Poor service! No card machine… racist as ever, when I opened my eyes she had disgust on her face! I had to ask for oil! Who has to ask for oil at a massage? Did not listen when I told her my back hurts and hit me in my back I started to cry on the table she didn’t even notice! I hated it. Don’t go here if you are black I did not feel comfortable or welcomed

Hit and miss. It depends who you get. I’ve had great experiences then went last week and it was the worst foot massage I’ve gotten there. Lady kept falling asleep while massaging my feet and head bobbing. I’m rethinking going back. I’ve never had the same person twice so it’s really a roll of the dice.

To comment on your reply to my review, it’s curious you say you can see how many times I’ve been there by my phone number, but you’re constant excuse is you always tried to call me to confirm, even though I’ve never had a single missed call from you. I even had your number saved. Even if that were true, you should be aware just because someone doesn’t answer the day before, is no excuse to cancel their appointments without them knowing. Thank you.

Awful. I’ve been here about 6 times and I’ve NEVER had a good experience. They always forget about my appointments. Two times they forgot to turn the wax on for my appointment and I had to wait over 45mins. The last time I went they didn’t write my appointment down and the lady had left that does the waxing. She tried to upsell me and get me to pay for a massage & facial, asked me about 8 times to do it.lol overall I do not recommend at all.

Not exactly sure what this place REALLY is. I went here with a friend and we both thought the massage wasn’t good at all. I feel worse and sore after I left. Both masseuses we had seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. I also paid for an hour but finished 10 minutes early. To be honestly I didn’t even mind that they finished early cause it was so painful! You’re better off finding another spa.

Made an appointment for 9pm. The lady on the phone tried to convince us for an earlier time but we had prior plans. Showed up ten minutes early.place is closed. No phone call or message letting us know they are closing 3 hours early. How embarassing of a business to operate in such a manner.

Definitely one of the most professional and cleanest places I've encountered. Will never leave. All the staff members are friendly and pay close attention to the pressure they're applying. Sometimes the waits are a bit much BUT its so worth it.

One of the best Spa I visited. Relaxing environment and great massage. Staff are good and do pretty good job.
