This review is pertaining to my visit at the Jack & Jones store at Scarborough Town Centre. I visited this store yesterday to exchange a coat that was a little too big for me. Michael took a look at the coat and asked me whether the coat was too small or too big. I clarified that it felt a little too big and he advised me that this specific coat is an overcoat (meant to be worn with sweaters/thicker clothing). I tried on the coat again and we both agreed that it was the right fit. Michael also mentioned that the store was having a very good sale on similar jackets that was ending soon. He was very helpful in answering all the questions I had. I ended up purchasing another coat and have a few more things in mind that I'm looking to purchase today. Michael could have easily been like any other customer service representative and simply processed the return and moved on to the next customer but he chose to be an 'advisor' and make a difference. Thank you again! If you are visiting this store for any reason - please ask for Michael. By far the best customer service I have ever received in my life. If he is not already running that store as a manager - he should be!
