My experience purchasing a car from Jackson Toyota was excellent. I worked with Lee Thrasher through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. Lee made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car to make sure there were no surprises once I drive the car to home. I would highly recommend working with Lee to purchase your next vehicle.
He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

It’s sad that the only thing that keeps this place going is the reputation of the vehicles. I guess that’s why they don’t value their customers. They tell you to give them top reviews yet they don’t preform that way. First time ever did a dealership sell me a dirty new vehicle. Then when you complain about it in your satisfaction survey they call to rectify it by offering gift cards for a detail of free service by the used car manager. Apparently they don’t have my address on file as the cards never arrived. This speaks volumes about credibility. Makes me wonder what else they lie about. After talking with many others who have bought from here they seem to run a shady operation Buyer beware.

Brent, your lack of communication to address my car issues is so disappointing. You don’t even deserve the one star I had to chose to be able to post this. Having to deal with break issues after only driving 8k and to be told metal on metal for the lack of breaks /no pads…. Facing $800 of unnecessary repairs because of your dishonesty.

What an incredible experience at Jackson's Toyota! I have been very interested in electric vehicles, but an all-electric one is not practical for me at this point. After meeting with a terrific salesman, Brennan, I walked away with a brand new Toyota Camry Hybrid. Brennan was one of the kindest and most professional salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was honest and informative, with no sales pitches, and worked to ensure that the car I was interested in was really right for me. An extremely pleasant person! Lisa Cote, the financial representative, was enthusiastic as well, and great to deal with. This will be my first Toyota, but I am confident that it won't be my last. Thanks to everyone at Jackson's Toyota for an incredible experience! Also, I was pleased to see so many sales associates dressed in costume for Halloween!

I had an excellent first service experience for my new RAV4 at Jackson’s Toyota. They were very helpful in ordering winter tires and incorporating the installation into my previously scheduled service. The contactless drop off works very well and I had not only text and email message confirmation but a personal phone call to explain the work and timing.

We got our 2021 Sienna Hybrid from Jackson's Toyota and traded our old vehicle. Matt Houtby, the sales manager, helped us choose which vehicle fits our family and our travel needs. Matt gave us a good deal with our trade. Andrew Black followed through with the order; he kept us informed until the delivery date. Melissa Pelletier, from the finance, was very straight to the point and very easy to talk to. She even entertained my children with her toys in her office.

The staff was great. They directed me to where I was suppose to go, the desk attendant was friendly and did her best to find out how long it was going to be for my safety inspection to be complete and the work was done within a reasonable time frame.
I loved the human contact rather than the kiosk.

My brand new Highlander Platinum developed an elusive fault in the driver’s window buttons. I narrowed down to when I washed the car, took it into Jackson’s and they to had a heck of a time trying to find where the water was infiltrating, they found the issue and are now waiting for parts, but I have my car and that’s what counts. The service staff are absolutely super, friendly and very accommodating. Derrick thank you very much.

I had good experience with Toyota, if there’s any problems they are there to fix it right away. Their easy to talk too. Brennan was super easy going I would recommend him. My only concerns are your detailers.when you buy a new car, you expect it to sparkle and have no dirt marks. Definitely need to improve on that.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Ramit did a great job showing us the car, and he and the manager brought us the exact deal we asked for with no haggling - I almost couldn’t believe it. Nobody was pushy and they did a great job locating our vehicle and getting us into it promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better purchasing experience.

Had a short inspection done on my Corolla to see if any major work was required as it is 12 years old. The service folks were excellent. No pressuring for unneeded repairs and good advice provided. All said, it was a very good experience. In addition, when I drove into the dealership there was a young fellow who I asked where I should park. He was one of the nicest and friendliest people I have come across at dealerships.

Brought my truck to Jackson's for the first time this week as it was time for the 192,000km scheduled maintenance. The truck is an '07 and so I wasn't too surprised to hear that it needed MUCH more work than I anticipated.

My Service Advisor Elie did a great job keeping me updated/informed along the way- I really enjoyed this aspect of Jackson's service. Moreover he was very thorough and did not try to upsell me on anything! Elie also offered to send me a complimentary Uber, if I was not able to get a ride to the dealership.

The option to pay and collect my keys at the kiosk was very neat and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they fixed my driver's side window switch, which I did not ask for, but GREATLY appreciated!

All in all, the final price of the service was high but I didnt take my truck to the dealership thinking it would be a bargain. I took it there because I wanted Toyota technicians/mechanics to do the work the way it needed to be done, with Toyota parts.

I had a great experience with Jackson's Toyota! My only recommendation is that they offer a carwash to customers who have spent that kind of money for service. I will certainly bring my Tundra and RAV4 RAV4 there in the future!

*FOR LEASE BUYOUT CUSTOMERS*
Recently bought out my lease and had to go to a different local dealership.
The contract states a $300 buyout fee which I knew about and agree to.

Jackson’s wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $399 to facilitate the buy out through their dealership.
When asked why and what I get for the additional fee no clear answer was given so basically an admin fee money grab.

What really makes you feel special is that because we did not buy the car through Jackson’s, because we lived 2.5 hours away when we bought it 4 years ago, our fee was $399.when asked what the fee is if we DID buy the car with them they would only charge their own loyal customers an additional $199. Shady fees. Not cool.

The person I spoke with at the dealer confidently told me to call around to find a better deal as if their fees were a deal. I called one dealership 30 minutes away and they charged no extra costs.

Just wanted to help anyone thinking of buying out their car to save a few bucks. Do your homework.

Our family has worked with Andrew on getting vehicles in the past couple of years and he is very professional and and organized he also takes the time out of his busy schedule to send us a video with details about a car that my daughter was interested in so when we got there it was not so much time wasted and already new what we wanted.

For over a year, Ramit, our Product Advisor, was amazing helping me do all my research (one years worth LOL), test drives, tand purchase. Even post purchase he has answered many questions we had about the hybrid operation and functions. Ramit has sent me helpful personal videos of different vehicles I was looking at. I must say no other product advisor has gone above and beyond for me like Ramit. I highly recommend him for your Toyota needs. Dealing with this store has been such a pain. While my salesperson Aidan was responsive and helpful, the rest of the store has ridiculous procedures and wasted my time. First, they spent 20 mins "verifying" my bank draft (which defeats the purpose of what a bank draft is supposed to do). Only to hear after another half hr that they refuse to give me the second key for MY vehicle that I paid for unless I use their connected services, which weren't even working properly. Thank you Aidan for saving this deal despite the hoops they're expecting customers to jump through.

Walked in knowing what I wanted, and Bill made it happen and we made a very good deal right away, he was very knowledgeable with my RAV4 XLE HYBRID, told me everything thing I needed to know and sourced the vehicle in my colour much quicker than we anticipated. Had a maintenance service 1 (65$). The service advisor told me i have 2 nails in my rear tire and its 80$ plus tax to fix it. I decided to fix it alone. I been looking for the nails for over a week now, i end up taking all 4 of the wheels off the vehicle for inspection
. No nails or air leaks have been found
Not trust this place no more.
Toyota canada should check their loyalty

4 years ago I went to Jackson Toyota to lease a Toyota Rav 4. Their lease rate on the same limited vehicle was over $100 a month more than Wood bridge Toyota for the exact same product. Since I live up her I tried Toyota Jackson again. Again they were over $100 more for the same vehicle per month. When I told the leasing manger this. He said that Jackson Toyota was not willing to lose money like other dealerships are willing to do. Does this make any sense to anyone? What it tells me as a customer is that Jackson want to make the most money out of you as a customer. So I purchased my new vehicle again from Wood bridge Toyota at $100 less a month lease than Jackson. If this is happening to every customer then I would certainly suggest you shop your lease out to other Toyota dealerships before ever purchasing at Jackson

Every time I visit for what seems very obvious that is warranty work is deemed not under warranty and I end up paying diagnostic fees. I recently had my van shaking triggering a cylinder 4 misfire while still covered under powertrain warranty and they tell me they need a reason to bill Toyota Canada (apparently cylinder 4 misfire codes are not a valid reason to claim warranty). They couldn't find anything wrong, but I'm now out over $150 dollars. If I had known this wasn't warranty (who would have thought while it still is covered under powertrain), I would have taken it to a local mechanic that would have charged me half as much. I have had 1 of 4 good experiences here. I don't know why I thought this one would have been any better.

Unfortunately I did not proceed to finance one of their Tacoma’s because of their high percentage rates.

However if you interested in buying a new or used vehicle I highly recommend JUSTIN MCNUTT!

We contacted Jackson’s Toyota for a recall. We made an appointment for a couple of days. We found out the next day that they didn’t have the part! That should have been checked BEFORE making the appointment. However they said the part would be arriving and made our appointment again. We dropped off our truck the night before the appointment. Then we received another call saying that they still didn’t have the part and do not know when it will be in. Ok so we went to pick up our truck. But the weird thing was we were to call in to find out of the part is in? How does that work. My husband said no you call us when the part is in. That only makes sense! This is our first dealing with this dealership! And whenever this recall is done WIlL be our last. Mazda down the road is much better and reliable for service!

I have no issues other than during these trying times if an appointment is made especially for people who may live out of town like myself it should be a firm appointment. I had no one who could pick me up because of social distancing.and no place to go therefore had to stand around outside. However Michael was accomodating and did get my vehicle in as fast as he could.and I I appreciated that. No other things to mention and I do understand they are doing the best they can in these trying times.

Giving 3 stars only because of the amazing service advisor DERRICK who went above and beyond! Texted, called, and checked in often throughout my 4 week wait to get my car back.
Lost the both keys to my brand new Highlander while at the cottage up north. Had to get it towed 200km down to Jackson's Toyota. There they told me they didn't have stock of a new fob, but it would be 1-3 days.which turned into 2 weeks and still no sign of a new key. At a day shy of 4 weeks, I finally contacted Toyota's Head Office. I received a response within an hour where they contacted the parts manager at Jacksons - who miraculously had a key that same day for me! I realize it is my fault to have lost my keys, but to wait 4 WEEKS for a new key (and may have been longer had I not contacted Head office) is rediculous. My car sat in their lot for an entire month while I had nothing to drive - I'm sure there is a way they could have grabbed a second key off of an unsold car on the lot to program for me until the new set came in!
Derrick was wonderful though - he attempted to talk to the parts manager to see if there was anything he could do to get a key, as well as arranged around my schedule once I finally got notice of a new key as I was coming from 2 hours away to pick it up again.
