Called them today to get a plugged bathtub and toilet looked at. Arrived 30 minutes later. Completed both in 30 minutes. No mess, no fuss job completed. Highly recommend using this company.

Our plumber literally took 20 minutes to remove an old, broken sink and install a nice, new one! Great service for a reasonable price. I’ll use J Plumbing again.

Firstly, I want to thank Roger for coming to install my faucet, he was professional and got the job done. Secondly, its not fair to charge me 1 hour fee for watching a video on how to fix the faucet, which you concluded that it was the wrong faucet, only for me to watch the installation video and showed/explained to you how it is done and I ended up giving an helping hand, technically I should be paying you for 2.5 hours not 3 hours, in my opinion that was over charging. Thirdly, please tell people a price range before commencing their job, if I had known I will be paying $435.00 for 2.5hours job, I wont fix the faucet, it wasn't an emergency. Long Story short, you just lost a customer and anyone that knows their pocket is not as deep as the charges that comes with their services please look elsewhere.
