Absolutely nothing wrong with the atmosphere, more of a party atmosphere, very very loud, lots of birthday celebrations loud, did I say it was loud. It's quite loud.

I met a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time for lunch and we had the good fortune to have Hannah as our server. She somehow perfectly balanced giving us time & space to get caught up with always being there when something was needed. Truly impressive-thank you!

Had the asiago bow tie and my friend had the chicken parm. Food presentation was immaculate. Like when you see a commercial and the food actually looks that way. I believe his name was Dean? Came by and checked on us to make sure everything was fine, what a wonderful man to chat with! Would definitely come back.

This location has renovated and it looks nice inside. Our server was good, although we had waited awhile at the door for the host to greet & seat us.

While server was good, knowledge of ingredients was lacking. One of my party was a vegan and few choices. How do you not have oil and vinegar for a salad? Finally was able to select one but when the salad arrived it was not only the wrong dressing but swimming in it. Fries were cold and chicken wings tasted like the ones you buy from the freezer and cook. The wait for food was also a little long.

We waited to be seated for 15 minutes before a homeless person on drugs at the front told us they were about to close. We then had to go up to the bar to the bartender and ask to be seated. BTW- the restaurant was not about to close like the homeless person stated so this person was essentially turning away customers because the restaurant was so poorly staffed. We told the server that there is a homeless person clearly on drugs in the foyer using the restaurants napkins to wipe their belongings - the server did not seem to care.

Your restaurant is so poorly staffed and policed that you have a homeless person on drugs using the napkins and cutlery to wipe their belongings and leave that for customers to use. And this person was turning away customers from your establishment because no one was working the front door to seat customers.

Food and experience was good! Our server actually talked to us and shared personal stories as if we were human beings!

Such a great location, with great food and great service.
Natasha was fantastic and made sure our puppy was well hydrated while we dined on the patio.

Everytime I come through here with high hopes and everytime it's better than expected. The service, the food quality, the atmosphere. The manager actually came to my table today to see how things were going. I always appreciate when managers are present and checking in. Fantastic establishment and I can't wait to be back!

Food and service is always the best in town! If I could eat their chicken wings everyday I would ;)

Always a great experience walking into this restaurant. The staff is friendly. The food is always delicious. A true staple in the city.

Noah was awesome. He was super cool, got me logged in to the inspired rewards right away and was amazing help for my kid! He is crushing the game.

Had a great time at Jack Astor’s tonight! The food was delicious (PSA: the Bruschetta is back!) & the service is always great. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Jack’s is amazing, food is so good especially their shrimp pad Thai. Always good love the patio on the summer!

Hard to get in during the school year, but a good spot in North London where you can get a table. Service is top notch, food is decent, but it definitely is pricey for what it is. $27 rice bowls are pushing the envelope in my books.

Bring back the peppercorn cream Rigatoni!

Staff is super friendly and attentive! Food was superb + overall experience. Would recommend joining in one of Jacks event nights.
