Very non cooperative shop
This is our last visit to this shop
They are doing business in canada but policies from Pakistan. The sales person promised to give us store credit if we bring it back. Then the other sales woman refused to honour her commitment
Very much disappointed as we were travelling and did not have much time to search out an exchange

They usually have something for everyone. A reliable spot if you are looking for pakistani dresses.

Men & women including kids fashion clothes shop! Nice, clean, well organized, well decorated with both ladies and gentlemen section under one happy to help customer service! While shopping customers also amused with Junaid Jemshaid Sahib cool melodies of "Natia' poems! Thank you readers!

Good styles of Pakistani clothing. They have quality selections on Shalwar Kameez, Sherwanis, footwear and kurtas for Men. They are one of the few places in the GTA that carry Kufa-style caps, reasonably priced ($20-25). Plenty of formal and wedding clothing for women as well.
The store is very neatly arranged and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great for women and men’s wear. However, kids wear specially 2 year olds lacked variety and had very limited options. Also, pricing for infant clothing is too high with some being almost equal to adult ones.

Listen. I heard some pretty good things about the collection, so we decided to go check it out. Specifically we wanted kurta/Punjabi for my brother in law, and I cannot even tell you how disappointing it it was. The collection seemed pretty large, but all the colorful pieces were faded or looked kind of old. The only two that I managed to find that we liked were black and the other white, which is fine bit only two choiceable things in a huge collection? Very disappointing. And then there's the prices. It seems you are paying a premium just for the name, which I can understand. But again, in such a huge collection, two only find two things that we liked, and for everything to be as overpriced as it is was very disappointing. We may go again next Eid, to see if the collection has improved but I don't have high hopes.

These 5 stars are for the sister who was working here on Tuesday April 4th, she had glasses and her face was covered. And she was the one to get a suit for my daughter from inside. And the suit was what we wanted. She went in to look and we kept waiting for some time. But the time we waited was worth it because we knew she was seriously looking for something. And when she came back, she had couple of suits and out of which we found what we wanted.
This was our 3rd trip to J. Because the suits we got were either itcy or shalwar were smaller than the shirts. But the 3rd trip made me give a 5 star to the sister. I wish we met her on 1st visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were prompt to answer to any questions and requests.

The customer service is horrible. They are not suppose to do business in Canada. They deserve to be in Pakistan.
When they are able to understand Canadian customer service then they can do business here. They even don’t deserve one star.

Unless you get someone's attention working there.don't expect anyone to help you. Very very slow people and service.

The store itself is not very big and was not well staffed for the Eid/weekend shopping rush. Only one fitting room was open and had a long line in Men section. But whatever staff they had was helpful and making sure every customer is look after. The store had a good variety of Men’s Kurta and Shalwar Kameez as well as some Sherwanis. In addition to J. Clothes, they also have Almirah Brand clothes.

Brand Pakistani clothiers. Good location with ample parking space in front of the shop. Decent display of products. Huge choice and very courteous staff.

Great place for mens clothes esp vests and wedding wear. Female selection very limited. Customer service is generally great.

Today around 4 pm, on March 5th, I visited the JJ Mississauga branch. No doubt the quality of the clothes is very good. Unfortunately, the customer service is very poor. This is a typical desi mindset that jumping the queue is okay when you know someone in the shop. The customer service representative made up a story that did not fit the situation. He allowed the lady who had no clue where the line started and who asked questions to others in the line right in front of us. She saw the representative, walked to him, and he did the unethical favor. Islam teaches honesty, and it should be practiced.

Really helpful staff. I would specially like to mention about the person who took my measurements for sherwani. His name is Ali. What an amazing person you are. Very polite and extremely professional. I was not going to buy anything and just wanted to get measurements for sherwani and still he was genuinely helping me with each and everything. Keep on doing the amazing work. You rock

A week back I shopped with friend to pick out an outfit for a wedding. She was happy to find something that worked for her needs.

They have nice collection but they don't allow you to try, that's a worst part and price is also high.

Selection was meh

Also I was there for about 10 minutes and no one offered to help.

Fantastic customer service! They have a huge range of sizes and I was easily able to find something that fit my stomach.

Good range of quality pakistani shalwar suits for men and women. However the store very busy on weekends and not enough sales staff. They hire some part timers to support them on weekends.

The customer service is horrible - saleswomen at the front are very rude and unhelpful. Also unhelpful that they don't have fitting rooms. Or a return policy? The exchange policy (after you drop $30-$300 is one day) ? ! Ridiculous. Get your suits elsewhere

I went to their store for my Diwali shopping - their collection is beautiful and one of the best I have seen around here. Safiya was very helpful and made sure I found what I was looking for.

Very nice collection. Reasonable price but very good quality of fabric and stitching. I would say world class quality.

Few staff members are rude here but some of them are really nice n friendly. But i like the material n fabric of the cloth n designs n price are too good highly recommended

Great variety of clothes dor adults, not so much for kids. Expected more quality in clothes. A little on the expensive side.

I went there 3 times in a week to buy one formal dress for wedding but every time they said we dont have any collection as its not in the shipment.
Staff is helpful but otherwise there are expensive clothes and no variety. Disappointed.

What an excellent store to find Southern Asian clothing!
It was my first time going into the store and the service was excellent. They provided excellent advice over which type of shoes to buy, and were able to answer all of our questions.
Best part was I recieved so many compliments on my new shoes! So grateful!

I came J. Junad Jamshad Mississauga location to buy Eid dress and staff member, Sister Sadia helped me very professional manner. She has very good experience and knowledge about her work which helped my to decide my daughter Eid dress even in this pandemic situation when we can not shopping in store but she brought outside excellent collection of choices according my daughter’s mindset which made my life easy because my daughter is very picky and she has very sensitive way of style to choice but Sister Sadia has very professional customer handling skill which made my life easy and my daughter picked her dress fraction of time very quickly which made me to write first time in review. I really like the customer service at Junaid Jamshed, I was there for the first time and one of the store associate name Sadia helped me a lot. I never had in-store shopping experience with this outlet. However, the curb site shopping experience went very well. Sadia gave me many option to select which helped me to ding the perfect clothes for my family. Thank you Sadia!

Worst customer service ever! I stood in line for 4 hours for an online order i placed online couple of days before! Avoid this place if you can.

When I went to shop here last week, I found Sadia to be extremely helpful. It’s so difficult trying to shop now with the lockdown but she made the process smooth and even made some very sound suggestions which made my overall shopping experience wonderful.

Yesterday their store mississga phone not working today i want their 12p.m. Their write number on list but i didnt see any number from 1 to 11 they start from 12 they give me number agter 2 and half hours my trun come but who deal on door i thing he dont know how to deal with costomer special in ramzan if he have fasting i thing their costomer os muslim too. But he thing we are waiting for free stuff woman who work with him she is nice want to help any way i really dispoint but still want to pray for him May Allah give aakal how to deal woth costumer.

The store is nice and staff was courteous. Collection is good but more variety needed in 3pc kurti sets. Also barely anything for toddlers (1-2.5 girls). Customer service was good I bought two dresses and I went to exchange a size but didn't try it on therefore I had to go back twice. They exchange it very courteously by letting me know nicely that only one-time exchange is allowed therefore will do this time. First time I was explained there's 10 day (or may be 14, not sure) exchange policy. So it was made clear. It's good to have J.in Mississauga

The price of everything is almost 3 to 5 times more than it is in Pakistan Junaid Jamshed outlet, Lahore. For example a waistcoat worth PKRs 5000 in Pakistan is here sold for CAN$120+TAX= 126 that becomes Pakistani 18000 rupees. Same is the case with everything else. Moreover, all the things sold here are ones which are rejected and are on sale at a very low price in Pakistan.

Amazing staff. They understood my situation where I mistakenly picked the wrong size while in a rush, as well as the WINTER COLLECTION (big dud again on my part).
The collection may be limited given that it was Eid but their staff was more than understanding. Enforced the social distancing and Covid protocols.

Customer service was good. Couldn't find my small size in lots of stuff but still a great place for shalwsr kameez.

Best location, ample parking right in front of the shop, courteous and polite staff members, neat and clean, all stuff professionally displaced, no congestion in between aisles, excellent place to shop clothing for both genders, all family

Staff was very friendly and had an easy time looking around and browsing for clothes. The price isn't too expensive, but it isn't the cheapest either. They hover around $60 and can go higher as well. Due to COVID-19, hand sanitizer is given and must be used before browsing inside the store

This particular branch needs some proper customer service. I bought an item, and the the CSR just gave it to me, no bag, no wrap, no box nothing, seriously! I had to ask for a bag, and he gave it as if forced. The other CSR said, you cannot try anything, but you can go out and try it in the car, if you like it fine and if not only exchange is allowed. Seriously! I

I love this store! I don't know but there is something about it. Always experience great customer service from this place and clothes are not too pricy.

They should have a section separate in their store for bride and groom. So the bride and groom can shop comfortably.
