Fabulous atmosphere! Amazingly wonderful customer service from the server and other staff there, especially Clinton he was so nice and created such a great energy in the space! The food and the drinks were absolutely phenomenal I was so stuffed by the end of the night!

First time eating at Jacksons Landing and we had a great time. I order the Maple cider chicken and my date ordered the Moroccan curried chicken. Food was good as well as service. Clinton is a great guy, ask for him if you can.

Great place, great food Sydnee, Clinton, Bauer are a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend this place.

Great place for quality dishes. The menu provides a lot of tasty sounding options that it's hard to choose, but the Muscles were a very solid pick of an appetizer with a savory and spicy flavour. The Turkey Burger entree sounded too good to pass up. I recommend adding the sweet potato fries to it to round out the flavors. The carbonara was a favourite at the table as well and is one of their most popular dishes for good reason. The steak frite was an excellent dish as well with a perfectly cooked steak and tasty Parmesan fries. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Elisa and Nikki were the bomb! Took care of us as soon as we walked in. Love them both. Will be back just to see them!

Had Elisa as our server and she made the whole experience! She was attentive and unobtrusive at the same time. The good food exceed our expectations. Keep Elisa, she is an asset to your establishment!

Came in the other day with some friends and was being served by Athena. The food was good, the overall ambiance of the restaurant was good, but the best part was definitely the service Athena provided. She was very attentive, bubbly and brings a great vibe to the restaurant. She's the kind of server that every restaurant needs to make the experience just that much better.

Ya the food was good. Snagged the mussels - more then a few were just empty shells but the sauce was good.

Ordered the poke bowl as well. Used the remaining sauce from the mussels to dress the rice. Probably the best decision I could have made that day. Fish tastes fresh, edamame could have been seasoned before plated.

Over-all food quality was great and service was top notch.

Just average food in a small portion for high prices. Carbonara was too small of a portion. However, pizza was good!

Fish tacos were served Luke warm…. Batter was mushy…. Worst ever…. Others in party said just okay…. Would not recommend….

Great location for date night, family occasions and every special event! Been inside several times as well as had delivery and take out. The food is always outstanding! Staff are always welcoming and go over and above to help make our visit memorable

When arriving, they did not have my reservation, luckily I had the email confirmation so they seated us. The drinks were good, and average for cost. Ordered tuna poke and the bowl it was served on was full of old food stains, was disgusting. Also I was not givin any cutlery when my meal only the apps. Apps were good. Felt rush out by the server as she brought the bill right after the meal.

Drinks and appetizers were good, however the medium steak I ordered came very well done, it was like rubber. Not to mention, we waited 2 hours to get our main meals. Service is super slow but the drinks were good. Most likely will not be coming back.

Ordered takeout a few times and the food has been great. Service via phone call is a hit or miss. Ordered 2 steak frites, one was supposed to be well done and the other was supposed to be rare. No indication on the order which one was which. And after opening both were well done. That wasn't good. One bad experience though from 3-4 orders.

Service is quite slow. Our table had wine and 1 beer- it took forever for that 1 beer to arrive so we could finally have a toast.
We were a group of 8 and had the $55 lunch. 3 Ceasar salads and 3 charcuterie board to share, servers asking where to put what when we weren't even explained how many 'sharables' we were getting.
The salmon with quinoa was great. The steak did not have much seasoning and tasteless. The carrots undercooked to my taste and the server provided another batch more cooked upon request.
Dessert was good.
The price did not make up for the service and food quality, I wouldn't go back.

Most of the food is bad though, their Pizzas are bad, any pizza chain is better and their burger was cold. The fries had no texture and was disappointing. The worst thing was the Miso Glazed Pickering, I never had such terrible sides in my life. I was not the only one who thought this, everyone at my table had a sample and everyone hated it. The fish wasn't even miso glazed, it just tasted like a panfried fish. Sad that the fish dish was the worst tasting, but the most expensive ($29)

The Cabonara, Korean Califlower, and Trio Dip (1 dip was bad) were the only good things.

EDIT: I talked with the manager afterwards and they asked for feedback on the food, he was very friendly and offered a gift card to revisit.

We did have early dinner with the family on Victoria Day holiday. The food was delicious, the place was very nice and Zoe was very professional. She did recommend items from the menu and she was very helpful with all our questions and requests.

My hubby and I visited Jackson's Landing - Burlington tonight for our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the Taste of Burlington menu and everything was fantastic. This was our first time coming here and for my husband, his first time in 2yrs going inside a restaurant to sit in. He was comfortable with this experience. Our server (Sara) was super nice and professional and tended to our needs. We will definately go back again to enjoy other menu items.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday in September and had a fantastic dinner at Jackson’s Landing. The food was delicious I had the Maple Chicken and my husband enjoyed the Gnocchi. The service was professional and the atmosphere was very inviting! We will be celebrating other occasions here in the future!

I’ve been to Jackson’s landing a number of times, and they never disappoint! The food is phenomenal! The service is fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. If you’re heading there, I highly recommend the chartreuterie board! The bourbon mustard is unreal! Enjoy!

Ordered the pico de gallo pizza for myself, my girlfriend got the Moroccan curry chicken. Both were pretty tasty meals. Server and hostess were really nice and I thought they did a great job. Got the peanut mousse for dessert and it was fantastic.
Total price for everything was 54 bucks + tip. Pretty reasonable for this day and age. Portions were not incredible but that's not really a problem, just don't go here expecting massive value for money. Go here for the ambience and good food.

We had amazing service from Dana. Her timing was perfect. She was attentive and polite. Really made our experience terrific.

Miss the gorgeous patio: (lovely young man who informed us he had another full time job he'd started at 7am, and we were there on valentines night. He was still bright, cheerful, attentive and friendly, wish I remembered his name! Food is always on point I suggest the margarita pizza with extra tomatoes

Was disappointed. Had heard it was pretty good. Server Justin however was fantastic! 5 stars for him. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and ewwww it was made with chicken thighs, I mean seriously who does that! Perhaps that's on me but I don't recall the menu saying thighs or would not have ordered it. Desert options were uninspired so didn't try any of their 3 options. Afraid you never get a second chance to make a first impression so I won't be back. Too bad.

Fabulous service! There was a problem with Uber Eats pickup - the driver made a mistake. The team at Jacksons Landing remade my order so it hot and personally drove it over to my house.

What a wonderful meal! Loved the carbonara! My husband had the Turkey burger and also very good! The kid’s pasta is delicious with fresh sauce and big enough for a 10-12 year old.
As usual the service was fantastic!

Not only is their food delicious and atmosphere great, but this restaurant went above and beyond for me. I ordered something for a friend through a delivery service on Valentine’s Day and the delivery service fell through. After a couple of hours, the restaurant personally called (on a busy night) and offered to drop off the meal to my friend without charging me anything extra. They even remade the meal multiple times so it would stay fresh while waiting for the delivery service. I can’t say enough good about how the situation was handled and how friendly, kind, and generous they were. This a great restaurant to order delivery from but is worth visiting in person too!

Ordered the Salmon dinner & Curry Chicken dinner with a cheesecake dessert for takeout.
Order was available quickly and tasted delicious.
Looking forward to dining in when the option is available.

First time here and had a great time, lots of parking spots. I have an allergy to dairy and Collin was very accommodating. He took the time to go over the menu with me. 10/10 would recommend the naan chicken club and the green tea coconut colada.

We went there for our anniversary last night. We were a group of 9 people. While making the reservation, I had told them it’s our anniversary. So, I was actually looking for a special experience!

Food and drinks were average, ambience was really good, service was average. We paid 300$ bill, but the experience was not worth it!

I wouldn’t know how this tastes because I asked for utensils and never got any. Then when my hotel provided some, I realized they didn’t provide plastic cutlery because the knife wouldn’t be able to cut through my over cooked chicken.

Tastes good though.

Moroccan Curried Chicken was delicious, as was the cream of mushroom and chicken soup, but unfortunately the service and the food was slow. I'm not blaming anyone, but it was just an observation.

Ist time there. I ordered Steak Frites - the steak was great but there were no frites. I do not recommend their ceasar salad. David our waiter was terrific and it turns out that it was his 1st day on the job!

Ordered some apps and some alcohol from Jackson’s landing Burlington with uber eats.
SURPRISE! It arrived without the alcohol. Kinda a buzz kill for a date night but whatever, it is what it is and we all make mistakes.
So I reached out to the restaurant’s contact page on the website directly but that was no help, felt brushed off and was told to contact uber myself.
That’s some quality customer service for the targeted demographic you’re trying to reach. Lmao

You’d assume a restaurant would take advantage and correct the situation if given the opportunity to connect directly with a customer complaint especially during a pandemic, but I guess their management and core values are different than most.
Won’t be back, I can deal with human error but you do not brush me off.

Tried this restaurant for first time but was so disappointed! They ran out of nachos as an appetizer, didn’t have the drink I ordered, and my salmon and veggies was cold. Not the birthday dinner I had hoped for.

Not sure if I would go back again. Waited 30 mins for server to come take our order and it was pretty empty. Plus food is pretty over priced.

Our visit to Jackson’s Landing was mediocre.
Service was ok, but our waitress forgot to bring me the one drink I had ordered as we were waiting for our food, despite there being a limited number of clients due to current capacity restrictions.
The food itself was decent but not worth the prices they are charging.
My wife subscribed to a promo in order for us to get a free appetizer but despite having mentioned it, we ended up paying for it anyway.
We probably won’t be returning.

Items in menu not available, side of bacon comes out cold. Pizza lacks any cheese. But other than that items that came out taste decent but not great

I hate to do this but, it was the worst meal I have ever eaten. The lettuce was brown, the steak was so tough you could not even eat it. We ordered it medium and it was well done. The chicken had flavour but was dry. The calamari was kinda good. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is really good. I know time are tough but, this really was not worth the 100.00 we spent on having it delivered.

Had takeout last week from Jacksons Landing. Had the seafood risotto and specialty chicken. Both were absolutely delicious! Had a problem redeeming a gift card and the manager went out of his way to make it right. Much appreciated

Jackson's Landing has a really nice roof patio, the food was very good. Friendly staff from the door to the patio. A great time, we will be back!

I recently came for a date night with my boyfriend, but I’ve been coming here since they first opened, and the food never disappoints. I ordered the poke bowl, while my boyfriend ordered a steak, and they were both super tasty.

A special shout out to the hostess working that night, Zoe, who helped accommodate our plans when my boyfriend’s train kept getting delayed.

Nice rooftop patio. My visit felt mediocre, I would like to visit again to give a proper review.

My friends and I came to Jacksons for a birthday dinner and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and our server Myles was so great. He was super friendly and checked up on us often and made our experience at Jackson's a great one. We will definitely be back!

I went for dinner with some friends this evening, the food was great and service was excellent. We had Myles as our server and he was awesome he offered insight to the menu and ensured we were always taken care of. We had a great experience and will definitely be back soon!

Was on a waiting list that said 30-45 mins. Waited outside for an hour and called to check in and was told they texted me A confirmation 20 mins ago (which I didn’t receive, also not in my spam) and that the next table would be 2.5 hours or I could have a table at the street which were all open the entire hour he sat there waiting. A phone call to check in couldn’t have been that hard.

Had a great experience and a great meal today, we got the Morrcan chicken and it tasted really good. Our server Micheal was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.

This place is amazing! The cocktail selection features a great selection of artisanal drinks at a great price. My favourite was the bulletproof lemonade. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always looking to make your experience feel genuine and special. We will definitely be back!

The food was okay. The drinks were amazing but the server (I’m assuming she is also the manager) was doing nearly everything by herself and she did such an amazing job and had such great energy even though she was extremely busy. She credited us on our appetizer because of the wait. (I wasn’t expecting that because I did notice she was working alone and I wasn’t going to complain but I am grateful) I definitely appreciate her hard work. I Definitely will be back for the spicy cocktail she recommended and made for me!

We had a great experience with Jacksons landing. We ordered takeout, 2 steak frites, the steaks were underdone to our liking however, after speaking with the manager, he welcomed the feedback with an open mind and positivity. He generously took care of us and replaced our meals. The second time was perfect. Food tasted great! And the service is always top notch when we order! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for take out and dine in when the lockdown is lifted.

My loyalty is earned for this business! I would like to update a previous review we did two months ago.this was my original review. "We ordered takeout for the first time from Jackson Landing yesterday. We have eaten there many times and food was good. But always dined in. But this take-out experience was not good. It was easy to order on line, ready when promised, we live about 5 min from there so pick up was quick. Unfortunately they wrapped the burger in this paper foil and the same for the Chicken Naan Club, both were lukewarm at best, and very soggy and drippy because they wrapped in foil instead of another type of container and the fries were wilted and not crisp. I was contacted by the manager Justin who explained they were testing some new take out packaging as you can imagine they were going thru a lot of packaging which is both expensive and bad for the environment. He encouraged me to give them another try and I am always happy to do that when things go wrong and they can at times. We decided to order take out for 4 people this past week and ordered exactly the same thing we did last time (for comparison purposes and because I love their Naan Chicken club a lot) and we also ordered the tuna dish as well. We picked up like last time, it was ready on time, food comes in a 2 compartment oval plastic container with lid (similar to swiss chalet) that is easy to rinse and recycle. All the food was hot, it has little vents so nothing got soggy and our food was fabulous! I sent a note to Justin to let him know and promised to update our review! Now that we are FINALLY opening up again, I can't wait to dine there again in person. Great job Justin resolving your packaging issue it made a world of difference.

The food and atmosphere on the second level patio was excellent. We found the service to be somewhat slow. All and all a pretty good experience.

I just visited for a nice lunch with my brother that lives far away. I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was excellent. The coconut milk in the sauce really added to the flavor and I will definitely order it again.

Fabulous food, drinks and service. Your assessibility for persons with disabilities was a delight to see. Your elevator, electronic door openers washrooms and space makes it a great place for all! Great job Jacksons Landing

Had a really nice dinner on a Friday night with some girlfriends. It’s a lovely spacious restaurant with good food and great cocktails. Service was excellent.

Went today with my son for lunch on most likely one of the best seasonal patios in Burlington.
Son absolutely loved the ravioli and I consider myself a “burger conosseur” and could not get enough of the mouth watering New Street Burger!

Went for Father's Day breakfast and was not impressed. My daughter & daughter in law had the Landing Benny one lobster, one salmon. They said it wasn't that great and wouldn't order it again. My wife had the Landing Breakfast with poched eggs and said they had no taste to them. Her bacon had a funny taste to it. She said the toast was good but that was about it. Oh her potatoes were way over done. I had the steak & eggs that I could have done better at home. Maybe next time we will stay home instead of wasting money on bad food.

Service was really good even for such a large party considering we had almost 30 people. It was also during a raptors game which didn't help.

Our server was calm and nice and ensured we had a good time and good service. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but I've had a pretty good experience at most of the different landings.

Great place and atmosphere! Personally I did not enjoy my entree but that was just my taste, I just won’t order it again but the rooftop patio is awesome!

Horrible service as usual, went there once before, came for a family function, same! #$% different day. Would never go back. Went to the bar to get a beer, server looked straight at me, turned around and left the bar. A regular said. She'll be back, I said. I won't be.

Food is subpar and overpriced; the head chef ought to be ashamed of themselves for the quality of the food here.

I've been there 50 times, as it's a very nice place and closed to y house.
BUT, half of my hamburgers are always were burned, and thta;s after asking 'please, do not overcook'. I returned it once, just wasn't able to eat that charcoal.

Last time we wend there, 6 people, ordered some food, some drinks.
Somehow waitress flipped two plates of food on one of our friends.
I'm talking - on hie, on back, on blouse, on bra, on skirt, on underwear.
All was wet!

Why waitress was caring food above head of clients - that's another 'safety' question.
Buy clothes were ruined from all the fat etc.
We were forced to leave in a middle of evening, as she couldn't stay wet.
The place promised 'dinner on a house', but somehow started to
backed-up their words when we were leaving.

Look, not sure about the place, not sure about that manager that day or they girl waitress that day.

Bottom line - all Jackson Landing was looking on us, our evening time was done, and our girlfriend clothes were ruined.

I gave two starts, as I've been there many time, and in 90% of my case I have a good experience.

The food was as expected for this type of venue. Tasty but not special. As the the service, it was terribly slow. So slow. Was here on Canada day and it wasn't even that busy, yet we waited forever for drinks, for food, and never recieved an offer for a refill. It's my second time here with the same result. Not sure I'll try a third time.

Attention to detail is clearly shown by all staff. Kyle was a fantastic. Very personable in making us feel welcome.
The music was very entertaining and helped make this a wonderful experience. We are already talking about bringing our friends next time.

Went here for the first time after being recommended by one of my friends, and safe to say everything they said was accurate. Food was fresh and big portions. The server recommended me a drink and it was amazing. The service was great, the staff seemed very attentive and knew the menu very well. Would definitely go back.

Have heard many positive remarks about this restaurant from friends and acquaintances but finally made it to Jacksons Landing last weekend. It's true, everything was great. Friendly, hard working staff, great food and atmosphere. Parking available on site.

Good food, excellent service. We were there last night for our 26 universery our waiters was fantastic. We will be going back for sure
