I just received our new, 2024 Buick Envista yesterday and it is beautiful. We have owned a 2010 Buick LaCross for 13 years. When we thought it was time for a new car, we didn't shop around. I knew I wanted a Buick from Jack McGee Chevrolet. They have given us wonderful service over the years. Martin Foote was the salesman from 2010 and remembered me. He was awesome then and he hasn't changed, spending alot of time explaining and showing us all the features in our new car. Amazing service! If you don't live in Peterborough, it is worth the drive to Jack McGee's, a 5 star dealership!

Good prices on used vehicles. They use pressure tactics to get you to buy which I'm not a fan of. Good dealership and service

I got towed in with a flat today, and the service I received was incomparably excellent. The service clerk went out of his way to ensure that my tire was fixed/replaced by day's end, even offering to stay after the dealership closed to ensure my tire was repaired and I was on my way. They also welcomed my puppy with open arms into the dealership, which is rare. Best service I’ve received in a long time

After dealing with other repair shops to diagnose the stabilitrak system on my 2007 Escalade EXT, which had been flashing warning light on dash, I found the solution.

Joy, in the service dept.has done fabulous trying to resolve this.
Initially diagnosed with an oil sensor issue, it was replaced.
Paid the costs, thought it was done.
Still the stabilitrak dash light came back on after resetting it 1 month ago. (thanks Fraser!)
and then in the last week the dash light came back on with the red BRAKE light flashing.
Once again, Joy, service dept.and Fraser the mechanic boss
came thru!
Fraser topped up my brake oil after it was low.
Did a full electronic diagnosis for issues and this was the 2nd
time!
All at no cost for the 2 checkups.
After my 1st 2nd and now 3rd experience at Jacks' service dept. I am very impressed with there care and service.

I have an appointment with the service dept.to do additional work.

With the help of some awesome staff I was able to purchase my first car from Jack McGee Chevrolet this year. Brodie O'Rourke, Sales Associate, and Larry Downer, Financial Services, were both extremely supportive throughout the entire process. Just bought a car from Dave DeBarros and couldn't be happier. Got a great deal despite the brutal prices these days. Purchased a brand new 2022 sierra elevation from here recently, the purchasing experience was great,
however once leaving the lot I immediately took the truck and hooked it up to a trailer and the trailer brakes didn't work. I assumed it was the trailer as I also paid out of pocket for them to do a commercial safety which obviously was a waste of money. Now I'm left having to shorten the life of my truck brakes as I pull a trailer almost daily while I wait for parts and a day I'm able to come in loosing another work day.

Patrick is always amazing to work with. We have bought 3 cars from Jack Mcgee and we always have amazing customer service from Patrick and the entire McGee team. Patrick is knowledgeable, patient and so easy to work with. He listens to what we want and gets us exactly what we wants always.

This was probably one of the most painless purchasing experiences that I have ever had! From the initial phone call to see if the vehicle was still available, to pick up. Jon was awesome- quick to get all the answers and work out the final numbers. Larry in finance took all the information on the Saturday for financing as responded back to me before 9am on Monday. Jon couldn’t be there when I picked up the vehicle. In turn his colleague Brodie was there. Brodie treated me as if I was his sale. He spent the time going through the entire vehicle, explaining the ins and outs of it all. On the Monday I received a check in email from Jon to see how things are with the new car.

Jack McGee will now be my Cadillac dealership when I am ready again.

Worked with Doug Evans (Sales) and Monique Wery (Finance) to purchase a truck in existing inventory. Due to extremely limited inventory and long and uncertain lead times we simply purchased what was already on the lot. Both Doug and Monique made the purchase process completely seamless. All questions were welcomed! And the truck was ready for pickup in less than 2 business days. The only downside is we really needed more than the time we had available to go through all the truck features and options installed, and actually would have liked to have set up all the options that are set electronically with Doug before driving away. I am happy to be a repeat customer in the future.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Brodie who was referred to me by my brother for the purchase of a new truck.
Originally I had a truck in mind off their website but rather than simply showing me that truck, he took the time to ask further questions and ultimately recommended a different one that better suited what I was looking for.
The whole experience from the initial test drive to driving it off the lot was 5 / 5 top notch service.

Today was my second visit to Jack McGee's where Joy outdid herself to make my experience amazing. This lady knows her stuff, gets things done as quickly as possible and you are on your way before you know it - either your problem is resolved or she will be following up with you when the part etc is available to complete your repair. Took my SUV in and got some bad news, the service manager was very helpful with not only the repair but with helping getting some costs down as well. We recently bought a new truck at Jack McGee's. It was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, great deal. Our salesman Jason McCarthy was absolutely amazing. It didn't stop there Larry in financing and the owner J. R.made sure everything fell into place. If your in the market to purchase a vehicle go to Jack McGee's and ask for Jason.

Start of the year a Chevrolet Silverado was purchased through Jack McGee and continued issues revolving around the engine light only days later. The vehicle was brought Into The service department only to be told to put high test gas in it and you may just have to deal with the light. I decided to purchase my own code reader to find out it was an O2 sensor causing the issue. Once again the vehicle was brought back into the service centre and they just cleared the error and told me the sensor was fine. Once again the engine light came on and now I’m back at the service centre a third time to deal with the same issue. I was offered a free oil change and yet the problem was unresolved and not fixed. I guess it’s cheaper to give an oil change than to fix the actual problem and please your cliental. I can’t even rate them to their disgust of how they treat people. This is only story 1

I then decided to trade my truck in to purchase a Venza. When driven off the lot, I noticed a clicking sound continuously occurring. I contacted Jack McGee to have it serviced. I was told nothing was wrong with it and if I want further inspection, it would cost 120.00. Keep in mind this is only a few days after purchase.

I then contacted the used sales rep about the issue and he would speak to Adam about it. I received a voicemail stating that they couldn’t help out with the issue and I was on my own.

This is how Jack McGees treats their clients and I would be astonished if anyone ever dealt with them and their dealership. I am pleading with you to deal elsewhere if you are excited about their vehicles. Jack McGee is absolutely awful and would never recommend them to anyone.

I had been looking for a pre-owned black, Ram 1500 Sport for several months. I found one listed on Jack McGee's website, but I was hesitant to deal with a high pressure 'used car salesman'. So I kept looking but I couldn't find what I was looking for privately, so I decided to contact someone at McGee's. Within minutes Briel replied and answered all my questions. I was still reluctant, so I told him I was going to hold off for the time being. I expected to be bombarded with high pressure emails.nope, not one. That impressed me so much, that I decided to test drive the 2013 black Ram 1500 Sport they had on the lot. I contacted Briel and he said he wasn't working, but his colleague Kevin would take care of me. Kevin waited, in the middle of a snow storm for me to drop by and test drive the truck, it was in immaculate condition. I decided to buy it that day. Kevin was so laid back and so honest.no pressure what-so-ever to buy the truck. The experience was so not what I was expecting.it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Briel, Kevin (who stayed for hours in the middle of a snow storm) and Jacqueline, in finance. After I picked up the truck, I had it in to the Ram dealership for a recall and the service rep.told me there was a broken manifold bolt that should have been repaired by the seller. Long story short, I contacted Briel and Kevin, who ran it by the service manager, Tony and they agreed to do the repair at no cost to me.who does that? Everyone, at Jack McGee's, including Joy in service, who took care of me when I took the truck in to repair the bold, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they completely changed my mind about 'used car salesmen'! I'd give them all 6 stars if I could. I absolutely love the truck! "
