Our server Nina was the absolute best! So sweet and caring! Best experience here because of her!

They are very disrespectful to delivery people. We have to wait outside for a very long time. Also not too friendly. Seems like they only smile for the tips.

Mediocre at best…. I don’t usually write reviews but definitely disappointed. Took the kids out for dinner and definitely wasn’t impressed. The hostess gave me an attitude about not wanting to share my phone number (we aren’t in covid times why should I have to). The waitress made us wait so long for the bill. I asked for sweet potato fries and didn’t get them til (had to reask). My club sandwich, the chicken was dry in hard bread with no sauce. My sons chicken strips were over cooked. And almost $100 we left super unhappy. Definitely won’t return or recommend

Jack Astors is almost always a good time, but this is especially so with this location. Lovely staff who were really easy to get along with, a super cool vibe for a chain restaurant and incredible food. Probably some of the best saucy chicken tenders I’ve ever had, no joke.

They also had little arcade machines that you could play on free of charge. This location is definitely more of a party location, so if you’re looking for a restaurant that’s quaint and quiet you’re likely gonna want to avoid this one. We didn’t mind it and actually enjoyed it, just a heads up for anyone wanting a more chilled out experience.

All in all a really good experience. Was told our table was going to be ready in twenty minutes and got it within that time range with no issues. Very organized, helpful staff. Would come here again in a heartbeat

Was served by bri tonight and had an absolute blast! Super friendly and happy to joke around! Food was delicious and a great atmosphere all around! Will be back!

Amazing Ambience! Many Drinks options and nice food! We went early so we did not reserve any table. Music was great too.

They have a DJ on Fridays and so it was adding a perfect grace to the Friday night.

Its right next to Square One Bus Go station and opposite yo city centre transit terminal (Miway).
Its a nice hangout place for you and your buddies. It got busier after 9pm but still they have plenty of space to accommodate customers.

Staff is super nice and helpful in suggesting great options!

Lived the place. Worth going back there. They still serve the amazing Pizzas. Had also saute vegetable and was really good. Service is commendable. All are eager to serve.

Been coming to this location for 5+ years and its always been good here. Food is always delicious and service is good too. I’d recommend the pan cheese bread, asiago bow tie pasta and their brownie milkshake

Don't remember the last time I went to a Jack Astor. My friend and I had a great time dining there. Too bad we were running late for our movie, otherwise we will order more.

I come here every few week and even on busy days I tend to get some of the best service even on very busy nights i came her tonight the night of my birthday and my server Patrick did an 11/10 job

Trevor and Sameer had a very warm welcome. They greeted us with energy and I appreciated the assistance with the menu. They were swift with their service and left us off with a good vibe during our stay! Will definitely come again!

Check in: we signed up at the hostess table but were randomly dropped from the list so had to resubmit our information; slightly frustrating tbh.

Service: I think the restaurant was crowded and busy so the service wasn’t up to the mark as compared to other branches. Water took forever to come, half of the drinks were out; starters came before drinks etc.

Food: sandwiches were fantastic (crispy chicken, Buffalo chicken etc.) but fries were soggy. Took a while for us to get the condiments too. No big complaints there about it though.

Overall: accessibility is good, ample parking, good food. Just not sure if the service was slow because of the crowded evening or if it needs improvement.

Me and my partner both have dietary restrictions and our server peter was so lovely and kind to us.fast and friendly service, even on Halloween! Food was also super good!

The manager here is fantastic. Name started with “C” (im sorry i cant remember) but she went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my experience with the restaurant was great. Was having a tough time that day, and the staff, especially the manager made sure to turn that around. As always, the food was great and loved the dessert! Thanks so much for turning my night around.

I lost my wallet there on Saturday, I called twice, told the girl where I was sitting and asked her if they could check.
I was told that they had not found my wallet.
I showed up there myself today as soon as they opened, and it was exactly in the spot I was sitting.
No one even bothered to look.

Okay let me set this straight. My man Eddie throwing me shade for wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers hat since he’s a Raven’s fan. Okay I see how it is. But he’s a blessing. He went above and beyond to help us out with the menu. Nicest server I’ve had in the longest time and I’ll be back to see him again but with my Raptors hat on instead. Hopefully he’s not a Celtics fan!

I never use to like jack astors other than there drinks. But they have moved there good game to whole another level. Especially the plant based food it tastes amazing and comes in a big portion too. They need to work on there desserts now.

We come regularly and are treated like family. Trevor and Samir know our orders by heart and always work to ensure our experience is great. Love the atmosphere.

Great place to visit. Neat and clean atmosphere, Had the pasta and pad thai bowl it was Awesome and presentation also was great. It was a wonder full saturday Dinner.

A safe great time. Even with reservations, we waited a bit in line to check in (so they could get contact info). But they showed us to our table very quickly. Service was very quick, friendly, knowledgeable. They had spaced the tables out very well. They were following safety protocols for cleaning. The patio had heaters and tvs so it was almost like usual. They still had a decent sized menu. The drinks and food were great. Victoria G made us feel safe, welcome, and happy. We had a great time. This is the best location, I live near the Argentina one but I drive to this one instead because the chefs are amazing, the food is always so good! Servers are nice too, but the chefs deserve a shout out!

I ordered, the food was cold and soggy, we could not eat the soggy nachos, the past was cold and stuck together, the sauce was cold

Experinced worst service by the guy named trevor. Never expect it from the jack astor's. He is too rude. Even he said " he didnt care even if we come back or not "

Just your everyday fare. Some apps, some drinks, a few entrees etc. It took upwards of 30 minutes to have order taken, however our server Eddie was apologetic and even gave me a free brownie dessert complete with whipped cream and a sparkler. I often go to this location as it's close by.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Told them we had a baby and had 7 people in our party. They seated us at a booth where a booster seat couldn't be used because it would be in the way of people to walk. Also the booth could comfortably fit 4 people, not 7. Then waited over 20 minutes before our server even came over to say hello. We were so hungry and upset we walked out.

Waiter never checked on us once after we got in our seats. Ran out of beef for nachos. Very poor experience will not go back

We had a party of 10 on a Saturday night and it was packed, yet we got a table pretty fast. The hostess and server were all incredibly nice and managed fast service despite the packed resturant.

The calamari was good but it was a really small portion size and probably not worth the price. I ordered the Buddha Salad which was a decent size and delicious. Overall good experience.

We were seated fairly quickly but then we sat at our table for at least 20 minutes while we watched our server help other people. We were not greeted, we didn't even receive water or beverages at this point. We understand establishments get busy, but our presence wasn't even acknowledged. Due to our frustration we ended up leaving and going next door for dinner.

After many Jack's experiences at multiple locations I ordered one of my basic faves, Italian Burger. While I've ordered this several times, even at this location, the meat was well done with excessive char and the burgers seemed smaller than usual. It also felt like the fries were spread across the plate to give as few as possible. Mentioned to waitress and was told the menu hasn't changed.
Overall, the service was fine.
The Mexican Chicken salad my friend had was massive and tasted delish.
Friend #2 received a total of 13 sweet potato fries (lol, yes we counted because it seemed so little).

I haven't been here for quite a long time. Thought we go there since quite a few reviews said food is good. And I just thought service is a hit and miss thing. Why not. My experience tonight, server was fairly nice, friendly and good, he did his job. Food portion was smaller than I remembered, it really proved what others were saying how they got quite stingy with their fries potion. Potatoes guys? Really? It does not cost u guys that much more to give a little bit more. Chicken fingers portion was small. I have to especially mention the guy that brought our food out Devon was extremely rude when I pointed out the order was incorrect. It was not acceptable, and I did not deserve that behavior when all I did was stated the order was incorrect. Would I go back here? Probably not, and prob never unless I had no where else to go.

Oh, what an awesome place, we were little bit late for lunch but were able to have the best. The superb Shrimp Pad Thai, Fish & Chips and Calamari to go with chilled soft drinks. Wow, would always be there whenever I am in their vicinity.oh, I forgot to mention our serving gentleman with lot of smiles and good suggestions for the dishes since mine was the first visit at that JAB&G.

I love Astor's since I was 22! Now I'm 50, still in love! Go there to enjoy yourself, celebrate with friends, or great sit down with your friend, friends!

The burger bun was so soggy it literally disintegrated. I will visit again to see if the experience is better. A coupon or discount will help the intent.

Good food and staff. The Italian burger was pretty good. Lots of tvs around and it's got a cool sports bar vibe

Where to begin! This location at square one is either short staffed and/or poorly trained. We were a party of 9 and waited quite a long time for our order to arrive. But when it did, the order was wrong. When notified, it took them even longer to fix the issue. We even had to ask for cutlery and napkins. The food was terrible and there was even hair in one of the order which totally soured our experience even more. Please do better! Y'all are at one of the most busiest location!

Nice place but didnt likr the service. Waiter was pushy asking every 5 minutes if we were ok - it was basically saying: "are you going to order more stuff or leave? "

Their quality has gone down over the years but their price has stayed the same. I'd only go if you're really desperate.

Food is good but the service is poor. You will need to ask again and again just for water and the servers are seemingly indifferent.

Great place to eat. I loved the greeters they were very nice, polite, and generous on where to seat us. Very grateful our greeter was also able to speak Spanish as my mother speaks more fluidity with the lanaguage, she was able to provide more help to her very easily. Loved her character as well and the little heart she wears on her cheek!

The service was good, from time to time though our server was gone. Wasn't too bad, just wish he would have checked on us a little more frequently. The food was good though and overall an enjoyable experience! I would definitely come back

Very bad service. When we got there we was seated very quick. 20 mins later we had to ask someone to call for a server. I ordered coca cola and a while later my friend ordered one too. I realized the size of my glass was smaller then hers and after i drank my drink, i noticed another strange thing, they poured my drink in a measurment glass, which is very funny for a supposedly good quality reasurant to pour your drink in a measurement glass. We also had to wait very long for our food and when we finally did get the food, it was cold. This was my first time at this location and my last.
