Our dining experience at Jack Astor's was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Brianeka. Her friendly and attentive approach added a warm touch to the evening, making us feel well taken care of. Alongside the delectable dishes and Chef Harry's expertise, Brianeka's hospitality contributed to an overall exceptional visit. Highly recommend for both the delicious food and excellent service.

After the update here at STC Jack's, the food has gone down. How can you switch from freshly made burgers that take 4 minutes to make to pre-made burgers and still take 15 minutes to come out. Our server "Memo" was terrible. He got our order wrong 2 times. Our appetizer came out after our main, and it was wrong. Then he forgot my sauce that was supposed to be in my burger. He was never around for us to call him. We also noticed all the other tables he was working with received help very late, he took their orders after 10 minutes and never checked on anyone. He kept making excuses for the kitchen and himself. The other tables also complained about the service. Friday night was ruined. Jack's needs to higher proper servers and go back to the old menu.

Harry make really good food for us! Five star only this guy and i would recommend everyone whenever you visit jack astor ask for harry to make your food! You gonna love it

Ameika was an amazing server.helpful and honest. She had a great personality and made our experience extremely enjoyable. My burger was delicious and the desert was sooooo good. I will definitely be back.

Last Friday (November 19th, 2021) we had a work reunion dinner. Dan and Dani were our servers and provided a great dining experience! We will be sure to come back for our next gathering.

Dan the MAN was at it again, his exceptional level of service, combined with the industrious nature of his work - he made this an experience we shall never forget. Dan was charming, funny, and had this alluring, mysterious presence. We will be going back, food was okay, but Dan's personality was more contagious than Covid - what a guy, Cheers brother!

Went to Jack Astor's last night with a few friends to watch the leafs game. The game was disappointing but the food and service was not. Our server Aries was friendly and got us our food in a timely manner!

Fun time at the Jack's! Its more than just a meal, its a celebration. The servers are always upbeat and fun, but have to commend specially our latest server Dan who made sure everything was perfect! Well done, he took care of the smallest detail and recommended the perfect food choice.

Came here late at night and Daniel O was our server! He was super nice and patient even though we came an hour before they close.

Scarborough location customer service is lacking. 1st contact tracing hostess was rude. Table hostess was nice. Our server, Dustin, was really nice but poor guy had a hard time hearing us because the music was so loud, he’s made a few mistakes. He took quite awhile to check in on us after we’ve seated though. Plus didn’t really check in on us much again after we’ve received our food. The lady dropping the cookie for our toddler was rude as can be. Will I come back to this location again? Only if I really have to …

Celebrated a 60th Birthday party for one of my brother's. The food was great and the service even better. Antonia was the best. She was polite, friendly and very attentive to the needs of the table. Such a great waitress!

My boyfriend and I got the veggie burger and lobster dip and it was delicious! Finished everything, the wait for the food was a bit long but that’s okay.our server, Mark, was SO KIND and SUCH A GOOD SERVER, he was so polite and his energy was great, i’ve been to many jack astors locations across toronto, many times and this was the best experience i’ve had! Would definitely recommend this location over Bloor, or even yonge because it’s a lot less busy!

My disappointment is that I didn’t expect such an unprofessional behaviour from one of male staff when I was in the restaurant today for pickup delivery for Uber eats and I asked him a question about their food options and after just giving me cold answer he just walked away from me as if I was asking him to offer me free food. I have three birthdays in may in my family and was thinking of ordering some food for Sunday dinner but after experiencing that kind of behaviour from that guy, I don’t think that I will ever order anything from this restaurant. I guess he tried to judge the book by its cover.

Ordered the thai jasmine stir fry, rice was uncooked, tofu was dry and everything was drowning in sauce, extremely horrible food! On top of that, when we called to complain, the male staff member we spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive and completely kept contradicting what I was trying to say. I have come to Jack Astors before and liked it but this location had horrible food and even more horrible customer service, after talking to that male staff member, I would not recommend anyone come back to this location to eat anything!

Been here often. Don’t get me wrong food was GREAT. But can tone down a little on the price haha!

First patio visit after the lockdown, on my birthday. The food was good. But we were asked to finish our beers in the restaurant itself, as it can’t be taken out, this was a first. Overall a decent experience.

Very slow service the food is very old and not worth the price, got same steak different price.

Ordered burger and fries delivered, which was fine. Problem is after I removed the red plastic spear, I ate the burger and got part of another spear trapped in my gums. It got wedged in there and caused bleeding. I needed a knife to get it out - would not move with my fingers. I feel I need to go the dentist to check it out as it may have caused damage - it continues to be painful. Can’t help but feel Kitchen was neglectful, causing real damage.

Sitting at Jackastors Scarborough, and we have been sitting at table full of dirty plates and napkins for what feels like hrs - yet we can see all the servers dancing around and talking at the bar. What a shame because we rarely go out as a family and we were excited to have a relaxing meal - but instead our server Megan had us sit in filth without refills. Waste. We normally get dessert but we were all anoyed and just wanted to get out.

Not a bad experience, always kept up to standard in this area by regular renovations and updates. The food is good, cannot go wrong with going here! Always something for everyone on the menu.

Service was horrible. Waited about 20 minutes after being seated for someone to take my order. Had to wait about half hour to get my bill- a different server brought it. Seems like this place doesn't care about customer satisfaction, only a quick turn around. Would not recommend

Haven't been to this location in a few years, so it was weird to see its half the size now. Still has good food, and the garlic bread is a must. Sad to see my favourite item isnt on the menu any more, but definitely worth a visit. The service was faster than I remember it being in the past.

Had the Asiago Bowtie pasta. The Asiago crusted chicken was good, the pasta was blah - even with freshly grated Parmesan cheese on it. Possibly the Asiago overwhelming the Parmesan and cream sauce?

Of every Jack Astor's I've been to, the Scarborough location will always be my favourite based solely on the customer service. They really have great people working at this location and they always make sure you're well taken care of.

Came here last week, I found a hair in my food which was blonde where I have dark brown hair. I told the waitress and she argued saying it was my hair! I was shocked! I got aduaga chicken bowtie and my husband got a steak. We didn't even finish our meal because of the hair! Who would? ! Disgusting! Never going here again.

I’ve been coming to jackastors for years and I only ever order the Asiago bow ties. Every time has been an amazing service and I came for a birthday today and for the first time the food tastes horrible. The sauce was very bland barely flavour and very watery. The waiter and waitresses were different people but they were kind and polite.they just didn’t offer the usual shredded cheese and fresh grinded black pepper. Please make sure staff is being consistent in their services because one bad experience makes all the difference. I’ll be back for another try and if that don’t go well you’ll get another review.

They have awesome flavours of wings and the stacked poutine was great! Service was pretty good. My only issue was that every time I went (total of 3 times so far), the plates on the table were dirty. We had to get them changed every time we went.

The fishbowls we ordered were awesome, but make sure to ask for less ice since they sometimes go overboard with the ice. Ordered Nachos with chicken on top. The chicken was sparse on our order, so the extra charge was not worth it.

What can I say it was mediocre. We went for a birthday dinner. It was okay. Some food came cold and another had a hair baked into the cheese. They immediately cooked us up two new dishes. The staff and management was very professional. Our waiter got us the meals comped. But yeah disappointing. Our waiter really made it better experience for all it was. Thanks bud!

First time to Jack Astor's and I was not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. Portion size was perfect, it wasn't too filling and it wasn't not enough.
The waitress was amazing, she was friendly, nice, and checked up on us once through the meal. (I personally feel like once is the perfect amount)
The food was pricey, but worth the splurge.

Great location with an amazing patio. I love the new layout and having Scaddabush right next door. Wish there was more parking onsite but you can always park across the street and walk over so it’s not a very big deal.

The service was really great. A group of us hanging out after work having a drink and discussing change and the way works works. I almost always have a great time at Jack Astor's, by Scarborough Town Centre!

Beer is too expensive, food is terrible and so is the presentation. Save your money and give this place a miss.

I went with my family and I had a very delicious burguer but unfortunately my burguer had a very long hair, but the service was excellent
