed, he explained to me very well my condition. He gave all his time to explain everything, from blood work to procedure need to happen, he never rush you to speak, he can spend 10,20, minutes talking to you over the phone just for you to understand all the details. Well, I have a different experience from every other person. They were nice to me, I was pre- informed about the processes and had good follow up. My Dr. Leung Peter was honestly good to me, I don't know anyone of them but I ll tell you for a fact that they tried for me and I got my result. I cannot thank you y and the team more. The receptionist, Nurse Mistty and the nurse that get out my tiny veins. Thanks again

Can't say enough great things about this place. The negative reviews are very surprising. I first came to the Scarborough location in 2018 and have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and Dr Hadi. I had alot of issues and went through several losses and Dr Hadi has always been so supportive and knowledgeable. Yes the building is old and run down but that is no fault of the clinic and there is a reason why it has been around since the 80s! They have a brand new location in Thornhill that is beautiful and they have recently renovated the Scarborough location and its very clean and modern looking, although that should not make a difference in my opinion. Before coming to IVF Canada i was going to Trio downtown which was a nice fancy building and clinic and I felt like it was being run by robots. The drs and staff didn't know my name, everytime I went in they knew nothing about me or my history and very quickly tried to pressure me to do IVF before trying other less invasive options first. Here at IVF Canada I walk in and everyone knows my name and my history. It sounds silly but when going through something so sensitive its nice to know you arnt just a number on a chart and that they care about you. I definitely wouldn't have my 19 month old daughter without this place! I'm currently back trying for #2 and feel more at home here than ever. I cant speak for the other drs here at the clinic but Dr Hadi is amazing and so is all the staff and nurses! You won't regret coming here.

I wish I can give Dr. Peter Leung 0 star. The worst doctor in the world. My husband and I didn't have experience about IVF, and Leung didn't provide any valuable information for our decision making during IVF process. He doesn't care his patients and I feel like he doesn't like his job at all. What he's caring is just how to let his patients fit in the government funding circle for the sake of his earning. I hope government can audit his IVF process and talk to patients directly to collect feedback for Leung. I've been through such a tough journey at IVF Canada.

However, I'd say the reception/nurse team is friendly and caring. I didn't deal with other doctors at IVF Canada and can't comment.

Our emails have been ignored for weeks. How are we supposed to trust this clinic when they can't get their sh together and organized?

One of my family members is getting treatment there at the beginning they were really nice and confidential but recently one of the sonogram technician is making comments about my family condition wich its not supposed to been known to the others workers in the clinic plus they are not been caring with her making her painful exams and making her come everyday she is a busy person and have other business to attend

Bad experience in this clinic. They are not consider the convince of their client and ask me to drive 1000 km to the clinic to give me a form, not see a doctor or do any test. It can be done by email and phone. And the nurse suggest me to buy medicine separately but it is much cheaper to buy a package! At last I spend $15.000 to get nothing! The doctor said it hard to explain to us why the test is good but result is bad, but he should talk more about why and what is the reason.

Worst experience.the entire process of IUI handled by nurse.only once met Dr. Abdul Hadi.after negative report of pregnancy.they just squeeze your money.thats all.all positive reviews are probably written by them.reality is they are waste and worst.dont waste your time and money.

Dr Leung is very rude and arrogant, never tried to explain things with paitent clearly, and showed his discrimination towards women who come to infertility clinic. As a doctor, he should have much more professional attitude and morality.

Front Desk staff are helpful and welcoming. We have just started our IVF journey and believe with Dr. Hadi and his amazing staff that we will have ourself a little miracle within no time.

I'm one of the patient here I never saw a doctor hadi being understanding nor making me comfort.they just say spend money n try.thats it.we women r not product or machine we are women and going through v v hard time.n moreover I met him once with Dr. Leon he was v v rude doctor I ever saw.he made me cry the whole day.please be humble with the ladies who comes.there.wcomes.there.we come there with some kind of hope.

I’m the person never wrote public review. I’m sorry to write this. Had terrible experience in IVF Canada, doctors in ivf have No or Less experience, keep spending money with no take home baby! We all understand there is no guarantee the successful of the treatment, but we all expect to have treatment with experience doctor! Doctors are rude and NOT kept patient privacy! Thats awful! They treat woman as machine not human and money Machine! They don’t care what you feel (you cried and sad) and what your body feel (heavy bleeding)! I just read another review, patient had 4 times miscarriage after treatment? ! I m very disappointed!

I always think a fertility clinic is not a business and it is a place of hope. If anyone cannot understand that, then that person should not work in that industry. This IVF Canada clinic location just simply destroyed my understanding of a fertility clinic. If the doctor does not have enough knowledge to deal with a client case, then the doctor should refer the client to a proper clinic; if a nurse does not understand her job, then that nurse should not deal with a client.simple as that.
All I want to say is children are not products.women are not machine.

I gave this place 5 stars because of Abby, the young lady at the front desk. She has amazing customer service; she is nice and organized and always kind no matter how busy she is. She always makes you comfortable with her welcoming smile.

I'd like to thank the staff at IVF for being so kind and patient with me throughout the entire treatment process. The doctors were very nice and were willing to address all my concerns and worries. They made me feel like a valued patient and treated me with the utmost respect. They used the latest technology as the whole process from diagnoses to surgery seamlessly and comfortably. I felt just at home. 10/10 would recommend.

It is highly NOT recommended.
No. 1 before payment, the doctor looks warm hearted, but right after the payment, and during the treatment, the doctor looks cold and does not have patience to explain for you.
No. 2 It is NOT professional at all, there is NOT any frequent and necessary communication during the whole process, you have to keep push and push, again and again, to get the information and guidance.
No. 3 There is NOT any doctor or even nurse to help you to monitor your situation, so you know nothing unless you have to call in, or God bless you, it seems nobody is taking care of you. E.g. After blood work, you have to call in to get the result, even if you get the result, you have to ask again is it normal, even if the result is abnormal, the doctor seems unwilling to do anything to improve it, just BECAUSE you have paid.

I will not regret for choosing this clinic. The people I met was nice and helpful. One of them called Serena helped a lot for my special request and solved my problem very quickly. Most important thing was that I met great doctor with very good experience. He was busy but he listened and helped me when I needed him. Now I have a little boy.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to leave this review but I decided I should.
Firstly, I question the authenticity of the 5 star reviews on this page but anyhow my review is written from my own personal, actual experience with IVF Canada.

I did my first unfunded Ivf with IVF Canada in Dec 2016. I did get pregnant twice but unfortunately did not get my take home baby. I found it strange that you get an assigned doctor but it’s normal that your doctor never performs any of your procedures? I did an egg retrieval, 4 frozen embryo transfers and 1 sonohysterogram but my doc never performed any of them. I believe the doctors at IVF Canada are primarily part time and do not really develop a relationship with their patients. My last two embryo transfers (day 5 blastocysts) were transferred on day 13 of my cycles, which seems very early, as most clinics perform them on day 15 and afterwards. Needless to say, both of the transfers FAILED. Mind you, these transfers cost $2600 each, paid out of pocket. I question whether IVF Canada really wants to help you get pregnant, or if they just want to keep digger deeper in your pockets to pay for sub-par fertility treatments.
I have since left the clinic and joined another clinic in Toronto. My level of care at my new clinic far, far exceeds what I have experienced at IVF Canada. I have to drive an hour further but changing clinics was the best thing I’ve ever done. I get monitored more frequently by my doctor and I actually see my doctor almost every single visit.
I have since compared pricing of procedures and medication with other clinics and found that IVF Canada costs a lot more than other clinics. A frozen transfer costs $1750 at my new clinic whereas IVF Canada charges $2600.
A bottle of Estrace estrogen (2.0 mg, 100 tablets) costs $59 at my new clinic but IVF Canada clinic charges $90!
I believe IVF Canada gauges you and overcharges for their medications and procedures, and until you have tried other clinics, you have no idea the sub-par care that’s given to you at IVF Canada.

I really want to make sure no other girl wastes their time and effort and tears on this place. The only good thing I can say is the support staff are so polite and kind. I had Dr. Leung and at first I thought he really cared about me.however going through my process I learned that I had endometriosis. Which the doctor didn't explain much about it. He also didn't tell me anything about anything! I never knew the results of my tests and when I was told anything I was never explained as to what things mean. I did three attempts at iui and when it didn't work I asked for what's next.they had no other option than waiting for ivf. When I brought them a pamphlet of another fertility drug they made be feel stupid and dismissed me from the office. I also had problems with the nurses who were rude and yelled at me. I had do do my own research and find my own specialists.since then I have had more progress in 4 months than the year I spent with Ivf canada. I would never recommend this place to anyone.see Dr. Crytal Chan at Mount Sinai. She's amazing. Also Dr.aneja ambika if you have endometriosis at Scarborough general.they have made huge strides for me.
