Jas was amazing especially to our kiddies.she was pleasant and very prompt.the food was great and the atmosphere was great for our family would definitely go back and ask for Jas as our server amazing

Had a great time. Our Waitress- Jas, was super friendly, efficient and really quick on checking up on us. The food was delicious, highly recommend the Mexican bowl and chicken wings and fingers! Never disappoints.
We will definitely be back and hopefully it’s a day Jas is working!

Me and my friend went to Jack Astors on November 18th and we were extremely disappointed with the service provided by our waitress. We waited 20 minutes just for the waitress to come to the table and take our drinks order. She hardly came to our table to check on us while we waited half an hour just to get glasses of water. When we asked for the bill she came with the machine and ran off to the bar to make drinks. The whole night was us waiting for the waitress just to get basic service. On top of that, the table, chairs and menus were visibly dirty and greasy, nothing was wiped down after the last customers before we were seated. Disgusting. Never going back here.

I visit Jack Astro as my first choice for the bar. First time in Brampton location and experience did not turn out great compare to previous location in the past. Service was poor, you had to wait long after order for the drinks. Our cocktails were not garnished properly, Veggie nachos has just sprinkled cheese and nachos were over fried.

Just had the nachos in the patio and they were so GOOD. Our server Melanie was sweet and funny and on top of everything. She’s amazing. Love her and this location.

Please don't go here, it's a incredibly pricey place and the service was awful, the food was awful. It took 45 minutes to even have water brought to the table, they also force you to tip even if the entire service and food was awful. You have no choice for tip, also the food looked like it died 3 times before coming to the table and most didn't finish it. Not even wroth a star, please go somewhere else to eat.

Our visit started out very well. Our hostess, Camille was extremely accommodating and the best employee we had today, along with the manager. I had mentioned in my reservation online that I would like a booth because it is more accommodating for my service dog. For some reason my request wasn’t able to be seen when we arrived. I mentioned it to Camille and right away she was very understanding and worked quickly to solve the issue.

Our waitress, Alexis, took our drink order, and someone else delivered our drinks. She took our appetizer order and main course order. We waited over 30 minutes for nachos. In this time, Alexis did not visit our table, or apologize in any way about the wait time. I had to flag another employee down to complain, and within the next minute he had our nachos on the table. As soon as the nachos were delivered Alexis happened to stop by and ask us how we were doing. We ate our nachos and then I called over the manager to address my concerns. He gave us our nachos complimentary for the trouble. After we had finished the nachos, we waited over 20 minutes for two orders of chicken strips. The manager had said they would be out in a few minutes previously, but his staff never delivered them, and he did it himself. Once again, Alexis happened to drop by before we could even start our meals to check on us. At the end of our meal I had to flag down another employee yet again to ask for a container and the bill. Alexis eventually brought our bill, which was done incorrectly and had to be fixed.

We usually have a great experience at this location, so this was beyond disappointing. Camille was their only redeeming factor tonight, and the only reason this review is two stars instead of one. I really appreciated her help.

Foodis great. In and Outdoor patio. Has free video games near entrance to keep kids occupied. Good service, friendly atmosphere.

We went in for dinner on the 22nd. AJ served us and he was wonderful. We ordered 3 drinks, bean burger, loaded poutine and wings. Good portion size and taste. Chocolate malted brownie at the end was ridiculously good. Thanks, AJ for helping us have a wonderful time.

This place is spectacular, there is always a good atmosphere, the staff that attends is very nice and makes you feel very good and they are always attentive, the food is delicious yummy yummy, I highly recommend you to have a good time

Great night out with the ladies and our server Michael was knowledgeable at recommending drinks and dishes. He came around to make sure we were happy and was easy to deal with.

If you encounter a server name Bianca, please be cautious when paying the bill and double check. Bianca gave my mother a $215 bill for items she never even ordered. Upon paying the bill, my mother double-checks and notices false items on the bill. She tells the server Bianca. Bianca provided a false bill to my elderly mother to scam her. Lots of additional charges and other meal charges were given. As a server it should be their duty to be honest and provide the correct bill. Management of this restaurant should be aware. So greedy for money this sever Bianca was.

Every time i visit this location the food is good but the service is horrible. The majority of Service staff seem miserable or maybe I have bad luck and always end up getting service from the miserable ones but regardless the service that i experience is bad. If it wasn't for the good food i would never return to this particular location.

Young man who greated and seated us was wonderful. Our server looked and sounded bored, my Nephew suggested maybe she was tired. She had a fun conversation with the couple next to us. No smile or interaction with us other than the basics.

Today we were served by Jas, she was super sweet and her service was amazing. I hope to get her again
