We took The Grand’s Charlie Bucket to celebrate his closing of the production at Jack Astor’s. The most incredible human continued to spread the magic and wonder of this story by paying for our wonderful meal. The service is incredible!

The CSR was Soo rude to us he was showing racism towards us we just. Asked table for 4 please keep good people to greet to run you business we have never experienced such a bad experience worst ever person I have seen in a good industry I request to keep responsible person who love to entertain people

Very rude host, we went in at 10: 15 PM Tuesday 31st October 2023, around for dine in, but the host was so rude and racist towards us.
Never coming to Jack Astors anymore if the restaurant is this racist towards people.
Asked for table and the guy replies how ethical we customers should be, please shutdown your restaurant and start classes.
Will never recommend Jack Astors to anyone anymore.
Lost your regular customer because of the rude host!

I liked the place a lot, but the drinks were with a lot of water and little flavor to what I was drinking. I tried 3 different ones and none of them left me satisfied with the flavor.

Went there on a Saturday (1pm) in a party of 4. The hosetess and waitress were great, the food however was lacking. Our food came and the it looked like they pulled my Buddha Salald from the last week's pre-made stock. Arugula was wilted, there were three lettuce cores in ONE plate. I've visited other Jack astor's in Ontario, and this by far is the one with sub-par food. I'm not sure if they were short-handed, or if they just stopped caring, but they really need to bring their food service up to par with the brand.

The food and drinks were amazing and had great service. The waiter Maddie was kind and very attentive. Glad to have been eaten and drank there. Thank you.

Had Madison as our server tonight. She went above and beyond. Food and drinks were great. Looking forward to coming back!

Jazz the bartender was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as our host!

We went for lunch during a not so busy time. Service was extremely slow, half the time the server was just in the back. They are NOT accommodating to any allergies, we had to leave before getting food because they couldn’t help at all. Everything’s pre portioned apparently so if you have allergies to anything avoid this restaurant. And when we got our bill, they charged us for an item we did not order. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until after we paid, upon bringing the machine for a refund they didn’t include tax and the manager gave us attitude when we asked and I had to do the math on my phone what the tax would be. I would highly recommend avoiding if you have any food allergies. But I’m general it was a truly terrible experience.

Nice rooftop patio with a good atmosphere. Friendly service. The Thai sesame chicken stir fry bowl was very tasty - would recommend. A bit pricey overall, but not terrible. Nice spot for an evening out with friends.

I went there with my boyfriend and paid over 70 dollars for a burger and a sandwich with gravy on the side. They didn’t even use real cheese and our gravy was watery with zero flavour. Our food was luke warm at best. Staff were friendly but the food was nowhere near worth the price we paid.

Amazing food, servers had a bit of an attitude and took so long to wait on us, even though there was only two other tables when we went

Our server Madison was wonderful! Super welcoming, happy, and polite! Our drinks and food came out quickly and they were all delicious!

Emma and Co.were awesome. She even stayed an hour after her shift end time to finish the job. Will be coming back again!

I came here after work yesterday with my friend. Our server Madi always checked in if we needed anything. She was great and really friendly! I love the atmosphere of having a drink on the rooftop patio. My classic mojito tasted soo good. The food was yummy too. Would love to come back here for another drink!

Good food and adequate service. Note that there is no free parking at this location and the paid parking behind the restaurant is pretty pricey.

Madison was such a pleasant surprise. She killed it. We have been coming for 10+ years and this was one of our best evenings ever. Fast, efficient, great service, great food references. We couldn’t be happier!

This place is a run of the mill eatery that certainly did not fit my needs very well when I went there to see the Oscars, it was noisy and multiple conflicting TVS that asking for one for the Oscars was a struggle.

The server Jay was excellent.all the requirements were met.friendly.knowledgeable.personable.

Yesterday I visited the Jack Astor's on Richmond and had the pleasure of being served by Maddie! She was so polite, kind, hardworking and went above and beyond to make my experience extraordinary. Just because of her I would visit again in a heartbeat!

The service we received was disappointing. Initially, we were served cold truffle fries for our appetizer, and we had to request a replacement. Furthermore, we waited for more than 30 minutes for our food, only to be informed by the waitress that it would take an additional 15 minutes. This experience has left me with no intention of returning.

Not only was the service lacking, but the food itself was also unsatisfactory. The sauce had a watery consistency and lacked thickness. In retrospect, I would have been better off going to Burger King and considering my meal complete.

My server Maddi was really sweet and was always checking in! Her and the food were great:)
