Been here all day waiting for them. Yes it's through Reliance. They were suppose to come. Never showed and never called. It would be nice to have a working furnace when it's cold.

Third class service and communication. This guy showed up at my door through Reliance to check the fireplace. He told me that the fireplace needs a blower replacement and he will order it and will be back to install. I waited 4-5 days and then I called the Reliance back to investigate what’s going on. Finally Jaytech office called my cell and told me that they will get back to me but I will have to pay for the blower and installation because Reliance doesn’t cover it. I agreed upon paying but no response from there office for a week and today I called them back to confirm the status of the part and they said that I should contact other company and they won’t be able to perform the job. So irresponsible and unprofessional. Save yourself from these kind of people who don’t even know what a customer service is.

3 weeks I have been waiting for service from them. Useless.
Bad on phone, no service at all. I have multiple properties needing work and can get more work for them, but too bad now. Poor service gets no work. Improve 200% or close down!

Edit: after several months they got back to me and made amends and incentive for the poor service. I think they may have let go of a problem employee and had discussions with staff? Still not excellent service, but an improvement from before. Gained a star until I see how future service is.

If I could leave 0 star I would, have a reverse osmosis system they were supposed to fix waited 3 months for a faucet, and still not working properly, today they cancelled an appointment 1 hour before they were supposed to come out, more excuses then resolutions

Great techs/installers, great service, communication with office staff amazing. “24 hour service”negative reviews seem far fetched. Jtech has been and are a Great local hvac company serving the timmins and area.

Restarted my furnace after a no heat call. The furnace was leaking CO in the home at a dangerous level for two days. Asked tech on the second call out why the levels were not checked upon restarting the furnace. No reason given. They tagged out the furnace on the second call. I asked for a timely quote for replacement. The tech sent the office the info for the quote in front of me as the home was in a no heat situation. Never got the quote and left us to call another local company who took care of us right away.

Our furnace died during the night in January, and after calling three other "24 hour service" companies in town, J Tech was the only one to return our call. They responded quickly and scheduled for a new furnace installation the next morning. Amazing service!

Received great service from these guys. Friendly, fast and efficient. They have knowledgeable staff and are competitively priced. I had a worry free experience and highly recommend JTech!

I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a new furnace or any of their products. They're very respectful and knowledgeable and they are open 24 hours so if there's any problems they will be there. Thank you j-teck
