The team was very efficient. Provided us with a detailed explanation of the work they would be doing and giving us options to choose from. As promised, the work was done in one day and our new shower looks beautiful, spacious and modern.

Great experience. Started at 8am and ended at 6pm. Kyle Guwinder and Jole Moore were good installers - they put down runners to protect the wooden stairs and floors leading into the bathroom and cleaned up very well when they finished.

I was not wowed by my Reno like I had hoped considering the price. It’s an older house and they did what they could I guess….
I guess the price helps cover possible warranty claims for the next 25 years….
It was done in one day which was great, and they didn’t just cover up the old.
It’s complete and should outlast me.

Mike and Ivan did a shower installation. Removed a tub and put the shower in. Very efficient and professional! Long day but had everything completed and clean up in one day! I would highly recommend the 2 of them. Very impressed with the finished product.

Kamil, Sam and Auztin were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up the job site perfectly. I highly recommend them.

From my 1st phone call to set up a meeting with salespeople, selecting products, phone calls because I changed tile size, to setting up install date. Great customer service.

Sam and Scott arrived at 8 am here in Cardinal, Ontario and worked right through until about 7: 30 - 8 PM non stop. We are unable to try out the shower yet but hopefully tomorrow when all is dry.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel has excellent customer service. We were updated on each step of the process of having our bath/ tub surround replaced. Our installers Ivan and Jonathan did an excellent job and they were very courteous and professional. We love our new renovation.

We recently moved into a new house where one of the bathrooms was in need of a remodelling. Jacuzzi ripped out the old, unstable bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful, modern shower with matte black finishings. Delivery of the finished product was done well and in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to others and would consider using them again for other home projects in the future.

Devlin and Mike removed our bathtub and installed a shower. As we were told by the sales rep Danny King, the workmen cleaned up when they completed the job. We are enjoying the shower very much. Thank you

Excellent quality and a good price. All of the people from the time we decided to get the stand up shower, Matthew the representative that came out was great. Then the different staff who called us to let us know when it was product was arriving and setting up a date were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with, from the people who answered the phone to the project manager. The installers, Dave and Jason were awesome. They were very professional, friendly, informative and extremely hard workers. They took pride in the job they were doing and they were through. If I had to rate they with a percentage, it would be 150%. They were a pleasure to deal with and cared about what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company 100% to anyone who wants work done. Thanks everyone for such a positive experience.

I can't say enough about the experience I had with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel from Lifestyles. Dave and Jason arrived on time and never stopped working all day till after 6 PM they ran into a few snags being how my house was built in 1918 but they overcame them all to give me the most beautiful bathroom. I would just like to say that I am not easy to please and I am so impressed with the job they did I am arranging to see what else Lifestyles can do to beautify my home. I was so impressed with Dave and Jason that I could be friends with them they were so helpful and kind.

Ivan and Jonathan replaced our old tub with a beautiful walk in shower in one day. Awesome job.

What a great team of Jacuzzi installers arrived at my home to convert my bath, shower to just a bath. They were on time and very professional. They were very respectful of my home, covering the floor and furniture so no harm was done to my things. They worked very hard all day until the job was finished even though it was a very hot day. Kamil and Sam spent time showing me how everything worked and how to care for the product. Thank-you very much for such a wonderful experience.

We are very pleased with our shower remodel. Looks great. The Lifestyle team did a fabulous job to fit a rectangle shower in our round house. Devlin and Skooter were very precise and thoughtful during the whole install process. If they had any decisions to make, they always asked us first. Very respectful of our home during demo and install. Full clean up and removal of debris. We definitely are recommending to our family and friends.

They removed existing tub and shower and installed just a shower. They were fast and professional. Good job looked good and well done. Reinforced walls for hand grips.

They were on time, respectful and did the job as required by us which we are very particular about location of faucets and showers to accommodate future possible needs when we are older
