I've been shopping at Jack and Jones for years. The associates at this location are very welcoming and helpful. The collection is always new. Adam is always kind and makes the shopping experience worth it.

I've been wanting to find a Navy overshirt for a while and either going to it from here or Simon's! I ended up choosing Jack and Jones! Despite both having the same price, my decision was based having a more tailor fit compared to Simon's overshirt!

Ultimately, my decision came down to customer service and Adam was awesome sales rep! He went out of his way to to ensure if everything was fit perfectly and even kept the product on hold for me while quickly ran errands around the mall!

Overall, I am beyond ecstatic with my purchase and will definitely be returning real soon! I'll highly recommend this brand

Some big MNC corporations take too many steps and back and forth emails for something that they are losing to the customer.
