My partner and I had an amazing experience! We had an idea of the style we wanted for matching gold wedding bands but couldn't find what we were looking for after visiting most major retail jewellers. I contacted Greg from Jacob Mercari after getting a referral from a friend and it was smooth sailing after that. I sent a picture of what we were looking for with a few extra details and we immediately got a quote which we approved. The bands were ready quickly and we were thrilled with the results. Both bands needed minor resizing which was done at no cost and within a few business days. I highly recommend!

Greg is amazing to work with. He's not pushy or too sales-y. He's very collaborative and is willing to work with you to find a gem and create a design that you want. He's very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. I've visited a couple other custom jewellers while researching the right one and Greg's work was the highest quality and he had the best personality. I would recommend Greg in a heartbeat.

Designing the ring was painless and once you have your design done Jacob Mercari sends a rendered drawing of your exact specifications so you can get a preview of your ring. Greg hunted down a perfect diamond for us that fit our budget and offered some great education around what qualities mattered most (to us) and how to get the biggest bang for our buck. Prices were good, responses were quick, and the final product was gorgeous. We are currently in the process of getting our wedding bands made here and are unsurprisingly very pleased!

When I say Greg is accommodating and easy to work with that is an understatement. The man is a legend. I changed the design on him halfway through and he was all smiles. He listens to exactly what you want and doesn't try and upsell you on anything. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a custom ring for a reasonable price.
