Great food, good service by the staff- Grace and Erin made my visit memorable! The sports games are always on and the trivia nights are very entertaining

We came here Saturday night, tthe beer wasn’t good at all. The glasses wasnt clean and they with nachos we ordered guacamole but they didn’t bring it and we had to remind them. For second beer it took them half an hour to bring it

This location doesn't seem to be the right in terms of service and especially food. Our ordered nachos there was worse ever I had. Bruschetta is not worth spending double digit dollars.

Took a friend out for lunch here yesterday and it went from not great to horrible! Service was lukewarm, music was playing so loud we couldn’t hear each other across the table and at the end of the night I ended up with food poisoning.

My friend ordered steak frites with fries and I had the Asiago chicken bow ties. After paying and leaving I noticed I was having digestive issues. Later that day I started having stomach cramps and finally threw up violently. Had the runs as well. It was all horrible! Never going back there again.

The waiter was racist and rude without any reason.so clear she didn't like her work.the place decoration was awesome just need to work on their waiter's attitude

The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Nicholas in particular is great! He was so attentive and very nice. They have a DJ on Friday nights so the music is really great too!

I would like to give a shout out to James for saving the valentine's day. After Baton Rouge across the street messed up our reservation and were completely useless to solve the problem. I called jacks to ask how long the wait would be. James said they sat most of there reservations and it shouldnt be to long. I told him baton rouge messed up and ill be there in 2 mins. James said no problem just ask for me when u come in. I did this first hostess vaguely understood what I was talking about James and baton rougue. I digress. Went up stairs met with James he got me seated as soon as possible. Checked up on me all night even when waiter didn't greet us after a while when we first sat down (understandably busy given v-day) James recommend the Memphis steak. I wasnt sure what to get because jacks menu is so limited now. Memphis steak admittedly kinda blan. Cooked the way I wanted but no seasoning no flavour. I like a well seasond steak. Anyways James took care of me and saved dinner with my girl friend on valentine's day. Thanks for the excellent service.

Got soggy wanton nachos, tried sending them back and they said no.have 15% off the nachos. Such ridiculously bad service and management, used to go weekly but won't be back.

We got together after 10 years. We were so happy with Graces service. She was fun and profressonal and meet our needs

Great spot for good food. The chicken quesadilla was brilliant and the hot sauce they provided on the side was great too.

Our server, Tanya, took care of us very well. I requested for the the spiciest item on the menu with extra crispy fries and her selection was spot on.

The only small opportunity for improvement is to fill the plate with less fries and more of the mains.

However overall, the lunch was great!

Nice summer ambiance, nice food and amazing waiter. I was not satisfied from one dish and they immediately offer to change it:)

Went with my boyfriend and best friend and had the absolute best time with our server Jesiyah!
He was so funny and energetic and made the overall experience phenomenal.
Will definitely be coming back and requesting to be seated in his section:)

Generally would be higher rating but not this time. Asked for Stella told yes. The no. The askee for perrier. Told yes, then San Pellegrino. Then they didnt have that. Settled for fountain soda water. Then ordered 2lbs of hot chicken wings and extra sauce on the side. Only 1lb came out dried and not sauced. Had to wait for second 1lb order. This lot was sauced. Overall a # show.

Terrible experience. Terrible service. We went at lunch with four of us and mid week at 1 PM there were only two other tables in the whole restaurant, it took 20 minutes to get a beer. Another 15 minutes or more to order and our waitress never seem to be around. Terrible experience overall… Happy for a manager or someone to reach out oh. We spent 300 bucks on drinks and food, and the service matched a $15 take-out order. Petrifying.
Did I mention, never again? Of all the great little restaurants that can easily see four or six or eight people in the area, pick ANY of them. They all have beer and they all have food and they all have better service than this Jack Astors.

Nachos Platter and Bruschetta was really nice.

However was disappointed with the Mexican bowl.

The chicken wings are the best in the city I would say but I ordered their Pad Thai and unfortunately it was not even 1% close to the real Pad Thai you would want to get in terms of taste, quality and even look. However, the server politely apologized and took it off the bill and I appreciate that; but the chef needs to improve his Thai food skills. In general, I recommend this place to everyone.

Got completely scammed. Ordered a burger, and a side. Know that a side already comes with the burger. I just wanted a extra side, they charged me two sides instead. The side of fries was given on a smaller bowl instead of spread out on the burger sheet. I got less fries then what my friends got and I payed for extra. The ice tea was 4 dollars. It was literally ice tea with it being 60 percent ice. There was fries on the floor and the toilet seats had toilet paper on it. Other then that, the service was good and decor was good. Total was about 40 dollars. INSTEAD go to burrito boyz thats nearby and get a big burrito that you can't finish in one meal and nachos and a drink for 20 dollars. Jack asstors is really living up to its name as Jack asstors.

I enjoyed a delicious dinner last Friday thanks to the amazing food and great service by Jesiyah. His welcoming energy and great attitude enlightened the mood. Definitely coming back! Fingers crossed I will be taken care of by him again:)

Dropped in due to poor service at Boston Pizza across the street. I should have come here first. Very accommodating. Food and service made the night better. Thank you, will return.

Just visited this location! Very bad pad Thai: dry & spice less chicken and noddles were also dry. Worst pad Thai I ever experienced! I could tell this food was precooked and just reheated in the microwave. Jack Astor’s in Kingston had an amazing pad Thai…

Beer was not cold, so we ask them to change it, which took them 20min. But overall place is good and prices are affordable.

Huge line to enter. When you get in your realize half of 1st floor and entire 2nd floor are closed, that's why the line.
