Really dissapointed to walk in there and find out they don't have a Walk in doctor since May! Why are you calling it a Walk In CLINIC then? Say Medical Family Practice.don't make people waste their time!

After reading some other reviews I feel compelled to share my experience.
Dr Rai has been kind, compassionate, relentless in perusing medical diagnoses and ensuring I receive appropriate treatment, follow up and care. I have followed her through 3 practices. She has followed up on my overall well-being, and has set follow up appointments after receiving notification I’ve been in the ER without being prompted and, when my follow up appointments are due, checks in to make sure I am getting the aftercare I need in a broken medical system, and has always found a way to get me to the specialist I need to see. As a medical professional myself, I value her evidence based, whole human approach to medicine, and would (and have) recommended her to many of my friends.
I have never had a better advocate for my health in a doctor, and would highly recommend her.

Terrible. Staff is uneducated, rude, unprofessional, disgusting and lazy. Dr. Rai is the WORST, laziest doctor I've ever seen. She knows nothing and needs a second option on everything. I don't know why she calls herself a doctor. THEN goes on mat leave and doesn't tell her patients or finds a replacement. This place is a joke and should be shut down. PATHETIC EXCUSE for "medical professional". Anyone who can but a doctor play set from a toy store would be considered a better doctor than this clinic.

I was made to pay $80 to see a doctor even when I had a valid Alberta Health Card with me. Receptionist and doctor, both did not want to take the pain of checking if there was a system in place wherein provinces charge each other for out of province care. Doctor Pejman Jamkhou, upon being asked what if someone who has a valid health card couldn't afford 80 bucks but wants to see a doctor replied, "So you want me to work for free? No sir, I don't want you to work for free, however I want you to get educated on interprovincial medical agreements and make it a bit convenient for patient in need of a doctor. At the same time, I wouldn't want to see a doctor who is in this profession only.for.money.

There was an old lady ahead of me (if you check camera recordings, you would see who I am referring to) was there to see her doctor for some hip issue she had, however her doctor was only taking phone consultation but the lady wanted to see someone in person. Receptionist told her about the available doctor, however lady asked if it was the same very young male doctor? When receptionist replied "yes", old.lady refused to see this doctor. I feel for that lady and can only relate to her post seeing this doctor who is only concerned about earning money.

I do not recommend this clinic. I made a new family doctor who then went on leave without informing me. I was also denied services as a walk in patient even though Service Ontario is allowing those with OHIP to access healthcare with an expired card, which I have until Feb to renew.

Before you even step foot inside there is a lady sitting where the sliding doors are. She was extremely unfriendly and rude. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times after asking simple questions. I just ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

This place has 1 technician working. Waited more than 1 hour with 8 people before me. Very very slow service. Technician takes a break between each patient. Never coming back

I looked for hours for a doctor in Woodbridge today after 6pm and saw ones opened late according to their site, but when you called, they had stopped taking people like 3 hours earlier. I thankfully found this clinic and was in shock at how amazing not only the secretary was, but Doctor George was. He made me feel so respected, welcomed, and made the experience an enjoyable one (though in a lot of pain). I thanked him for his service as many doctors are refusing to see patients and it's a constant virtual when some things need attention, like in my case. I cannot thank this doctor and secretary enough for seeing me and giving me what I needed. I am truly grateful and thankful.

Great clinic, fast clean and well organized! Dr. Rai is absolutely amazing and has restored my faith in the medical community. Thank you to the wonderful staff and especially to Dr. Rai!

I was at the walk in clinic and saw on the TV in waiting room that the clinic had a medical doctor who specialized in weight loss. The girl at the desk gave me a card that said it was covered by OHIP so I thought to try it out as I could use to lose a few pounds.
The program turned out to be much more than just a weight loss program. The doctor - Dr Jeffrey Brown was amazing. He looked into my overall health. I had fatty liver and my sugar levels were too high. Not only did I lose the weight but his program fixed my overall health problems and now I feel so much better. I have more energy and I understand how what I eat affects my health. My family doctor was impressed with what Dr Brown did for me. I very highly recommend Dr Brown to get your health in order. His staff are great too. They are so organized and make a point to get to know the patients. They treat you like a person not a number.
